Everything. smooth, really friendly reception and hotel staff (including cleaning staff) Basically, a great stay for the week. Very close to the shopping center and good authentic eateries. very close to the bus stop that gets you to central station in 1 stop (5 minutes) where you can go everywhere.

We had a Neighbour one night that needed the police called at 2:30am for what seemed like some sort of mental health issue. (Not the fault of the staff or the hotel at all) The Hotel staff handled the situation appropriately and it was sorted well. Which is actually a good recommendation on the quality of the staff at this Hotel.

The design of the rooms .although our preference is the one bedroom unit this time we stayed in the loft which is bigger than it looks and has the balcony . Upstairs the bedroom is very comfortable and has a large king single bed also which is perfect for a third person as long as privacy is not crucial.the locality is great Huge shopping complex 5 mins away for food . Main street at end of road .

Normally everything works like clockwork at Veriu however this trip their internet was down which could of been disastrous . However the manager kindly resolved the problem using his personal hotspot and printing off the work thanks again :-) We have always found the staff great .

lovely staff, clean + new facility. Checkin was easy and checkout was also easy. The room we stayed was good, bed size ++. kitchen facility Thoughtful touch of having a scale to weigh your luggage in the ground floor - very good

Location possibly - however not an issue as transport was easy with uber/public transport. Obviously closer to the city CBD would be better but not really an issue. Because we were there during Easter break, no housekeeping available. However new towels could be easily accessed by asking the front reception. No 'view' per se from the window but not an issue as we spent most of the time exploring the city.

Room was large, fridge and micro and location were terrific. We took our dog which was an extra $55 cleaning fee per night even though there was no mess left and as that room had a balcony with a nice square of fake grass, we had a great time.

Parking wàs awful, expensive and annoying moving the car. The extra $55 cleaning fee per night for a pet was extortion and unnecessary for a clean pet and owners who clean up well (we even have a pet fur removal cleaner so no hairs left 9n any surface) and our dog has his paws wiped clean and wears light pet cologne even though he doesn't smell. This fee was not made clear before booking.

The location was a real plus. Food and shopping within walking distance. We wanted a kitchen and a washer/dryer and this hotel provided both. I feel it was a great value compared to other options in the city. Very comfortable stay. I was happy we chose this hotel.

There is no view at this hotel. Which we didnʻt mind, but some might like a better view from their room. The location of this hotel does not provide a view. Also, even though our room had a huge floor-to-ceiling window on one side which provided natural lighting, it was still a little dark, however ample lighting was provided that made our stay comfortable. If you like a lot of natural lighting this may not be the right choice for you.

Wonderful location and really great rooms. Clean, modern and spacious with all the facilities you could need. In a quiet area while also being close to Newtown and the City. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

I don't have many negatives to mention! If I had to be picky, the air conditioner is on a timer so will shut off and not run throughout the day/night.

Our apartment was just what we needed - great location, good coffee nearby, super helpful/friendly staff and really comfortable (esp needed after a couple of long haul flights!). Despite fighting jetlag, our room was perfect for a good nights sleep - quiet, black out curtains and one unbelievably comfy bed. Great amenities on offer in the room, including complimentary coffee, milk, washing up liquid and laundry powder. We will definitely be recommending this property to others.

Our room could have been a little cleaner - mainly just a bit dusty.

The location of the property is superb. There is a Broadway Shopping Centre within walking distance. Most of the major supermarkets are in there e.g. Coles, Kmart, Target, Aldi. It is a plus to have the farmer market Harris Farm and cinema too. It is also very close to a park where we can bring our little one for a walk in the afternoon.

Unfortunately the housekeeping was not available at the time during our stay due to COVID reason.

The apartment was spacious and had a cool, retro interior. The check in was easy. And the staff was super nice and friendly. The beds were really comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. We liked that the curtains made it possible to get the apartment dark as we were jet lagged most of the time and slept weird hours.

Well, the view from our apartment was out to a narrow street with a series of dumpsters. The apartment was really pretty and nice once we closed all the curtains. As this sort of had a charm of its own, it didn't bother us. But as this was our very first stay in Sydney it could have been better.

Secure boutique apartment located down a quiet road, close to USYD which was perfect for attending a graduation ceremony. Short distance to Capitol theatre, Surry Hills, Darling Harbour. Great cafes and restaurants nearby (a couple right next door). Department store with good shopping just a street away. Close to public transport. It was easy to access VIVID, the harbour etc yet retreat to a quieter area. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.Being a converted warehouse, the complex had lots of character. Staff were excellent to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Be aware, the rooms aren't serviced every day. This wasn't a problem for us, but some people might expect it.
