Nightcap at Springwood Hotel

I booked room 7 to stay the night while sorting out my life 😂 but glad the staff was so helpful & kind ESPECIALLY coming in waaaay before our check in time and got to have our room by 12pm one of the staff really worked her magic and saved us from waiting for another 2 hours to get into our room. The room was perfectly clean, got to watch my favorite shows on Netflix and all especially how close it was to maccas 😍 but sucks we didn't get to sleep the night in our room (cause finally we heard from my landlord that our house was ready so we left the same night) 😏 I highly recommend Nightcap at Springfield Hotel 💯💯

Friendly Staff, clean and spacious room. Able to park right at the front door.

The door is swollen and doesn't shut properly without force to close it. When the cleaner cleaned the room, they left the door ajar (most likely not realising the issue, as it would look locked), though it was not locked. Therefor all my belongings in side the room was left unsecure in the room with the door unlocked. Tried to let staff know, though door to reception area was locked and no one answered the phone when checking out.

The location of the property is excellent for travel into Brisbane or the Gold Coast with access to the M1 Freeway at your door step. The property has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and most welcoming

The only thing that was a little concerning was the black mould in the bathroom and this could be due to the location and style of the exhaust fan. Sone people would be completely turned off with this and that would be a real shame as the rooms are fantastic.

Good location for where we needed to go. Nice touch having a drink card for the adjoining hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. McDonald’s right next door which was very handy for food after a late arrival.

Close to motorway so was noisy, probably would be better in the rooms on the other side. Long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom (we both have short grey hair) this made it feel as though it wasn’t clean. No tissues. Probably not worth any more than $140 per night.

Location was fantastic and only a few minutes' walk to a shopping centre that had all you could need. I went for a wedding at the Hotel, so it was the perfect place to stay and meant that I didn't have to drive much during my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and I thought it might be noisy being right next to the Hotel but didn't bother me at all. Food was also great, and it has the added attraction of their famous Buffett dinners. I loved the breakfast pack that was included.

Not much but wish a breakfast pack had been provided each morning of my three-night stay and not just the first morning. It was a much appreciated extra as I was paying to eat all of my other meals at the hotel.

The staff was amazing. My flights had multiple challenges, and the staff was easy to work with, and so exceptionally welcoming upon my arrival. They were thoughtful, kind, and helpful. The attached Barra Bar has a good menu, and my first steak in Australia was delicious and cooked perfect. I will definitely go again before I leave the country.

A microwave in the room would be helpful to people who have longer stays.

The apartment we had was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom. There was plenty of storage space for goods & clothes. The restaurant Feasts has an excellent buffet dinner. You can also have a pub style meal as well. {You need to book in advance as it is very popular] The hotel is situated close to shops & supermarkets. Staff were friendly & helpful. We did have one problem with our fridge not working. We found out about 9 pm. We rang & a guy came around & looked at the problem. He came back a short time later with a replacement fridge. Service was pretty good.

Although it had everything going for it, there were just a few little things that could be improved on. We arrived at about 2.30 on Friday & Reception was closed. We had to ring to get someone to check us in. No one there again on Sunday 10am when we left. The only thing about Feasts we didn't like was they had a packed restaurant & not enough staff coming around clearing plates. We were on a small table & the plates were starting to pile up before someone came.

Very clean and roomy enough for a one night stay for a family of three. Beds were comfortable. Superb rain shower. Flat screen TV. Chose to dine in. Meals were fabulous and well proportioned. Only two seats to dine from and one chair was very low.

Biggest drawback was road noise mainly from the M1 Motorway; was a bit disconcerting although we will have a return visit in a month time.

Towels were replenished everyday and 1 full service was wonderful coming back to a very clean room after a busy day out was lovely. Check in was easy and staff were great!

Bathroom shower head was way to big! Carpet needed to be cleaned Traffic was very noisy

Absolutely loved how comfy the bed was! Also, the second I walked into the room, it instantly smelled lovely and clean. Great value for money. Reception lady was lovely and friendly.

There was no kitchen sink or clothe to wash my coffee mug up. 🙂 That is my only complaint.
