Loved Cote D Azur we stayed for 4 nights the room was so beautiful comfortable and clean The location is amazing walked everywhere did not use the car once King size bed so comfortable My sons room 2 king singles perfect The lounge room and kitchen were amazing As well as both bathrooms Everything you need to cook if you want or go out sharkeys pizza across the road was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten Pool was great I could go on!!!! But best you try it for yourself try to book level 4 for an amazing view We will be back Thankyou Pam 😃

Absolutely awesome location. the unit was very quiet and comfortable. We experienced issues accessing free to air channels on our TV on the first night but Pam on reception was very attentive and was able to get it fixed the next day, She's an absolute CHAMPION!!

We experienced quite a few ants in the kitchen area in our unit and this needs to be addressed. It was in the area where the kettle and the toaster is kept. This needs to be addressed!!!!!! Also the flush button for the toilet in our unit is not functional and again should be addressed.

Location was excellent!!

A small issue but it was annoying that in the main bedroom there were only sliding doors for fresh air which only opened in the middle (not from the side). The curtains also didn't open in the middle but came from the side meaning there was no way to have the door a little open for fresh air without having to fully open the curtains. A simple design flaw with the curtains but one which could make a big difference to allow a lovely cool breeze in the evening whilst sleeping.

Located right next door to a supermarket was great. Only a short and flat stroll to the Main Street with restaurants and boutiques and Marina. Great pool and nice view from our apartment.

Resort muddled the keys on arrival so had to call the emergency number but was sorted out so was all good. Apartments are individually furnished and decorated so would suggest looking carefully through the photos provided before booking. Garage basement extremely hot!

Location and facilities were excellent. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. Kitchen was very well appointed.

We like a firm bed but this one was could benefit from just a topper to soften a little. The en-suite was small but clean, however we had a very wet floor due to water leaking out underneath the shower door seal.

Generally everything but the lift and some light bulbs out unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the pool and other outside facilities but they did look very good everything was well maintaned , clean and tidy The location was what suited us most , couldn't get better lovely area

Nobody on site but we were able to contact person by phone We had a problem with the lift buttons that regularly gave a double number and therefore an error which meant we couldn't get up to our unit , luckily another resident came to our aid

Great pool and bbq area. Great location right in the centre of town. Very clean. Communication with staff was exceptional. Almost instant responses to requests and emails. Pam was a pleasure to deal with.

No ocean view from my apartment and there were a few cracked tiles on the floor in the kitchen. And the hand towel holder on the main bathroom was broken but it was great besides that.

The apartment was modern, very clean and well equipped. Books where even provided for you to read. The pool and BBQ area looked lovely. Walking distance to the Marina, shops and restaurants, perfect for a relaxing break.

Looking down into a car park from the balcony. You could hear the language. Maybe a drop down screen, as the apartment had water views from balcony

The size of the apartment is bigger than expected which was great for a large family, the location and the friendliness of the staff was amazing !!! It was close to everything . Shops are literally outside the door. The parking is undercover and secure. Elevators take you directly to your room. The pool was extremely clean and had plenty of seats and a BBQ to enjoy. The view was incredible! This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Nelson Bay

The Gym was old, worn down equipment, the bike and rowing machine didn’t work. I few of us couldn’t work out because of the size and lack of equipment. If there is any feedback I would love for you to take on is to make the gym bigger if not at least upgrade the equipment. We so want to come back again for longer visits but the gym is important to us. This was my only dissatisfaction and disappointment with our stay.

I really liked how big the property was, the kitchen was a great size, rooms, living area, we were two couples each travelling with a baby, and it was soo spacious. The pool was warm, and easy to access, and it was a great location next door to Woolworths and restaurants

The property has to be cleaned and garbage removed before leaving which is understandable but there was dirty utensils in the drawers and a paper towel wadded up found in couch which was kind of gross, hope cleaning staff check these things a bit more
