Breakfast was a bit repetitive...not many options but it was a good value for the money and it was good to have it open since 5:30 as most of the tours start at 6am. The room was clean and they provide all you need.
The view and a bit the position wich is a bit out from the main cbd and a bit isolated. I didn't like to walk there by myself at night.

Breakfast was sufficient enough, especially if you're not a carnivore type (pun intended). The ladies who served breakfast were fantastic and constantly had a smile on their faces. The room is clean, towels, face washers, and foot towels are changed daily, and the bed linen is changed and done. When we requested a microwave in our room, the housekeepers went beyond their job and grabbed that for us with plates, bowls, spoons and forks. We appreciate it.
It would be too much to ask for, but if the housekeepers could sweep the dust and hairs on the floor, It would be a bonus.

It was spotless. Huge king sized bed, extremely comfy with the crispest white sheets I’ve ever seen! We had a good breakfast every morning included in the room rate. Towels were changed frequently, tea bags etc topped up. Reception and dining room staff were always friendly and very helpful. It was close to the town centre and we enjoyed our stay there. We would recommend it to anyone coming to Darwin.
There was a lot of noise one night, doors slamming between 1.00 and 3.00. We complained next morning but were told we should have reported it at the time.

The staff were extremely helpful. Room clean. room service prompt. Reception staff very helpful. A special mention goes to Belle (Mirabelle) in the breakfast dining room. Consistently friendly, welcoming & greeting each person as they entered the dining room, always smiling and happy to help, and then thanked each person as they left to begin their day, & all the while actively attending to her duties in keeping the tables cleared & clean, & breakfast items replenished. She is an asset to the Hotel.
The shower was over the bathtub, narrow, & the bathtub surface curved & slippery. This could too easily be a significant risk to anyone with mobility issues, aging factors such as arthritis, or anyone with hip or spine or knee issues, for whom climbing in & the getting out of the tub is not easy, & the tub is slippery when wet making the risk of a fall or similar injury quite a significant potential. There was one railing on the wall to hold when getting in or out.

Great place to stay in Darwin, not too far from the city center, you can walk to all main attractions in town. Halfway between east part of city center and the west part. Room is clean, modern, has a balcony, ac blows cold air. Quiet inside the room, i didn't hear much noise from the other rooms or from the hallway. They have a small pool, but i didn;t have time to swim. I had to wake up in the morning so i didn't try their breakfest. Reception i think is 24 hours and you can check late at night or check out yearly morning. I think there is an underground car park but check if you have a big truck, i not sure you can drive it in . I would stay again at this place, no need to look any further.
It does what it says, maybe it will be nice to have a bigger pool. It will be nice if they could organise a pick- up from the airport or drop of there.

The location was amazing, we were central to everything and it was a small walk or scoot to the shops and main streets. The pool was fabulous, after a day of exploring in the heat it was so refreshing to end the day with a swim. The bed was also very comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. Breakfast was good, they had a big selection of continental foods such as cereal, breads, spreads, milk, coffee, teas and they offered fresh fruit. No matter where you are in the building, the air con is AMAZING! You feel the difference the moment you walk in! The balcony also gave us a view of the beautiful sunrises!
The cleanliness wasn’t the best, the room was clean when you looked at it but we soon noticed splatters on the ceiling, dirt in the bathroom and there were three cockroaches in the room over the period of our stay (1 week). When we approached staff at the end of our stay they apologised and said they would get on it right away. The walls are also quite thin, so we could hear people coming and going and we could also hear every time the person next door to us moved in their bath tub. Neither of these things would stop us from staying again as it was comfortable, mostly clean and prime location for the price.

A real pleasant surprise. One of the best hotels we stayed at on our visit to Australia. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds super comfy and quite big. The breakfast was basic but great and started at 5.30am so you could get food before any early morning coach trips. Fab coffee too. This would be my first choice to stay again if I was back in Darwin.
Nothing it was perfect.

The staff were more than accommodating in this hotel. Eddie in particular was so helpful and kind! Each staff member that walked past always took the time to greet and smile at us which made us feel so welcome. We loved that house keeping came around every day and made sure our beds were made and restocked our shower gels and towels. Our room was absolutely spotless along with the hotel in general.
The internet was quite week as we were on the 7th floor it kept knocking off on our phones and when we watched Netflix on the TV. No other issues however.

We really enjoyed the hotel. We stayed four nights but didn't have our rooms made up on any day as is our custom. The lady gave us more tissues when needed. The reception guy put us onto a fabulous restaurant close to the hotel. Hotel was close to so many things. We walked a lot
A couple of maintenance things with the room but not bad enough for us to complain. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower leaked out onto the floor so we had to mop up each day. This could all do with humidity but it wouldn't stop us from booking there again or recommending the hotel to friends.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice outlook. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the Darwin city centre and esplanade while still being out of the way enough to be quiet. The restaurant downstairs is good, although they do not deliver to the room (a very minor inconvenience). Gluten free options were available at breakfast, which is great.
Breakfast was ok (continental) but could be improved with some hot food e.g., scrambled eggs and fried tomato. The pool is in an exposed courtyard area outside the dining room. It could benefit from some vegetation/ landscaping to make it more inviting.
