The location was excellent, and with the country club in front of the motel, very convenient for meals. The room was very large and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable and the small table with two chairs outside looking out into forest was a great addition.

We would have loved ceiling fans. The days were humid but not overly hot. So fans would have made the room very comfortable as there was little flow-through air available even with the outside door open. We had to use the air conditioner which meant a closed door and no fresh air.

The manager on duty during our stay was absolutely lovely. We didn't catch his name but we dubbed him Mr Coconut. He was more than accommodating, even had a chat with us after his shift at the local club.

The Only thing I would suggest is for the cleaners to pay a little more attention to the smaller details when dusting, being a hotel cleaner myself there were a few things that should have been done that definitely had not been for a while.

I liked the room very much. It had a large sliding door opening out to a grassed area and a bush scene. The bathroom had an excellent large shower head and a shower cap was supplied (also a spa bath). I appreciated the long length mirror in the main room. The air conditioner worked very well.

The main door into the unit was hard to open and had probably swelled or moved and needed a 'shave' off the timber edge. Other than that all was good.

The lady at the front desk was lovely. I was.met with a free upgrade to an executive king suite. Nice and roomy. Right at the end so it was nice and quiet. The bed was big and comfy. Spa was amazing after kayaking all day. I had a private outdoor seating area. And free parking around the corner. Also the tea gardens country club was next door so I could pop there for dinner and drinks. Locationl was great. Close to the water, shops and town.

Everything was pretty good

Room was large with high quality fittings.. Flat access to room from car. Room was clean. Direct access to adjoining Club for meals and drinks was very good. Manager was helpful

The Motel is in a side street next to a club...We found it confusing in trying to find the Motel.. The signage at the turnoff could be improved with a sign with name of the motel on it so it is clear where you should turn in to the motel

We were recommended to the Country Club for dinner and the meal was excellent. The staff were friendly and the meal reasonably priced. Just a pity they do not do breakfast but they are looking into the prospect. We did have breakfast at the Boatshed and that was excellent as well.

Only stayed one night and as an over night stay we were very happy With the service that we received. So There wasn’t anything negative to say.

The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and I even got to meet the local Puss Cat :) and it was also nice having a spa in the bathroom which was very rare in a 3 star hotel I would definitely stay there again :)

Mattress was a bit soft and a couple of the walls need repainting that's about all :)

The room had everything we needed to have a relaxing few days away. The spa in the room had ample room for myself and my husband. The outdoor pool was lovely aswell, a little chilly but worth the dip. Staff were all lovely. Will definitely be returning. The private walk through straight into the country club at the front of the property was also brilliant.

Location was fantastic and peaceful. Carpark was nice and close to the room - right outside actually. The room was spacious and equiped with all the necessary items such as coffee tea, kettle, tv, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and big tv. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was large with spa bath and huge shower. Check in was so easy and check out was even easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!!!

nothing to dislike

I asked for, and got a quiet room. Hurrah. The room faced the trees, garden and bush area. It was an older style motel but very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was part of the Tea Gardens club where the food was so nice and staff and folk were so welcoming. Looking forward to return trip to see more of the village ( we stayed the night to break a long journey) . It was a great atmosphere.

Very satisfied with stay.
