location close to the airport , room size and clean

no mini bar available in the room , nor even bottle of water no info about dining and breakfast no instructions book how to use remote control for the TV , it was programmed for visually impaired person and couldn’t cancel very annoying, no Foxtel or movie Chanel to purchase , staff at the desk not very helpful hotel overcharged me for my room , I booked on bookings.com price was $206.10 but they charged me $311 , still waiting for they answer . for this price at least breakfast should be included??

It was nice and room service was great, very speedy. Food and beverage was fairly priced and meals were tasty. My friend had the brekky buffet which is only $24 if you book at check in and she loved it. The hotel looks nice and is in a great location and has good amenities. I would stay there again.

There was nothing bad. If I had to nitpick, the check in process took a long time. Around 30-40 mins. There were only 2 people in front of me in line and a long line formed behind us but only 2 staff were working on front desk. One spent the entire time with 1 guest. The lady who did serve us was apologetic and kind. I just think the hotel could work out a way to streamline this seeing as they already had all my information including my cc details. It was lovely but I would call it a 4 star hotel, not 5.

The staff were able to organize airport transfers, offer advice which helped and provide everything else we needed in one go. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would have liked more vegan options, however.

The price for parking felt expensive since we were guests at the airport, also (and I didn't ask) but it seemed like if I left on the first night to go somewhere I would have had to pay for the short stay and then again for a longer stay. Also the shower/bath tap in our room didn't work so well which meant not knowing if the bath would run on the shower or both at the same time.

I booked a room at last minute as my flight home was cancelled. The customer experience I received from the airline was awful, so it was wonderful to be well looked after so well by the team at Stamford Plaza. Not only did I get upgraded to a very nice suite, the room service was excellent and I had a great night sleep after a terrible day. The shuttle bus to the airport the next day was also convenient. Highly recommended if you need somewhere close to the airport.

I arrived very late due to being messed around by the airline and was put on a very early flight. I would have loved to stay longer!

Almost five star feeling. Fabulous bath, super comfortable beds. Great value for money and easy to get to airport with shuttle service for a morning international flight. Emirates crew all stay here and we met both pilots, male and female flight crew who chatted and advised us on various aspects - as well as reassuring my son who was feeling afraid of flying in weather which was extremely gusty…. One lovely Spanish woman (flight crew) literally guided us to the local restaurants whilst chatting kindly as she helped us…

We were caught in a torrential rain storm while out in Mascot where we had walked for dinner (incidentally we met some lovely people there in shops - one Chinese ramen shop was so kind…!) I’ve never been so wet; asked if they had a drier or Lau dart service and there was none. No comments about our absolutely drenched bodies except ‘do you want to book in first dinner?’ which honestly made me laugh, as I was holding my T shirt obviously away from my dripping body so as not to look like I was in a wet T-shirt competition… restaurant was too pricy and a lot of rooms had room service trays outside doors on our floor with mostly uneaten contents…

Breakfast buffet was really good, hotel good location for the train and getting around. staff helpful, rooms clean and tidy and not tired. kids loved the pool!

the restaurant for dinner wasn't great, very slow service and some of the meat was not good quality. Parking was expensive. housekeeping wasn't available one day despite us only just missing it (carts were still in our hallway) and us calling to please ask if we could have some fresh towels. A nice to have would have been netflix or some more kids channels.

Great location from Sydney Airport. An easy walk with foot path access to get there. Room was great and had a nice big bench/desk for me to do my work from. Full buffet breakfast was reasonably priced, and the food was good. We did dine at the restaurant, but it was pricey, though the portion sizes were excellent, and we were able to share making it cheaper for my friend and I. The only thing was lack of items on the menu to select from. I wish they also did some simple food that everyone is familiar with. Also the slow cooked meat tended to be dry without any sauce or gravy. Staff were pleasant. I will definitely book and stay there again when I'm in town for a short stay. Was very convenient.

Although I was short on time, as I was working in the day and had my evenings to socialise and attend a concert, I would have liked it if there was a spa or sauna to relax in. Swimming isn't my thing but it would have been nice to sit in a warm spa.

The hotel provided a tranquil environment, ensuring a peaceful stay. The cleanliness was commendable, contributing to a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were excellent, offering helpful and accommodating service. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for a peaceful overnight stay while passing through Sydney.

The hotel restaurant offered excellent food with delicious options, but unfortunately, the overall experience was diminished by the lacking service provided by the staff.

Lovely reception staff. very accomodating as my flight was delayed. They were helpful. The conceirge on Wednesday morning (male cauasian) was hostile. I would not recommend this hotel due to Conceige.

I had a Conceirge experience that was hostile. I went down to the lobby reception to request assistance from conceige as I had extra luggage when i returned to room 912 my key did not work. The conceige was not going to let me in my room. He behaved like he was security and was hostile towards me. He called the Duty Manager to verify. I had just gone down to reception and about to check out. I had a full trolly load of luggage 6 items including a push bike. when the shuttle bus arrived he did not assist at all. He went into the back room. The shuttle bus driver was very upset. It was extremely unhelpful and not indicative of Conceige I have had in many hotels throughout Australia and the world.

Stayed here the night before flying out of Sydney. The hotel is comfy and has good facilities including the pool and gym. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport.

I didn’t like the on-site restaurant. We went in and sat down at the table they directed to us; the bench seat I sat at had crumbs behind me which was disconcerting. We looked at the menu and noticed it was very expensive. $50-60 for meat, vegetables or chips about $12 on top. This seemed very expensive for a hotel restaurant that looked like a cafe. We left and were charged about $20 for our two drinks (both non alcohol). We asked the concierge for a direction to another restaurant and they said a 10 minute walk. We actually went to a hotel nearby and got a good meal for 2 with garlic bread for about $70.
