the property was conveniently located 5 mins away from the karate dojo we needed to get to for a weekend course. the cafe we popped into for breakfast was just a short walk to a park as well. the apartment we booked was spacious for a 2br which also had two bathrooms - an added bonus. facilities were basic but dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all good of needing to stay longer. the restaurant on the ground floor was also good to have - although not needed for our stay. there is a taxi booking service located at reception as well. staff were super knowledgable and friendly.

the fact that the fire alarm systems were too sensitive to have hot showers without keeping bathroom door open and bedrooms shut. we were also warned to keep cooking to a minimum and have doors closed to prevent it from going off. for those wanting to cook instead of eating take away - it might cause inconvenience. realistically, common sense should prevail! our room faced a car yard - their floodlights combined with the surrounding highway lights lit up the room too much until block out blinds drawn a bit more of the lights.

The beds were hard and all the pillows were lumpy. On the first day I made my bed leaving the blanket from the wardrobe on top when I came back it had been remade, next day I left it unmade and it had not been made when I got back after 5pm. The unit overall was quite a warm temperature inside which is good for winter and whilst it has an air conditioner unit in the lounge this would not be enough for the bedrooms through the warmer months.

Room layout was good with plenty of space. access to balcony from each room. carpeted rooms. bath in each bathroom.

one aircon for the whole apartment. Fan in each room would be great. we were told that the rooms are serviced each day but the floor was never cleaned. the couch was flaking and there were black bits on the floor which we couldn’t clean up without a vacuum cleaner.

Location for where we were going was great. Check was easy. Other than that didn’t see staff.

We only got our room cleaned every second day. That was our choice however one day came in and bathroom had been done but bedroom still unmade. A little disappointing.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my travel. The room was spacious and beds were very comfy.

We used the spare blankets and a pillow from the cupboard; both had questionable stains on them. I understand stains/marks/general wear-and-tear, but these stains were significant. We also had problems finding car spaces and ended up parking outside, which was fine, but I would prefer secure parking.

Just perfect for my needs as I prepared for a major sporting event. Great kitchen, great space

Location was central to what we wanted, rooms were very clean.

The lounges in the room were showing signs of wear and could be replaced/repaired. The towel rack in the bathroom was missing a bar. There was very limited milk for tea/coffee. No pool on the premises.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy our apartment was. It was a little tired but great value for money and in a good location for the event we had.

Spacious clean rooms, secure parking. Good onsite facilities.

Rooms, although clean and well presented, perhaps a little dated, but ok!

No dislikes, no aircond in bedrooms but they did have pedestal fans. Only aircond in main living area
