We have stayed before and enjoyed our return. Units are well equipped and very comfortable. Security of the complex is good, and the pool was lovely.

Unfortunately, on this occasion our unit's air-conditioning did not work. The staff did everything they could to fix it, including having a technician on site within 1 hour. Allas it was not to be due to a faulty board that needed replacement. Fortunately, it was not too hot, and a cool breeze through the unit, so this hiccup did not impact our stay, and we have been offered a complimentary night on your next visit.

This place is Amazing! 2brm apartment is huge, modern and has everything we needed. Generous sized bedrooms and big bathrooms with so much storage space so I could properly unpack all of my toiletries. Huge cupboard with shelves and hanging space. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of dishwasher tabs and washing detergent was supplied. Handsoap on tap in the kitchen and bathroom was so appreciated. Secure undercover parking. McDonalds right across the road which was good if travelling with kids. Very short walk to Coles and restaurants/cafes. About a 5 minute walk to the surf club. Staff were lovely. Excellent communication. After hours checkin was easy. Free wifi. We will definitely stay here again

The apartment is spacious. Perfect for disabled people. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, same with the bathroom and bedrooms living room furniture is nice, very comfortable couch outside is tidy and clear, well maintained.

The beds are way too soft the shelves in the bathroom under the shaving cabinets are too short in height, not enough height to put electrical toothbrush or toiletry bag on the the two round kitchen sinks are clumsy. would be better with one large rectangular sink so water doesn’t splash everywhere, The splash back by the sinks are not very functional. would be better directly attached to the counter. There shouldn’t be a gap between the counter and the splash back. The main bedroom sliding door is too heavy and dirty.

We absolutely loved our apartment which was quite luxurious ,spacious and light filled with the bonus of 3 balconies. The furnishings were more than appropriate and fittings were modern. Large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and very comfy beds. Kitchen appliances were first class. and there was a plethora of drinking glasses.

There were not enough cooking utensils and serving spoons. nor enough serving dishes such as a salad bowl . Also would have liked some containers to put leftovers in the fridge.

The location of the unit. The layout of the unit. The ease of getting in and out with the car and by walking. the security. That the establishment had Austar, so when you had an off day weather wise you could watch a movie.

The Austar every now and then glitched out, so unfortunately one evening it happened halfway through a movie. There wasn't ample supply of toilet paper, we had to contact reception.

The size of the appartment spacious bedrooms and living areas. It was very clean, and any maintenance had been attended too. I had my elderly parents on walking frames with us, getting around and out of the property was a brease.

A little tricky to find the enterance as it is amongst the shops, so you cant just pull up.

Excellent location. Closer to shops and walking minutes to the beautiful beach.

By the main pool would be nice to have some bathrooms so you don't need to rush to your room and perhaps would be nice iday have some snacks for sale.

there were 6 of us celebrating a friends bday. this was perfect. they even rearranged sleeping requirement so we had more single beds. great coffee shop at bottom of stairs - what more could you ask for

it rained and we couldn't go to the beach but we had so much space to spread out and come together for dinner and games night.

The apartment was excellent in all respects. Clean, modern and comfortable. The complex was well maintained. I did not use the pool, but many other guests seemed to enjoy it. Security was good with entry to the complex, the buildings and the garages all secure. Overall, a very enjoyable 4 day stay.

Apartment was large & well laid out. Kitchen was great, bedroom large with good sized bathroom.

A few basic items in the kitchen ( salt, pepper, paper towels etc) Directions with the keys difficult to understand, we had trouble finding our apartment. Also it was difficult to work out how & where to park the car. We were tired after a long trip & just wanted to get into our apartment. we were near the street & lights from there filtered into our room, a better way to keep out the light would have been really appreciated.
