The location was awesome, walked across the grass and onto the beach. The only problem being…….no flags for a safer swim. The apartment had been recently refurbished, and was beautifully presented. The view from the fourth floor deck was stunning, up to Surfers Paradise, and down to Coolangatta. Looking forward to another holiday at this lovely property.

The only whinge I could come up with would be the car space we were allotted, it was a bit tight getting in and out in a big vehicle. Just grateful to have under cover parking thank you.

Location was perfect. The beach and pool was right there with a nicely maintained grassy Area, it was exactly the location I wanted and needed. It definitely didnt seem over crowded especially considering it was easter weekend. We were able to lounge on the pool chairs, use the spa, cook on the BBQ, and sit outside on the grassy area comfortably without the pressure of too many people at once. The beach was lovely and quiet with easy access right at your doorstep. I loved having a laundry and a full size kitchen, plus the cupboard full of pool toys was a nice little suprise! Nice and spacious apartment with a 6 seater dining room table plus 2 comfortable lounges for the family to sit on. Great location and would definitely stay again!!

Room 39 (level 4) No air con, and although there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms there isnt one in the lounge/main seating areas of the unit, and the fan in the main bedroom remained at the same slow speed no matter what level ypu dialed it to The electrical ports sparked every now and then when turning things on and the whole facility blacked out for about 15 seconds around 8pm. The door to the main bedroom wouldn't close so we had to put our suitcases up against it to close it so our 2 yr old could sleep without having to hear noise from the loungeroom. The apartment Definitely could use afew touch ups but all in all you just can't beat the location and the view.

Not really suitable for disabilty people with walkers and wheel chairs, due to stairs to get to the pool. Requires ramp down the south side by tennis court end. In stead of having to walk around. Bottom unit would have been better.

Great location right near the beach, complex has a pool and small indoor games room with table tennis. Also has an outdoor tennis court. Apartment was recently renovated. Smart tv was good, kitchen was pretty well equipped.

Signs up saying smoke free complex, clearly this is a token gesture and not enforced. Constantly having smoke blow in as the complex is not air conditioned. Some apartments being renovated which meant some noise which was kept to a minimum but still not the most relaxing

Beautiful location - beachfront and close walk to shops/coffee. Also an easy busy ride to different part of the coast with the stops right outside the apartments. Pool and rooftop spa are great. Great breeze so rooms were really cool. Have stayed here multiple times and will book again.

Awesome location. You couldn't get closer to the beach. Very comfortable rooms and facilities. I want to live there

Having to get the car out before checking out was the only thing that was a little inconvenient and of course parking elsewhere before you can check in as the carpark is locked and no driveway parking .

Our first floor apartment was clean, private and had a beautiful panoramic view over the beach, extending all the way to Tweed Heads. Large doors onto our balcony allowed us to sit and listen to the waves and relax and on occasions, eat meals and enjoy the morning sun. Located perfectly for a quiet beach holiday. Close to shops, Surf Clubs and a variety of eateries.

Possibly a bit dated, but the beds were clean and bedding new. Overall the place was spotless and you spend your time looking at the beach views anyway.

Beach access. Secure parking. Spa and pool. Spacious rooms. Security.

No fan in lounge area. No air-conditioning. Not being able to open the washing machine lid all the way. Having to pay for extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid etc. Flight path. No screens on bedroom windows. Sqeaky sheets.

Lovely position overlooking the beach. Right on beachfront so easy to walk to Tugan village or down towards Coolangatta. Property was clean and our unit although old had been recently painted, refurbished. Beautifully spacious.

A bit noisy as bedrooms on road side but not too bad. Double glazing would possibly help.

We loved the place the view was exceptional it was clean very roomy and we would stay there again. It was handy to where we wanted to go as we didn't have a car we relied on buses and with the stop outside the place it was very convenient place to stay

There are 2 things that I didn't like.... The main check out time 9.30am is very early when your on holidays every where else is 10.00am to 11.00am I found very inconvenient was the internet was lousy in fact it didn't work as all if it is s lousy why offer it. we rang the 1300 number and the gentlemen was very unhelpful and said he would ring me back still haven't heard back from him he just kept telling us it was working in other rooms??? well ours wasn't
