The 3 bedroom apartment was immaculately presented, very clean and comfortable beds. It was very close, walking distance to shops, restaurants and a supermarket across the road.

Very clean, spacious accommodation with excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and large balcony. Great location and we were all able to walk to many attractions including CBD area and Aquarium. Also very close to a large shopping centre and Cairns rail. Able to access Cairns rail for a day trip to Kuranda utilising the Kuranda train and Skyrail. Stayed after a few nights in Port Douglas and didn’t need to use our hire car until we returned to the airport. Highly recommend Cairns City Apartments. Great place to relax, thank you.

Beautiful comfortable large unit. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds. Shopping centre right across the road. Anna was amazing, helped us out greatly when we arrived a day early and accommodated us adding an extra night at short notice and so helful in changing car spaces around to fit our large vehicle with bike rack in. Being a smoker, being allowed to smoke on the balcony was a big plus for me. Most places don't allow it anymore.

Breakfast was not included as we booked a self-contained apartment with full kitchen facilities and equipment. Great apartment layout. Apartment was more than we were expecting. Huge balcony with fan. Air conditioners in each room. Television in each room. Three bedroom apartment with full size bathroom (ensuite) for main bedroom and full size bathroom to share for two other bedrooms.

Only issue, which was relatively minor, was lock on apartment entrance was a bit fiddly but after a few entrances was easier to manage.

Anna the host was very hospitable. we borrowed towels for a day at the reef with no problem and we were able to keep our apartment longer on the last day as we had a early evening flight. the apartment was very big and had everything you would need. location was excellent. walking distance to marina, and esplanade whilst being away from the busiest. right across the road from the train station for Kuranda scenic railway and a large shopping centre with a Cole’s, Woolies and BWS.

The 2 bedrooms apartment was very spacious as two couples can live comfortably. The location is very good. Harbour for all kinds of cruising, Shopping mall, restaurants, massage parlours, shops, are on a walking distance. Indeed, you don't need a car if you are staying at this apartment. You can book in different tours with pick and drop services. And everything on a walking distance. One bedroom had direct city views and the second (Rear) bedroom had partial mountain views. Big Balcony with City views had dining table to enjoy evening tea or breakfast. The apartment was nice and clean. It was definitely value for money.

The electric stove has intermittent heating electrode which is not ideal if preparing Indian meal ( Curry) as it requires stable and uninterrupted flame. This is something the owner should address to cater the needs of people from cuisine diversity.

Location of the apartment was perfect. A short walk across from the mall, night markets, esplanade and more. Great family apartment, amazing decor and so much space. The pool was deep enough for our 6.1m family members yet safe enough for our 10 year old. The apartment was so well equipped in the kitchen it felt like being at home. The master bedroom was big, large walk in wardrobe and bathroom - wow. All the beds were clean and comfy. We stayed at the Beaumont 3 bedroom Apartment and would love to come and stay again. Price was amazing for what we had. Thank you.

The place was really awesome. We did think that it could do with a good dust and clean but overall it wasn't dirty or grubby. Just the little touches that I as a housewife noticed could do with an extra scrub.

The apartment was spacious and well laid out. It had everything we needed and the large balcony was great.

The apartment was on the main street with street and traffic lights yet there no curtains in the living areas to block out the lights or the noise. There were block out curtains in the bedroom but the rest of the apartment was lit up like a Christmas tree at night. We had to close the bedroom door to sleep. The owners need to invest in curtains or blinds for the front windows.

My family of 5 stayed 7 days in a 3 bedroom apartment and loved it. Apartment 2 - Regency Building 75 Spence St (Just FYI 3 different apartment buildings next to each other but different access keys for each) Location - 2min walk to Cairns Shopping Center and max 10 min walk to everything else in the CBD, including esplanade. Lots of eating out options. Kitchen - Full size fridge and dishwasher (did not use). It had all the equipment needed to cook dinner etc. Note: they don't keep salt, pepper, oil etc but supermarkets 2min away. Dining table for 6. Rooms - Well set out and bedding was very good. Bathrooms - Clean and shower had good water pressure. Has a en-suite to main bedroom. Lounge Room - Very comfortable with good size smart TV Aircon - Aircon and fans in all rooms. Aircon worked well. Wifi - Worked well in lounge room, dinning room and main bedroom but not great in the two other bedrooms. Was good enough to stream Netflix with minor buffering. Out door area - Large (ground floor) and had 8 person table and lounge area. lots of area to dry clothing / towels Laundry - Washing machine, dryer, mop and broom. We had no issue using anything. Pool - Small but well landscaped and kids loved it. Has sun on it around 2 to 3 hours a day, so good for no sunscreen swimming. No BBQ but covered table area. Pool towels supplied Car Park - We did not use but spot allocated to apartment and car park is secure. Manager: We did not see Anne much as we had no issues but during check in and calling her for check out she could not have been more helpful.

Kids would have liked better wifi in bedrooms but I was more then happy not having them staying in the rooms playing games.

Clarendon, unit 6 is a really spacious unit in great central location albeit on a busy road and lots of road noise. This unit has lift access, was very clean and has everything you could want including a large comfy lounge and large dining table - room for everyone and shops across the road. A lovely large balcony but it was too noisy out there to enjoy it. I would stay here again.

I can’t think of anything that could be improved in the unit. It was freshly painted and everything was in good working order. The managers are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
