The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was exceptional - large everything (including both bathrooms) and plenty of space. Great view of the water -then we had a bird's eye view of a massive cruise ship berthed right in front of us.

Getting in after 10pm - we were a bit confused (and tired), and it took us ages to find the apartments from the lock box. Suggest the instructions say after you pick up the key from the lockbox that you walk out of the carpark and turn left into the street with the apartments in the next building. (The current reference to the carpark sounds like you are driving.)

Location was pleasant but not many eating places open on a Monday night. Apartment was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Main TV in loungeroom was OK but could not get it off FOXTEL to watch local news!

The reception was OK at check-in but not available at check-out so had to just leave the keys to unit and to garage area in a box on the counter. Was going to go across Wharf Street to the Brewery for dinner but, unfortunately, it was closed for a private function so had to traipse around the block to finally get a take-away from an Italian restaurant (penne bolognaise which was very bland and expensive at $36.00)

This property was extremely luxurious. Beautifully presented, fully equipped, really spacious. We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and there was so much more room in the living area than anticipated. Air conditioning was really effective (and much needed) The staff were incredibly helpful. It’s also situated really close to town and the marina. We stayed twice and it did not disappoint.

Location near waterfront was great. Rooms were bright and spacious and comfortable. LOVED the King sized bed in master bedroom - lovely crisp cotton sheets delightful. Also wonderful to have a balcony over looking the mountains to see the rain clouds and watch the bats :) Bonus - great coffee at The Chambers just down Lake Street!

Only thing that could have been better was getting a water view - but none available when I booked.

Large size of apartment, clean tidy, everything comfortable. Foxtel. Quiet area at night. Great location. The view of the mountains from the lowest floor still pretty good!

A small issue with lights from BBQ area streaming in all night, around the blinds. Probably only affects one particular apartment. Perhaps they could be set to turn off at 10pm?

Very large apartment with all the facilities you could need for a comfortable extended stay. Close walking distance to the waterfront and not far to the supermarkets and night markets. Some very nice restaurants very close by.

Pretty minor but it took a little while to understand the late check in instructions with the key pick up next door and then had to come back the next day to pay the bond.

The apartment was very spacious with fantastic views, great location very close to the Marina with beautiful bars and restaurants

Only fault was our apartment door was right next to the refuge Shute so the smell was a little unpleasant when going in and out of the apartment, but it wouldn't put me off as the apartment was so good

Great location with view over river and mountains. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants and waterfront precinct. Huge apartment,well equipped, ensuite and main bathroom.

The bedroom fan could do with a service or replacement, it was noisy.

The room was really good. Very spacious and great for our large family. Location was good.

Unfortunatley on our first night I stood on a shard of glass in the loungeroom, and then found out my partner had already picked up another piece of glass prior to that happening. Four days later I have not been able to get the glass out so am heading up to the hospital to try and get it removed.

Our 3 bed room has bay view so family all happy. The staff was very friendly, my wife forgot her cellphone on the bed when we checked out, we just released when we arrived at Sydney, so we contacted staff immediately, and they are so friendly to help deliver her cellphone back to Sydney. It was a good experience.
