We liked the location with easy access to beach and shops. The view from the apartment is amazing.

For a luxury apartment, the kitchen is poorly equipped with a very basic quantity (and quality) of crockery and cutlery. Upon arrival, we found at least 6 lights NOT working. The door of the toilet would not lock. Most seriously, the safety stencils on all of the glass doors had worn off. This is most dangerous for both children and adults. We reported that 2 glasses were broken in the dishwasher and left them to show that they were not dropped. I believe that a replacement charge of $5 per glass was excessive.

Great views & beach access. Quiet end of Kirra beach, so family friendly. Extra towels and borrowing equipment for tennis was easy. Fully equipped kitchen was helpful. Kitchen and bathroom felt newly renovated.

Not being able to go between floors with our fobs - we rented 2 apartments but they were on different floors and we had to keep meeting in the lobby to allow access for our relatives to come up to our apartment.

Super location and very friendly staff with a view of the beach across the road it is a stunner for those that want access. Exceptional staff at this location who are prepared to go above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Beautiful beach away from the busy gold coast high rise, with just enough access to cafes and restaurants. One of those hidden secrets in this area. Pool was fun along with the sauna, I just wish I had taken my tennis racket along with me.>>

No complaints here the staff were very obliging and kept us informed when we asked advice.

AMAZING PLACE! I stayed a month and hated to leave. The location was convenient to many great restaurants, and what a beautiful view!! The apartment was superclean and fully stocked with everything for a perfect stay. And I must give a huge shout out to the front desk reception staff, Dee and Shirley!! THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!! I sincerely appreciate all they did to provide an extraordinary experience. I will definitely be back again!!

The location is really good. Quiet but not boring. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. The apartment was modern and comfortable with a good view. The beach was great. The manager was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing was that the bed was terrible. Hard and uncomfortable and needs to be updated as it was worn out. I ended up sleeping on the lounge each night. My husband put up with it, but also struggled to sleep well. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Dee the manager was friendly, helpful, and lovely. Rooms had wonderful views of the sea. Location was great, right across the road from the beach and close to cafes and shops. Very close to airport but no noise to worry about. Apartment had a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Everything was comfortable and functional. Need to provide your own cooking essentials but there is some soap and dish washing powder etc provided. Pool is a bit dated but perfectly fine. Fantastic value for money.

The location was tremendous as you can walk, catch a bus, etc. etc leaving your car in the car park to get to almost anything and anywhere. Close to the airport and the view was amazing. beach was easily accessed.

there was a lot of very noisy construction work going on all over the area but I guess that is not going to be forever. The traffic could be a little noisy at times but very quiet during the night. Construction work started very early.

The property was overlooking the ocean with great views from the lounge and bedrooms. with table and chairs on the balcony. Two bedrooms two bathrooms was great for the four of us. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. Close to airport was a bonus.

Would have been good to have the apartment serviced once over our 9 day stay,especially a sheet change.

Location, views from wrap around balcony, loved watching flights from Gold Coast airport take off and land, comfy lounge and great dining setting for our family of 5, plenty of tv channels to chose from, wifi included, bathrooms were renovated and lovely, heated pool, heated spa, games room

Lots of marks on walls, door to main bedroom splitting, not enough cups/glasses for 5 people only had 2 in cupboard, only one single power point in 2nd bedroom, very small/narrow closet and limited draws/storage in 2nd bedroom for 3 guests if using rollaway bed. Very tight squeeze for rollaway bed in 2nd bedroom. Ok for our short 3 night stay but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Spa was heated but air jets were not working.

The manager was friendly and helpful. The rooms great size. Excellent location..pool and spa clean.

For 10 nights and 4 people, not enough toilet paper.. 1 sachet if dishwashing detergent and 1 thin cloth?? Also only 4 towels. Was given more when we found someone to ask...
