Breakfast was made quickly on all occasions was delicious & well presented.

It is a Shame that the Rooftop Bar is only open from 3 - 9pm as the venue doesn’t have another Bar. Amazing views

Breakfast was very nice, and the room was alright, It was a funny distribution thou since the living area was wide but the room was narrow, but it was mostly the building rather than the actual hotel. so it is understandable. The kitchen was easy to use and provided enough.

the toilet door was weird, sliding doors and you can see through the door. and very discrete but the facilities were more modern. Poor toiletries were presented in the bathroom.

Breakfast was fabulous, Also staff on duty for breakfast were helpful and friendly. We found the reception staff also friendly especially the night manager who let us in when we arrived at 12.15am. Extremely friendly and helpful. thank you

Actually I don't think there was anything we didn't like. We thought at first when we got out of the lift the apartment looked a little dated, but once in our room we were very happy to find it was clean and comfortable.

Great view of harbour and storms. Excellent roomy balcony with shielded airconditioner so reducing heat. Wonderful to have washing machine. Full size refrigerator. Very comfortable beds. Loads of clean towels delivered and all top ups like toilet paper, milk etc. Good to see no small plastic bottles of shampoo etc in use anymore. Air cond being on and going to a cool room was much appreciated. Good air conditioning. Enormous pool! Very quiet.

On arrival bottom sheet only on half the bed! Requested another sheet and one was duly delivered. Since I was clearly disabled, assistance in making the bed would have been polite. A few extra minutes spent cleaning spots and marks on walls would be a good idea.

It was a fantastic stay, with everything we could possibly need, or want, right down to the clothes washer in the room! The rooftop bar was a bonus, with stunning sunset views and reasonably price drinks with nibbles, which was a nice touch. There were clear and precise directions to all amenities in the hotel, and the lift was fast, The Cafe on the third floor was very nice, and staffing the Cafe, as well as all staff in general were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. My only wish was to stay longer in Darwin!

Friendly staff, convenient location, loved our free cafe breakfasts the food and staff were excellent. Rooftop bar was pretty cool, rooms were very quiet, clean and well equipped for an extended visit. Pool was always a perfect temperature. Views of sunrise and set were awesome

Room balconies have unavoidable air con exhaust fans making them extremely hot (hotter than outside in the sun) especially the rooms with multiple air conditioners. hallways without aircon so waiting for slow lifts was uncomfortable. Glass on pool was too dirty to enjoy views and almost no shade poolside. No access to entertainment like pool tables during the day.

Great location close to centre. Clean, modern, comfortable apartment with all amenities needed. Lovely outdoor pool plus small but pretty well equipped gym. The cafe was good, with lots of choice for breakfast ($22AUD allowance to spend each day) and good coffee. If you are going on a tour early there is also a grab and go option which is really handy. Rooftop bar has great views over the city and lots of seating, plus complimentary snacks.

Gym not looked after as well as it could be, no towels, container for wipes empty throughout my stay, not sure it was cleaned. No coffee available after the cafe closes at 2pm - having a coffee machine in the bar area would be a good addition.

Great location, right in the city. Beautiful view from the pool, cafe and rooftop bar overlooking the sea. Everything was really clean. Reception staff were really lovely and welcoming. Everything you need in the little apartments, perfect for a self catering type getaway.

Unfortunately the cafe had reduced hours due to Easter weekend. we checked in on the Wednesday and were informed that breakfast would be served from 6.30am. then on Thursday got an email to say that the cafe was opening from 8am due to Easter. We only upgraded to breakfast late and would not had we known this. The reception staff were really good about it and organised a refund of the breakfast the days we were unable to get it as we had early trips. They did handle it really well I would just recommend to check before booking what services are available.

It sits just outside the main CBA, but it's just a short walk into town. Love the rooftop bar area, we watched some amazing lightning displays from there and a great place to meet other guests. Staff were all fabulous! Breakfast in the coffee shop was yum and reasonably priced. Bedrooms are small, but who cares, it's just for sleeping. Plenty of storage space throught the apartment. The living area in the family apartment was really comfortable.

I'd just be nit picking if I answered this question. No place is perfect! But the couches in our apartment had seen better days. But we did not spend a lot of time there!

Handy location to Darwin CBD and the wharf area. The rooftop bar is a great bonus and a spot worthy of your attention each night (don't be fooled by the term 'canapés' ... if you're peckish the spread of food will fill you up!). Lots of e-scooters just outside the hotel too. Getting the keys after reception had closed was no issue at all (and the free choice of drink when checking in - a beer if you wanted - was appreciated late at night!). Didn't use the washing machine but the unit had the lot for a longer stay.

My room layout was a tad odd ... the bedroom was a bit pokey but the lounge area was huge.
