Where to start and what to write. Brilliantly designed for a family stay. Everything that you want for stay was in the unit. AC, Main Bed and Bunks for Kids. Iron/ board + Cutlery/ Utensils + Electric Cooktop. But leave all of this aside and the overall experience of living in the resort is simply out of the world. I stayed in resort when there was rain all day ( 120mm Day1, 132mm Day2 and it was flooded everywhere even Bruce highway was closed) and was not able to do alot of activities outside but the activities in resort made it worthwhile paying for it.

Mattrice for main bed could be better. One literally sinks in the bed once lying down.

Pancakes by the pool were our most favourite part of our stay, we just wish they had them on more than once a week. Pools were wonderful, we loved that the splash bucket was located at the end on the pool end away from everything else, as our daughter is terrified of splash buckets. The park and jumping pillows were a lot of fun, so much to do, We didn’t have to leave. Loved the different food vans and the coffee van lady was lovely. We stayed in a small cabin, perfect for just our little family, next time we would book with a 2nd room not just a curtain dividing the rooms.

The beds, more the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, we both woke up each morning with sore necks and didn’t sleep the best, but that was the only thing we could fault. We loved our stay.

Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed, except for a mop. Floors can get dirty very quickly especially when you have children there.

Pizza from on-site van was awful. Need a few more activities for the under 4's. The little kids part of the pool was freezing, much colder than the rest. Waiting at reception to pay for an icecream that I'd nearly melted by the time you get served is not good. Has to be a better way to be able to purchase things like that as the checking in process seems to take quite a long time. Need a mop in the cabin

Location was great, service was friendly and helpful and the chalet we stayed in was perfect for a family; spacious, clean, terrific location (close to pool etc). Ideal for families holidaying and wanting to explore Airlie Beach and all it has to offer too.

Waiting to check-in was timely; not through any fault of premises, simply because premises check-outs at one location are 10.00am and check-ins are 2.00pm, which left us with a significant window between where we were having to sit and kill time.

Everything :) The facilities, cabin, receptionists, slides, pool and the temperature of the water even tho the weather was rainy and colder,you still wanted to stay and play in the pool. Playground for kids is perfect, movie nights are so cool, petting animals is fun too for little ones. Coffee van comes very handy after hours of playing in the water. Location was very good too as it was nice and quiet, also how gorgeous it looks at every corner of the park.

I couldn't stay longer

The park was very family friendly, kids loved it. We didn't feel like we needed to travel to far to rest and relax. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and loved the water slides and animal park. The woodfired pizza van was an unexpected treat and the mini golf was great!! Park was very well maintained and the staff were really lovely. Loved the little welcome gift in the fridge, wonderful touch and went perfect with a cuppa after the trip there.

We had an unhappy girl as the buggies were not available for hire after 3.30pm, of course we went at 3.50pm (problem was ours as we didn't read the brochure). Maybe the buggies could go a little longer, maybe 4.30pm for people who are getting back from exploring for the day. A few more BBQ's around the park might be nice. But that's it, the rest was great.

The waterpark was great for adults to take toddlers down. They weren't too big, so this meant a lot of ages could enjoyed them. Close to shops.

The Cafe on site was VERY slow. You weren't acknowledged when you were standing there and only when they were ready to take your order. More staff needed for just coffee service. The movie nights were very loud. Slide pools were very very cold.

Location is in the main part of Canonvale and is a fair way from Airlie Beach itself. You would need a vehicle to get to nearest shopping centre. There seemed to be regular buses running past the resort. Heaps of things for everyone to do, particularly if you are active. Everyone loved the water park area. Great coffee van on site. Cabins well equipped.

Pizza night was cancelled when we were there. Streets are fairly narrow. Please be always on the lookout for young children on bikes, scooters etc. There's not much room to get off roads without fear of hitting a pedestrian.

To be honest, everything. Awesome facilities for kids and adults. Water park is something else. On-site coffee and different food trucks most nights was a bonus. Highly recommend 👌 They gave us plenty of advice on mosquitos, but we didn't encounter any.

The Bush Stone Curlews (bird) is hilariously disturbing with their calls.

We were lucky to stay in one of the newer family condos which was very clean and away from the busyness of the park. The water park was such fun for the adults and our child and the entire resort was very well upkept and clean. There were a variety of activities to do each day and easy to book. The size of the condo was ideal for our family and had a large parking area for multiple cars.

If you are like me and need a dark room to sleep, I'd recommend taking some bandaids to cover the LED lights on the tv and Air-conditioning if you're going to use them. The pillows are also very high and made for a difficult time sleeping so I'd recommend bringing your own if this isn't something that you like.
