great location great space for two people

the pillows were atrocious. they were too hard and no options to swap. changed linen and serviced room but never topped up coffee or sugar for room. the No contact is really a ridiculous thing because at times you need to speak to someone but the number given is for only extenuating circumstances. taking a bond after the full payment has been deducted is over the top. also the cost regular visitors pay compensates for the corporate rates they offer!!! spoke to others and we were paying exorbitant price for the same time frame and size of apartment.

Excellent location, friendly staff and great for long stays

The BBQ was never cleaned which made it unusable as no resources to clean it yourself, called twice regarding the bbq but still wasn’t cleaned. Services of rooms were done daily as stated and full service wasn’t done either as stated. For a property servicing 6 adults fridge was way to small and not cold enough our milk went off in 2 days being in the fridge. washing machine turned all our clothes grey. overall the maintenance of the property is poor. Shower screens not fully functional and blinds falling off or missing etc for you we paid expected better servicing of the rooms

A great location in the CBD. An easy walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the mall and the wharf. The apartment was very clean, with housekeeping checking in daily to replenish anything we required. The kitchen has everything you need if you are eating in. There is a balcony with a 6 seater outdoor setting. The pool area would be perfect for a bbq, with plenty of seating. The pool was very clean. Staff were friendly. We were able to leave our bags for the day while waiting for our flight, and had access to the pool.

Room was spacious and well-equipped; and the balcony was also a good size. Pool was used almost daily - very enjoyable. Location was perfect for us: only a few dozen metres to Mantra Panganas which was the pickup point for all our bus tours; and close to Tim's Surf and Turf, and the Cavanagh Hotel where we had some great meals.

WiFi speed was below par and when we selected Netflix on the TV it struggled to play the movie - pausing very frequently due to constant time lag. The flywire doors and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony had no locks and we were a little concerned about security.

The apartments were very big. Alot of room. We booked a 1 bedroom but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Apartments were serviced daily and the cleaners could not do enough for you. Location was perfect! Short walk to Waterfront and to Mitchell Street. Pool was lovely. The bed was so comfy! The unit was home away from home 🥰

Just a tiny grumble! Security light stayed on too long when people were getting home at night or leaving early in the morning. The light shone right into back bedroom.

The apartment was very comfortable & spacious, it was well equipped & had everything we needed. It was well located & we were able to walk to most places. The pool was fantastic, great views! The staff are very friendly & did respond quickly when we made a request.

We stayed 6 nights & didn’t get our room serviced, we had to request room service to get the apartment cleaned. The lounges in the apartment are older & stained but seemed clean enough, however the lounge in the foyer really should be replaced, the foam is broken & is uncomfortable & the covers are very stained.

The apartment had a great location and is right in the city, you'll be close to everything you need. The accom itself was spacious and comfortable, it suited what we needed no problems at all.

There's a full kitchen but absolutely nothing in stock, other than tea or coffee. It wasn't a problem, we went shopping and filled the fridge but basics such as oil, cling wrap or salt and pepper will require you to buy them.

Pool was pleasant, floors & bedding were clean and tidy.

Fridge was not very cold, swapped out for another but same issue, just tolerated it. Couch could do with a good clean, smelled like bad body odour, shower unfortunately leaked each time out the door and flooded the floor so had to use more towels which defeated the purpose of the environmentally friendly side that the property is trying to achieve with their “My Green Butler”. A tad pricey and maybe best for a weekend away!

Great central location! Close to everything you need, food and activities, not far from the main strip, but close enough not to be disrupted by noise or business. Most other locations of interest are only about 5minutes by car and roughly $10 with Uber, alternatively the city has electric scooters! The roof top pool was gorgeous and the temperature was great mid-May! hot and dry

Lack of contact with staff, and when ordering Uber, maps often direct people to the opposite side of the building than where the entrance/exit is.

Reception staff very helpful. Secure Car parking. Nice pool. Modern very spacious for a couple. Great aircon. Bathroom is nicely appointed. Towels refreshed daily. Security into building was good.

We found it generally noisy. Inside and out. The lift opens in front of bedroom window so you hear everything. Inside could do with a rug to absorb noise in the tiled open plan kitchen living area. We did not use the balcony as it is overlooked by office buildings.
