The manager was very helpful, to me, especially as I had left some clothes behind and had to turn around about half an hour into the next stage of my trip. Big thumbs up for that. The meal I had for dinner was fantastic, in their outdoor area, especially as it was a very warm evening in Emerald. The bed was very comfortable and I nearly overslept my alarm, it was that comfortable .

Being almost on an intersection of two of Central Queensland busiest highways (A4 & A7) it attracted a lot of heavy road trains, the noise should have been a problem, but it wasn't too bad. So really there wasn't that much to dislike about the motel.

It was clean and tidy, staff were great, breakfast tasty. Bed was comfy, the wifi worked. Can't fault the stay, it's an older motel that's been given a lock of paint. Does what it says on the tin.

Traffic was a bit loud, rooms don't seal very well so the smokers outside make your room stink and the bright lights shine through the curtains. Par for the course in a mining town motel! I've stayed in worse camps and worse hotels.

The accommodation was easy to find. Breakfast was provided as part if the package. Room service for the evening meal was plentiful, as we had fish, chips and salad. Due to us having had a big lunch with friends earlier in the day, we weren't as hungry in the evening due to travelling, so shared the one meal between us, and it was more then enough for us. We are use to eating small meals though. On the second night we chose to try out the local Chinese food, just around the corner and it also was great tasting and value.

I loved that they provided a time that was suitable for us as we were travelling a long way. We were not able to get in till late and the room was opened for us, Our bacon and egg wraps were ready in the fridge for us to heat in the microwave that is provided by the hotel. The bacon and egg wrap was a bonus that came complimentary with the room, which was very nice, considering the room was already value for money,

Nothing to say what we didn't like.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very attentive. The chef who cooked our breakfast was very obliging.

We were disappointed that the lady who booked us in on Friday and confirmed breakfast for Saturday morning; neglected to mention that the cook did not work Sundays, nor did she tell us we needed to advise them what time each other day. Apparently according to the website a continental breakfast is available Sundays but when my husband spoke to the same lady she just stated that the chef deserves a day off

The ease of booking,ordering and receiving meals. Breakfast included was great selling point . The manager was very helpful and friendly.

A compendium with things to see ,like the dam, bushwalking, national parks in the vicinity,bit of a history update would be interesting as well.crops grown, where to get good local fresh butchered beef, and anything that might be a little different. Because not all of us work in the mines and miners should spread their cash around.

It was nice and convenient on our travels. Happy it had room service so we didn't need to go anywhere once we arrived and loved the cooked breakfast. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly.

We ordered traditional caesar salad off the room service menu but was definitely not a caesar salad with cucumber tomatoes and other salad ingredients. Was delivered by a bloke who wasn't very happy and didn't have any utensils to eat it with. Lucky we keep some in the car.

Great location, basic room but VERY clean and very friendly staff. Great water pressure so able to have a good shower

Air con in the room was SUPER noisy it kept us awake most of the night. We had to keep turning it off but then put it back on again as it was so hot without it on.

The breakfast was ok, the location is very good. The room is very cleaned, and spacious, the owner is very accommodating, she very nice lady and the chef is very good, had a very good meal for dinner,, i will stay here again at this motel, very recommended.

Very good breakfast included in the rate and the room service meals we ordered for when we arrived at night were very good. Beer and basic wines available at reception. Nice helpful and accommodating staff. Although an older building it's clean and everything you need for a night on the road. I've stayed in a lot of places over the years and 707 with the breakfast included is one of the best value ones for money ones for a long time.
