The room was larger than the usual hotel room and was very clean with great airconditioning. The staff were helpful and friendly and check-in / out were efficient. While we didn't get to visit the restaurant or pool, both were well presented and the property as a whole was very clean. The location is great as it is close to a supermarket and also to Mitchell Street where you have numerous dining options. I didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant / bar were closed on a weekend evening which my partner and I found odd but there other restaurants and bars a short walk away.

1. The location is good. But still feel a bit unsafe walking on the street alone at night time (after 7pm on Saturday...) 2. Room amenities are alright, as there's instant coffee and tea selection provided in the room for a quick morning fix. 3. Recommend the Coffee Man nearby if you need a proper latte first thing in the morning. 4. Haven't tried the breakfast buffet as it costs $24 (not sure if it's good or not...) 5. The bed is comfortable. They provide 4 different kinds of pillows (if I was correct) so you can find the optimal one which I am quite happy about. 6. My corner room is spacious. I do like my room with a good city view. 7. The staff are quite nice.

1. The Wi-Fi connection is literally a disaster in my room. Ever since I arrived at the room, there was no wifi connection in either my phone or iPad, however, the wifi worked well on the ground floor and also on other floors. I had to use my own data throughout the entire stay. I wonder if maybe it's a corner room or something like that....so it has zero wifi connection. 2. There is no disposable toothbrush kit in the bathroom. Be sure to bring one or ask the receptionist. 3. They don't have an on-site private laundry machine. (only dry clean service) (although there's one laundromat two blocks away) 4. A bit pricey if I have to say

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Had a ground floor garden facing room which was spotlessly clean, quiet and had a great shower. The bed and linen were first class and the room was spacious and comfortable with all conveniences. Location was excellent and I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good selection of food to suit any taste. I would definitely stay here again especially with the hotel having 24 hour reception which is essential for those arriving and departing on late night/early morning flights.

Unable to open windows which although probably a good security issue is a bit hard for those who suffer in air conditioning! The air conditoning however was quite good.

Nice and quiet on the 8th floor and no noise from adjoining rooms..... 👍🏽 Conversation noise from people in the hallway coming through the door but that is what you find in any hotel.

As reported to reception, room 815 intermittent loud 'gurgling' noise like when filling or emptying a bottle but in this case, more like a big water tank near the Air Con unit. On and off, 24 hours night and day and happy that I had my ear plugs with me for bedtime. Had I reported that problem earlier rather than when I was leaving, Reception told me they would have changed me to another room. All good. 👍🏽

There was a man who was trying to access another floor and was going on about it. I told him it was a safety issue and he could just ring to ask friend to come down to meet him. I don’t actually believe he had a friend there but wanted to access to sell something from his black portfolio or do something else !! I think the front desk person who was assisting someone else at the lifts staying on the (9th floor) should have a system to alert security in situations like that. The receptionist went into the lift with the clients to the 9th floor leaving the complainer downstairs where he may have coaxed someone to let him into the lift and access the hotel. That worried me.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the room itself was nice. There was an issue with the air con on my second night but it was fixed pronto and the staff were pretty good. It has parking - but you have to get in quick as the carpark gets full pretty quickly, especially at night. But all in all pretty good.

Parking - it would be great if you could park on other levels. Having 2 levels just for the hotel and then the rest were for the apartments. I was lucky I could get a park but it does fill up pretty quick

That I had booked a room type with bathtub but got told these room types don't have any bathtubs and I need to pay extra to get one. And that I had specifically booked early check in and late check out on booking.com but got told I'd have to pay extra for that, too and later that it is due to their curtesy to allow me to check in early and check out late.

This is very central location, with restaurants close by on Smith and Mitchell Streets. There is the Dbar onsite too which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Woolworth Supermarket located across the road. Secure car park building. Brilliant pool. The room and bed were a great size and very comfy. Very clean and Eddie ad his team were amazing! Please note that there isn't a laundry, but one is close by. I would highly recommend The Noodle House whilst you wait for your washing to be done.

Friendly staf, late check in, reception 24/7, spacious room, there where not many breakfast options (a la carte), maybe because there where not many guests (low season), but the options they had, where really good and tasty.

The airconditioning was noisy and next to the bed. I didn’t like the wind in my neck. When I turned it off it became to hot in the room. I was in Darwin during wet season. I would recommand to turn the sound/bell of the elevator off. The guests close to the elevator can hear it in there room. Could be annoying at night.

I liked the location a lot, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Handy having an onsite bar and restaurant to access. Great view out to the pool, and the pool was fabulous for a swim.

There were a few maintenance issues which I feel should not have had to been brought to their attention after checking in however, the staff were very prompt and pleasant in rectifying them. I did at check in receive a room on the second floor, overlooking a carpark ramp, dark and very un holiday. My booking clearly stated "city view". I would like to have been on a higher floor, and the replacement room had a known issue with the reverse cycle aircon.. it gurgled when not on and at intervals during the night, it woke me up. Room 222. I suspect booking well in advance secured me a rate of 287 per night, which is not cheap, and likely a booking made later commanded a higher fee and you get some city view?
