The city view from the room. Friendly receptionist. The clean room. The well prepared facility ( toilet has a seat for kids, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dishwasher soap, dish wash sponge, wipe, kitchen towel, hair dryer, towels, instant tea & coffee set, plates, bowls, cups, wine openers, cutleries, mini-refrigerators, microwave, kettle, toaster) - double bed room.

Due to the accommodation is a part of apartment, you need phone call to enter the building, see receptionist and check in. If you visit from outside Australia and have no phone. I recommend to tell check in time and ask solutions (how to enter building without phone call) in advance.

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to be very helpful at all times. Brilliant service! Views also amazing and the location is great. So close to the Mater, where my husband was a patient. Excellent security, attractive building and a great place to stay. The Woollies Metro is only 5 minutes walk to stock up plus of course Southbank has a huge range of cafes and restaurants.

Our particular unit was very meanly furnished and equipped. Think 3 teaspoons, forks etc! Also a cheapo toaster which burned the toast and set off the fire alarm on any setting over 1. Table has a broken leg and was shoved against the wall to hide this. Ancient washing machine with a broken water level dial so I had to bucket extra water into it! That's just this unit, not all are like this one.

Having stayed previously I know the area. Last stay was in an apartment. Close to train station Supermarket close by for essential items

2 bath towels 1 hand towel 1 bathmat for 2 people for 8 nights is simply not enough when the stay cost over $1000 Although I stayed alone so had the two towels for 8 nights, definitely needed another hand towel to dry hair Should have a free change of towels every 3 days A bottle of water on arrival would have been a nice touch Not sure if I would stay again as there are lots of apartments and hotels close by Under the best was extremely dusty (not been cleaned in a long time. Wooden blocks supporting the bed looked mis aligned Paint peeling in front door Paint marks on wall behind chair Location excellent studio needs a bit of TLC Just a little tweek could be so much better

The location of the accommodation was wonderful, close to amenities and the Conference venue. The room had a fantastic view and was clean. It was also very spacious.

The TV could have had access to online Netflix etc, to sign in to one's own account, etc. The bed also creaks and squeaks every time you turn over. It did however take 15 - 20min to get into the building on late arrival on Tuesday evening, despite confirmation of late arrival. There was insistence on a company credit card, despite all of this information having been provided by my employer on Monday 24 Oct, and confirmation I would not need to have the credit card details with me. This was then not accepted by the check-in man, who insisted on the details as he said he couldn't find any record of it. I had to use my co-worker's credit card, which I find unacceptable\.

Outstanding location. All you could want is in a very easy walking distance. Parking also was very good. Check in was easy as was the communication. Clean with a comfortable bed. View is quite incredible.

Furnishings could be upgraded for minimal cost which would make a huge difference in making the room a little more modern. One of the dining room chairs was broken and could have caused an accident. My wife smashed her foot on the shower cubicle receptacle and had a fall. It's in a weird spot where it is difficult to avoid when walking straight in if you are unfamiliar with the bathroom.

Very good location with wonderful view of the Brisbane River and close to the Glens Promenade. Rooms are clean with a balcony overlooking the river. Close to South Bank Station which has a direct train to the Airport.

Reception not manned 24 hours. Was required to reach the apartment before 4 pm which I did (10 minutes before) but the reception was already closed. The after hours number only got activated at 4 pm. So it took some time to check in. The remote check-in process was quick and painless though. Also all garbage needs to be thrown by the guest before he/she checks out to avoid a rubbish disposal charge.

Location and river views were superb. The two bedroom apartment was very well appointed and had everything you needed. There is a lovely pool and deck area, outdoor parking is easy for unloading luggage straight into the foyer. I had a family member in the Mater so it was a great location to walk back and forth each day. If I had been staying for a holiday , I would have enjoyed all the lovely restaurants and attractions close by, including the Kitty Kat( free city ferry) and the walking paths and bridges connecting the city to Southbank.

Working out the entry procedures after hours upon arrival took a little bit of back and forth on the phone to the after hours service who were very helpful.

Position and views were amazing, so handy to the CBD and Mater Hospital. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I reported a broken toilet seat and when I came back it was fixed. Kitchen well fitted out with plates etc.

No reading lights in the 2nd bedroom, I had to read with the torch on my phone! Only a quilt there, no blanket choice, I was too hot and kept waking up. No condiments like salt, pepper etc or cooking oil in the kitchen.

Sliding door onto the balcony was difficult to slide. We arrived after hours. After calling the specified phone number, they were unable to remotely open the front door for us to get through to the key safe at reception to get our room key. They had at least 3 attempts to open the door remotely for us and failed every time. It was just lucky that another resident/guest entered the building and let us in!

We went for Magic Round for the NRL. Close to transport, Very comfortable room and bed. Nice views from private balcony over the water. Only saw one staff member the whole time but she was very nice. Would definitely recommend this place. We will stay again for sure.

Nothing was unpleasant at all. No complaints or criticisms except my team lost their footy game lol, but Plaza Appts couldn't have helped them anyway l.
