The room was just the right size to relax in after a 15 hour flight. It was wonderful to have a lounge and kitchen and washing facilities for my clothes. The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was very helpful in showing me a bakery across the highway where I could purchase some food and also book a shuttle to the airport for the following morning ($10).

I arrived about 7am as my flight arrived early. I paid some extra to get into the room straight away. However I think the extra amount ($150) was a bit over priced but as I was tired I paid it. I had intended to wait in the foyer until check in time but the foyer was rather small with chairs that were not that comfortable for staying in for several hours.

The room was comfortably spacious for two people, and the bed provided a restful sleep. The convenient proximity to both the airport and supermarket, just a 15-17 minute walk away, was a definite plus. The kitchenette was well equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare a simple meal, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The provision of daily room service fell short of expectations. Despite our three-day stay, servicing was conducted only once. There was an instance where our used towels were overlooked on the floor. Initially, a sole set of amenities was provided, yet subsequent room servicing omitted any form of replenishment (for instance, we were given only a single small pack of milk for the entire duration). As a result, we found ourselves needing to repeatedly ask the reception for additional supplies throughout our stay. Regrettably, our waste bin remained unattended over the course of the three days. Despite these service setbacks, the advantageous location and the room's commendable quality stood out positively.

Close to international airport. Required a $10 shuttle ride which took approx 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and the facilities more than adequate. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. There are several restaurants/cafes nearby for lunch or dinner all within walking distance.

Given the price range I really cannot complain about anything. The place was clean, easy to get to with friendly and helpful staff. Any negatives, I believe, would be simply nit picking.

Nice and spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and on the ground floor. Very close to the airport which was a factor on choosing to stay here.

Communication from Reception staff could have been better as we were waiting for a call to let us know if we could check in a little earlier but no call was forthcoming. We understood that the hotel was fully booked but a simple call would have have been appreciated. The staff were polite though and let us leave our luggage there while we waited for check in!

It was a welcome relief to find the accommodation of a high standard and the staff very friendly. I just stayed for less than 12 hours before an early morning flight. I was able to order food delivered to the hotel so I could eat in my room - basic kitchen amenities provided. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice view.

Shuttle service to airport started at 4:55am but I had to be there before that time so arranged an Uber for $20.

Interconnecting rooms. Close to airport if that's what you're staying for.

No balcony so every time wanted to smoke had to go downstairs outside. No available parking except for an outside dirt patch at $30 per night and it was not under cover. Air conditioner was locked onto heat setting in summer so it was hot in the room and couldn't cool it down. One shower handle was broken and water kept changing from hot to cold. The other shower was so small I had to shower with the door open. Very close to the airport so could hear planes every 5 minutes.

Location was perfect just a short distance to the domestic terminal. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and perfect for a stay the night before our flight. Not the fault of the property but there are no supermarkets or places for food nearby. There is a McDonald’s and KFC a 30min return walk near the airport terminal but anything other then that would be a much further walk to Mascot where there is restaurants and express supermarkets. Maybe a little far if you have young children or the elderly.

Lovely room and facilities. Bonus kitchenette. Quiet room considering near airport. Nice atmosphere. Would stay again for sure.

No mattress topper on conjoined bed so could feel the ridge in the centre area if you rolled into it. Was soundproofed but could still hear a low level of external noise of road and planes as we were on top floor on highway side facing airport. Ear plugs fixed that for very good sleep.

Clean modern small apartment ideal for 2 adults. big tv that can be viewed from bed or the small dining set also a good size walk in shower . Walking distance to take away outlets or a bit further for the airport or book a shuttle for $10pp to airport at reception. Kettle, toaster hairdryer, iron and ironing board cutlery, crockery, and hotplates if you want to cook. Toiletries , tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and 2 pkt single serve cereal supplied. Staff are very helpful . Great value, and we have rebooked for the next visit. Big comfy bed and nice pillows.

Overall experience is a 10. I don’t normally write reviews, I honestly don’t, but this experience warranted one. It wasn’t just the excellent service…or the modern decor styled to my taste….or my last minute booking at a great price with views on the top floor. It was the little things - the comfortable couch and air conditioning to greet me when I came in from the sweltering heat…the fresh bottle of water you gave me at reception, and the cereal and milk supplied in my room, the freshness of the sheets (I was expecting the starchy bleached sheet standard Ive experienced in other hotels) .. these are the little things that made my stay really comfortable, and I can’t sing your praises enough.
