The room was self contained and very well appointed. Looking down onto a car park was not the greatest but we spent so little time in the space it was not a problem. The bedroom was great and very comfortable with built in robes. The bathroom maybe needed a spruce up but was clean and well appointed. Having a washing machine (new front loader) and a dryer was a bonus. Kitchen was very good to use and the lounge was extremely comfortable. Reception was very helpful at all times.

The bathroom needs a little updating as the tiles were painted over and had begun to peal in some spots. I would imagine the humidity being a tropical location would not help.

The location was excellent, able to walk to everything in the city and close to restaurants, chemists and supermarkets. The room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and good linen, especially the pillows. There are two tv's sorting out the channels was a bit difficult. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked very well and had everything we needed, fridge was small but suited our needs. Plenty of parking if hiring a car.

Sometime there was a bit of street noise, but I think you would get that from most accommodation in the area and you can't help the local birds flying in.

Great location - across the road from bank, food and drink provisions (Woolworths), plenty of small restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. About midway point between the waterfront and the Shopping Centre. Older building but large rooms, very comfortable, clean and like a mini apartment with seperate sleeping area, bathroom/laundry, kitchen, dining/living area and a small balcony. Good safe area to park a hire car.

Cooking smells from the next apartment and a strong smell from the air conditioner on the balcony (?). It was also a bit hard to distinguish where to park in the onsite parking area, but so convenient to have the carpark.

The postion is a ten minute walk to the ocean, and Woolworths and bws are right across the street. Clubs and food are also walkable, so there is no need for ubers on a night out. The pool was lovely and clean.

The floors of our room definitely could have used a mop before we came and the bath/showers waterpresure wasn't the best. In addition, not having an oven was a bit inconvenient and the outdoor furniture was definitely lacking, and one piece was falling apart in places

Excellent location in the centre of town, right opposite a supermarket. It was a nice spacious apartment with friendly, helpful staff. The bed was comfy, shower was decent and the WiFi worked well. The kitchen had a lot of worktop space and contained everything we needed. It was great to have a washing machine and clothes airer.

Cleaning needs a little more attention and it would be good to have more hangers in the wardrobe and better drawer space.

The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious with an adequately-equipped kitchenette. The location was very convenient and the late arrival check-in procedure was very easy and clearly explained in advance. The Receptionist/Manager was very helpful and courteous. The outdoor swimming pool was a decent size but I did not have a chance to use it due to heavy rain during my stay. There are some large terraces on the upper floors where hotel guests can enjoy some interesting views over Cairns on a day with pleasant weather. The hotel was fairly quiet for sleeping. The hotel was very close to a large supermarket and several good restaurant choices.

The swimming pool looked like it needed to be cleaned as I could see a lot of sand in the bottom of it all the way from my high floor balcony. I wasn't sure I'd want to use it even if the weather had been better for it.

Amazing customer service. Went beyond obligations to help me out with requests. Great communication. Comfortable beds. Great value for money and had everything we needed in our apartment. Lovely little pool and bbq deck. Would stay again.

No complaints, suggestions for improvement would be better room lighting, ensuring sides of cupboards are wiped down in addition to benches and bathroom. My preference would be a split system air con so not sharing air with rest of hotel.

Inn Cairns close to city centre, easy to get around town,Plenty of tourist information centres to book trips.Plenty of restaurants, cafes ,lovely swimming area in the main park.Great experience. Will come back in future.

Inn Cairns,apartments need fresh paint in rooms ,bathroom need a little improvement, just abit out dated.But over all good value for money.

Fantastic location.. everything you need is within 5mins walking distance. Spacious apartment. Pool was clean and deep enough for a proper swim! We stayed on the top floor so had the terrace area just outside our door

Bed was too firm for my liking. Kitchen utensils could do with an update and only 1 wine glass. Glass on the coffee table and dining table needs to be secured.

Location was great. The check in and out and access process was super easy and staff were super helpful. The room was good and had enough facilities to get by. The kitchen equipment was terrible (blunt knives) but if you weren't wanting to do a lot of cooking that wouldn't impact. there was basic equipment like kettle and microwave to get buy.
