Room clean, huge and comfortable - lacked carpet on floor which is needed in a mountain place like Tumut. The technology in the place was great - individual connection for each room and worked well. AirCon was tricky to get started but that was because I did not see the instructions on wall near unit. Great CCTV surveillanc of parking area.

A rug on the floor near bed would help. Cold lino floor is 'unnecessary'. On outskirts of town but with car that is OK

Good value family accommodation. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette including stove, fridge, microwave etc. Aircon kept whole apartment warm in winter. Plenty of extra blankets too. Fresh clean towels were provided daily. Housekeeping do a fantastic job. 5 minute drive to woolworths Tumut. Just over an hour to the snow. Would happily stay there again.

Older style holiday accommodation however, very well maintained. Exceeded expectations.

Nice large rooms with comfy beds. Quiet location. Very clean. Friendly efficient staff who seem to genuinely care about you having a pleasant stay.

The cleaning smell is rather overpowering. Fortunately, the weather was very mild so we left the door open for a few hours to help dissipate the smell. The lady staying next door said her asthma was impacted by the strong cleaning smell. The manager moved them to another room.

The room was large and roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The colour scheme was lovely. I like blue! We had a good night's sleep as it is a quiet location. It was good that the air con was working as it was hot weather and we could cool the room. Then I appreciated being able to open a window rather than having to sleep under aircon.

Maybe add more crockery and cutlery and some wine glasses? Needed some spare toilet rolls left in the bathroom. (We didn't run out but I like spares there in case. )

I honestly wasn't expecting too much because I booked the most budget friendly rooms I could find however I was incredibly surprised when I checked in! The room was incredibly clean, very spacious and well appointed. The lovely young business owner was polite, friendly and very easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Especially when I accidentally locked myself out of my room! I can tell the owners are putting great pride into their business and confirmed they are in the process of updating the property. I was totally surprised when I saw that the tv had a chrome cast!

The rooms and furniture are a little bit dated but the flooring is new and appliances are modern. The dining chairs felt a little unstable and a couple more teaspoons would have been nice, but none of this was actually an issue for us. I can't complain about anything here.

It Would have initially been more welcoming to have more than one bath towel and face washer as I was staying several nights. A very old blind fell off compromising privacy, which had to be temporarily unmovabley closed during my stay. As the blind was visually aged maybe care in periodically checking aging furnishings would avoid this.

Spacious room with comfortable beds, air conditioning, microwave, sink, kitchen items, kitchen table and lounge. Old school decor but clean and tidy. Quiet room and location which was a little out of town and a bit far to walk to dinner but the up side of that is it was quiet and that's what we prefer.

The flood light outside the room could be directed away from the rooms as it was very bright but that's not a big deal really

Plenty of parking room. Check in and out was easy. rooms were clean. heating worked very well. Quiet. nice shower plenty of pressure.

Arm on shower head leaked. it just needs new washer in it. 5 min job. advertised as having bar and restaurant , when we got there we discovered it was only open for functions. Pillows were too soft and flat

the Manager, Raj was very understanding about my delayed arrival due to road detours from flooded roads and he made arrangements for my late check in and left air conditioning on in my room so it would be warm when i arrived at motel

it would have been helpful to have a Tumut map showing the location of the motel in relation to the town centre for those arriving late when it is dark and there are roadworks leading into town. i found the motel using google maps on my phone.

Big room, quiet. Convenient location. Loved the grassy area where we could have a BBQ. It was so comfortable too!

Only thing I would say is the light in the kitchenette was a little dim but that didn’t detract from the fact we really enjoyed our stay there.
