Location, convenience, pool, washing machine and dryer!!! friendly and helpful staff. Malissa was so super friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue and she was so accommodating, especially for us and our two kids. What a perfect place for a family holiday. Such an ideal location around the corner from beach, park and surf club. Short walk to shops and bus stop. We were even able to walk to airport (saving us the hassle of working out how to get everyone/everything there). We will definitely be back!

I loved the location and security of the property - our car was in secure carpark and secure gated entry to property from the footpath. Plus the manager was super friendly and very accomodating. We ended up extending our stay by one night as we were so happy with the accommodation and service.

Only negative was the light in the stairwell. It would be good to have a sensor light to turn on so that then I can clearly see where the light switch was.

Malisa was friendly and helpful. After hours check in was smooth and easy. Apartment was spacious, with open plan kitchen, living, dining and a bonus lounge room with sofa bed was great for extra space. Great breeze through the apartment, ceiling fan in bedroom and balcony access. Large walk through closet. Jack and Jill bathroom access. Laundry tub great size for infant bath. Washing machine worked well, clothes airer and pegs supplied. Pool was a highlight, nice temperature and wading pool excellent for infants. Spa also good. Lots of loungers, we were lucky enough to score the one umbrella by the pool, other shade is dependent on time of day. Outdoor BBQ was excellent outside pool area with a few tables and chairs with umbrellas. Walking distance from airport, also serviced by some bus routes. Close to esplanade for easy stroll or bus to cooly beach.

Lots of stairs with no lift access was a bit painful for using a pram. Hot tip though: if you enter through the driveway, you can access your apartment stairs directly so it's just a few more stairs in the same stairwell. Very basic supplies, only one sachet of dishwasher powder, one per night stay would be reasonable. I bought laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid but wasn't going to buy a 24 pack of tablets or a big box of powder for 5 nights. Toilet paper was so thin, recommend BYO. Dryer didn't work well, lucky for sea breeze. Apartment had a musty smell which went away after a day or so having windows open. Table and bench surfaces were very sticky, perhaps due to no cleaning products provided. Carpet needs a good clean, might be due to the age.

Was easy to check in, spacious apartment, quiet and has everything I needed. The hotel reception/manager was superb. She brought sheets up straight away. She was lovely.

There was a communication mix up somewhere when I booked online. I had a guest staying for one night on the sofa bed, but somehow the hotel didn't receive that notification. TV was quite small for the size room but it worked. The apartment across the hall smelt of marijuana and so you had to hold your breath walking the hallway at night. Kitchen utensils needed updating - kitchen knives were rusty and blunt, frypan needs discarding/replacing.

Spacious two-bed apartment. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Aircon in living area. Very secure parking. Excellent position near to the beach. Great pool. Handy to several dining options. Very close to airport.

Three floors up, without a lift. Skimpy on soap, shampoo and dish washing detergent. No aircon in bedroom. Code for key lock sent that morning by email. We arrived from overseas on Sunday without roaming data. No staffed office. Had to phone the manager to gain access.

Location was great. Close to the walkway/cycleway and an easy, pleasant walk along this to Kirra Beach. Bus stop just down the road for a quick trip to Coolangatta/Tweed Heads. Easy walk to airport. Very tidy and spacious apartment. Private with a nice outlook to pool.

Very quiet property, no noise or disturbance from other guests or long term residence. Very secure. Extremely helpful staff and management.

One thing to suggest. Hand rails to make entering and exiting the spa and pool much safer. Guests need to be aware that there are no lifts to upper levels. Stairs are managable but prepare yourself.

The apartment is spacious and really nice, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet day & night and it was nice to have a starter amenities kit ! The spa was amazing 🤩, we could not try the pool as it was still chilly. The owners were really great, always responsive and helpful! Less than a 5 minute walk to Kirra beach and 15-20 minutes to Coolangatta. We really enjoyed our staying so that we decided to also extend it. ☺️ Hope we will come back in the future!

The apartment was comfortable and quite large. There was a sofa bed away from the loungeroom area, so you could still sit on the 2 lounges in the loungeroom. Had everything you would expect in an apartment. Free parking.

great pool and hot spa. Spacious apartment and well appointed but could have done with some new carpet and a freshen up. the location was good in that it was close to the beach and an easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants, however it’s on a very busy road and the apartment we had was on the road side and quite noisy.
