checking into our room 411, we discovered our bathrooms were not to cleaning standard, IRIS from reception apologised and appointed another room within a matter of 10mins from checking in. We could not fault her professional empathy as she navigated our disputes. We were very happy with our experience here.

Booked a three bedroom apartment and it fit our group perfectly. So much space indoors and outdoor on the verandah and all 3 bedrooms had their own access to it as we were on the second floor. Loved that there was a garden area just outside our room too and we were on the same level as the gym and pool. We called to have an early check-in which they were able to give us as we flew in early that morning. Hotel is also close to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Love that the hotel was a 5min drive from the Sydney airport. Also about a 5min walk to the Mascot train station - get an opal card cheaper than buying a single train ticket and you can buy it from any grocery store even at ezy mart. And about a 15-20min drive to the opera house depending on traffic. We all loved our accommodation and would highly recommend to anyone

Highly recommend to catch the train or Uber not a taxi because they will charge you way more - we got charged $40 just for the 5min drive from the airport to the hotel which was crazy.

Charlotte on check-in and check-out, exceptional! The acommodation is great. In kitchen, all cooking needs beautifully placed in their place, and spotlessly clean. There was a coffee machine and kettle. There was milk, decaf coffee, and tea. The washing machine and dryer are great. The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The living/dining room was set up with all our needs. The lighting was excellent, and the heating/cooling was easy to use and set. The bathroom was big enough to not feel squashed, with shelving over the vanity area. Shower worked excellently. Easy walk from Mascot station and also easy access to airport. If there’s next time, I will have no doubt to choose it again.

stuff members at the reception desk are so nice, during the days i knew charlotte, iris, chris, they are so nice to help me, tho my language is not so good, they are really patient and tried to understand me, and every time i shared my experience with them, they are happy to listen to and give me feedback so positively, really appreciate that as a newcomer here, if there’s next time , i will have no doubt to choose it again

generally speaking im definitely satisfied with everything, just one thing i think u can improve is the cleaning of the laundry appliances, cuz when i opened it, i find dust and dirt at the edge of lid or door, and that’s really … can’t be neglected, maybe i just care about this

The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family stop over, close to the airport for our early morning departure. Good sized bedrooms with king beds, a good sized living area and kitchen space, even a small laundry space with washer and dryer. It would be easy to live here. Room was quiet at night, for a good nights sleep.

Location is great for airport, but not much else, unless you have a car. Its not the kind of place you walk around and find loads of shops or restaurants, you need to drive or get an uber for that. TV is set up for streaming your own media only. No digital TV or Pay TV options, just watch your own netflix etc.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Single beds with comfy pillows. You can easily control the heating so the temperature was just right. There were products in the bathroom, hairdryer and you could book hair straightener if need be. The apartments were well maintained and it was great having access to the pool and gym. Sitting out on the deck was nice. Super close to the airport and into the city. Close walk to the train station, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely book again.

Maybe a pot or two would have been helpful when cooking meals.

We enjoyed how cozy, beautiful and clean our room was for the 3 of us. We picked Meriton - Coward Street because it was close to family, airport and the cafe downstairs. The staff were so welcoming and helped with our TV issue during our stay. We got the baby cot for our stay and it was great for our little boy - it was comfy, clean and included a little pack which we enjoyed using. We enjoyed how quick it was to checkin and checkout plus the service to leave our bags there due to our flight being early while we headed out for breakfast. Overall, one of the best accomodations we stayed in and we will definitely be back.

The living/dining room was set up with all our needs. I loved the floor to ceiling storage cupboards, as well as a desk. The lighting was excellent, and the heating/cooling was easy to use and set. The bathroom was big enough to not feel squashed, with shelving over the vanity area. Shower worked excellently. I wished we could have stayed longer as it would be a very comfortable place to stay for a longer stay.

Room was fresh, clean and a good size. Location is great - we have stayed here before so thats why we booked it for this locale, the cafe downstairs is handy and the drop off pick up zone is well thought out.

I think $35 to park is up there. And the chairs, if im being picky, (not the sofa type) were a bit uncomfortable. The fact you do not accept cash is annoying to the point of anger. You are not a govt agency trying to take away legal tender. Cash as written on the bills is legal tender and as a business you should not be able to dictate this and assist the Govt in their long term objective of cash control. This dystopian leaning is not to my taste!

Great location, value for money. The big hall , room size , full set of kitchen items was really impressive. The full apartment type room was awesome, i felt like i am living in my own home. Great experienced.

Temperature of air con was not increasing, it was not increasing more than 22-23ċ . We was feeling cold and have to use blanket. We waited a long maybe air con temperature can increase but not enough more than, 23c. And also light above washroom entrance was flickering. Bed presentation can be done more better, Mattress topper was not fixed properly according to length and breath. Face Towel missing Rest everything was good. Need a bit improvement in housekeeping and maintenance issues. But also we would love to visit again. Thank you
