The hotel has everything for a confortable stay in sydney. It is walking distance to the central train station and the area has a few restaurants nearby. Everyone was very sweet and polite to us and check in and check out were very fast The room has good shower, confortable big beds, is very quiet and aircon worked well. The wifi was also good. The breakfast is delicious. It starts at 7am and most of the food is made in their kitchen. They offer eggs, beans, sausage, omelette, fruits, yogurt, muesli, waffle, pancakes, breads, pasteries, jam, maple, butter, etc. We would definitely come back

The gym has a few equipaments, but the space is limited

Our room was comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay - the bed was nice to sleep on. We included a buffet breakfast in our stay, and it was really good. Everything looked fresh and was hot. Walking distance to late night takeaway shops. All the staff were polite and made us feel welcome.

Limited parking for check-in. Was not aware you can go straight to their carpark and park first. Also, google took us to Broadway but not to the street where we could access the carpark, so we had to try and find it ourselves. Would've been good if the handheld shower hose was able to be positioned in a higher position.

Location

Parking was very tight. Would have been nice to have our rooms closer together as we were a big family group. And we were scattered all over the hotel. Also reception staff scared us s a bit on arrival with not being able to find two of our bookings, they said it had something to do with booking.com and how they receive the booking so two of the rooms were under Christian names rather than the surnames . First staff member had no idea how to resolve, had to call a second person in.

this is an amazing location and would stay again great facilities ,the cleanest motel i have ever stayed in immaculate ,the staff were lovely and very attentive and professional but friendly and welcoming at the same time ,Made you feel very comfortable, were very helpful when ordering dinner service was very quick and efficient when we asked for an extra towel . the Gym was great,and my son and husband loved the breakfast said best they had ever had .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will defiantly be back next visit to sydney. The shops down the road were great. and the close distance to CBD was a nice walk

just found the bathroom little small with no where to put things especially when getting changed in there when sharing a room , also didnt like the location of the toilet always putting the lid down incase things were to fall in from the shelf where id out things above and hate toilet close to hand wash sink especially when filling up the kettle for hot drinks pet hate and for the price could include some nice biscuits

everything, location, room size and the great design of hotel and room amenities 5*. sooo close to everything. perfect small hotel

tiny tiny thing: foyer entry doors right in front of reception which was only a couple Meters deeps. two groups with bags at counter clogged up exist and entry. bad design fault in hotel. maybe forcing people to come through other set of doors would help with this. bag storage area not great. but nothing else wrong with hotel.

- The room is comfy. And the desk is large enough for a business traveller. What we wish to have more is the bathtub, because it helps to relieve pressure and I believe many people have a bathing habit as well. - Great location: can reach a bus or a train station within walking distance. Also you can drive about 10 min to city which is really convenient to have a shopping haul. - Car park available: car park is convenient and when we arrived they provided us discounted price. I think a lower parking price helps guest more willing to come.

I think there are many dusks on the bedside table.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I twisted my ankle and the concierge taking the night shift, I think his name was Anish (hopefully I've gotten it right), was extremely helpful and practically ran to get me ice which I really appreciated it! Location is great and the room was nice and well-maintained with toiletries replenished everyday.

The room was very quiet and despite being in the heart of the city, I did not hear any outside noise. The room was clean and water hot!

There was an issue with the parking. It is expensive ($45/night) compared to a hotel down the street ($25) I did get a carpark but here was no guarantee. On exiting it was not clear which 'white line' they were referring to so took some time to get someone to guide me to the correct white line to open the boom gate.

great location and value. spice alley moments away. easy walk to everything or easy to grab a bus. Drop off our front is difficult due to limited space & lack of local parking. Also google maps took us to totally the wrong location. best access is turning down of Abercrombie street which is one way. so you need to go around the back way to access it. could get stuck with extra costs in a taxi

Comfort of the room was very good. Quiet and clean. Reception staff efficient.

1 coffee machine at breakfast. Really not acceptable for the size and quality of the hotel. Staff chatting in the breakfast area...maybe better clearing away tables. 1 bar staff member working and didnt seem stocked well enough. Reception desk needs a bigger area. Congestion with big groups checking in, people checking out and luggage.
