The rooms are located in a caravan park. Good standard motel rooms, clean and comfortable. Good place to stop overnight travelling between Sydney & Melbourne. Bring your own food and eat in the room - the microwave was our saviour.

There are very limited places to eat in Gundagai, especially on Easter Monday. We were steered away from the RSL which left a choice of two hotels (one of which wasn't serving food that day), a Chinese take-away which was closed, and a pizza take-away. In desperation we ended up at Woolies and bought a ready-made curry to heat up in the room!!

Lovely peaceful location a short walk to the main street pubs and cafes. Very clean with all essential provisions with parking near the door. It was great having a coffee pod machine provided with a coffee pod each for the morning. There appeared to be good soundproofing between the rooms. The grounds were lovely and green and well maintained.

Gundagai is a lovely quiet little town set back from the highway. The road noise does however carry a long way. There seemed to be good soundproofing between the rooms. However when we opened the window for fresh air, we could hear a lot of traffic noise.With the window closed this was definitely not an issue. The bed was comfortable although a little firm for my liking.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The park was well located. Staff were informative about the surrounding area, including restaurants.

A 20ml shower gel for a triple room booking for 2 nights was all supplied. When I asked at reception if I could possibly get some more shower wash, I was told that only 1 is supplied and it was complimentary. I was also advised that people bring their own toiletries and if we wanted more that we would have to buy it from Woolworths. This was disappointing!

The Gundagai Tourist suit staff were particularly helpful as our booking had not been sent through with Booking.com and the owner was particularly kind in finding us an upgraded room. The room was spacious and comfortable, we could walk into town or eat comfortable in the room.

We were near the motor way so not so pleasant sitting outside but once the doors were closed we couldn't hear any traffic noise. Otherwise everything was fabulous.

The staff were excellent, fantastic service. The staff called us to see our whereabouts as we were on a long drive, to ensure we would be able to access our room key. Great and friendly service, very professional.

As we have a 2 year old, the only issue we had was that once we were in the room and locked the door from the inside, our 2 year old was able to open the door/unlock the door via the handle only and would run outside to play. We found this less secure as a deadbolt lock would have been more suitable for parents travelling with children.

Loved the cabin. The staff managed a confusion with the booking and really tried their best for us which was totally appreciated. Although at the time of this review things aren't entirely fixed, I'm sure they'll persue the issue. Thanks guys, above and beyond.

The truck noise at night from the highway was a little high, but didn't bother us. Had a few mosquitoes also but... what can you do about that being next to a nice little stream.

Motel suites were exceptional. Loved the concrete parks for caravans and motor homes covered with carport rooves. Non powered sites are very shady. What a lovely place to stay. Next morning cleaning people driving around in golf carts servicing our room. Such a delight to see that management look after their staff. As neat as a pin. Ten out ten recommendation for anybody who is travelling.

The room has been tastefully refurbished, comfy bed and linen. Good size. Good shower. Great to have a smart tv with access to Netflix etc. For a caravan park it was surprisingly quiet.

I didn’t realise when I booked that it was in a caravan park. It only had the bare essentials in terms of the kitchenette which was ok for one night but wouldn’t want to stay longer and plan on eating in. Although close to the Main Street it was not in a built up area so the street was dark and as a solo woman I was not inclined to walk that distance.

We were on a road trip from Melbourne to Coffs Harbour staying at multiple places along the way. This place was by far the best! It was spotless, modern and in a convenient location. The owners have taken great pride in their establishment, and you can tell. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus. The whole room was perfect.

The bathroom sink choked, shower door not closed properly bathroom floor was wet after shower, hair stuck to bathroom door. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to details.
