Location is great,plenty of restaurants nearby and across the road from the beach.Large unit with great views from the balcony and 2 bathrooms,well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounges.

The apartment was not very clean, the kitchen tap was loose and hanging at an angle (which was fixed quickly by Peter) but shouldnt have been like that in the first place,we didn't like that the lift opened straight into the unit,seemed like a bit of a security issue although maybe that was just us thinking that. 2 fire stairs doors in the hallway with brightly lit Exit signs was a bit off putting but that comes down to having the lift opening into the apartment.Quite noisy being on Musgrave St. but that is the trade off for the great view.

The location was perfect opposite the beach, with coffee shop downstairs and Seven-11 a couple of minutes walk away. A large balcony with big dining table and a stunning view. Very spacious unit and especially the living area which made it a very comfortable stay. As we were preparing Christmas lunch in the unit we appreciated the very well equipped kitchen (like chopping knives that were sharp!). Shelf missing in my father's ensuite shower. He uses a shower chair and reception was incredibly helpful when I explained and they provided me a new shelf/solution the next day.

The only downside was that there was no trolley to assist with bringing luggage up from the carpark to the unit. There were only two of us - myself and my 90yo father who is infirmed and uses a walker. I had to do about six trips up and back again to carry our groceries, luggage etc up to the unit. A trolley would have been so helpful, saved time, and been more convenient in the humid weather. Shelves in both showers were missing which was a bit of a bother.

We were excited to arrive , then it exceeded our expectations, we didnt realise the lift went straight to our room, it was amazing. The view was amazing, it was hard to leave the balcony to go to the beach, as I could have sat there all day. The bed was so comfortable, that we even got the brand name, to one ourselves. The beach was right there in front of us, easy access to absolutely everything. We were updated constantly when the lifts were getting serviced.

Just need a egg flipper & some tongs, it was a bit hard flipping things while cooking with a wooden spoon,

Outstanding view and location for beach access. Plenty of space (2 generous bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms). Can't fault the cleaning. Nice crisp linen and some decent pillows. Reception were friendly and it was easy to communicate with them via text. We liked the fast and effective ducted AC, induction stove and full laundry. Easy secure parking.

As other users have pointed out, the unit we stayed in had some stains on the carpet and lounge suite but this didn't really detract from our stay. The queen mattress was very comfy but the king dipped a bit. Still comfy but needs updating. Odd layout with lifts/fire exits opening right into the apartment but the lift was quick and we didn't have any issues. We would have appreciated some salt and pepper in the kitchen.

The view was exceptional. Especially having the table and chairs to sit and relax on. Kitchen area and cooking equip/utensils were of high quality. Beds were soft and the double bed in master bedroom almost seemed as big as a king? Loved the rubbish chute from the room. Private and secure access to underground parking. Full fridge and freezer. Having a dishwasher was awesome. Dryer and washing machine were handy after a day at the waterparks. Had glass ware and plastic ware for adults and kids. Storage everywhere. Having 2 heat pumps for each area that cooled or warmed each space was A++. Even though at first having direct access from elevator to room was weird, it worked for me and my family. Just entering your apartment and dropping the keys on the table was a win for us 🙂

Very very minor but the wifi didn't work when you went down the hallway but we had our own roaming plans. Yes, the carpet was stained in spots but it didn't detract from everything else supplied. The green and white lights to the stairwell were very bright but you can just close the door 🙂

Spacious, clean apartment with great beach views. Quality appliances, comfortable beds, a/c & ceiling fans a plus. Loved watching the parachuters land out front on the beach. Manager Peter is a dream, very accommodating & so helpful. Pure Kirra location perfect, we only used our car once in a week. GC bus stop out front with regular 700 service up & down the coast. Airport only 3 minutes away. This was our third stay and we can't wait to go back!

We've stayed at Pure Kirra several times now. The location is brilliant - directly opposite the beach with spectacular views. Some great cafes downstairs and a small shopping centre a short walk away. Staff were very helpful, especially when we found that our allocated parking space was a little small for us (we travel with a wheelchair) - they offered us the manager's space instead which was perfect - right next to the lifts. Much appreciated. The apartments are spacious, clean, very well equipped and quiet.

Great location in North Kirra, few really good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very quiet, didn't hear any noises from the road or other apartments. It was quite big and felt like we had enough space.

I haven't stayed in an apartment before that had direct access to 2 lots of fire stairs (usually they are outside the door near elevators, but these elevators open directly into your room). We had to be really careful with our toddler so that he didn't go out the doors as they couldn't be opened from the outside (security). It was a very minor inconvenience to the trip and, had there been an emergency we definitely would have appreciated the direct access!

The view was amazing and the layout of the apartment with all the space was amazing.

The cleanest of the apartment was very low. The sink in the kitchen leaked green gloop when you used the hot water, the air com vents in the ceiling dripped water and were falling out of the ceiling. The entire apartment was carpet, which is fine but no vaccum for me to use. I ended up sweeping the carpet and swept up handfuls of hair that was not our. One the second day (hadn't even been to the beach) I swept up a handful of sand from the laundry just under the washing machine.

The location was brilliant, straight across from the beach. The apartment was clean, fresh and had amazing views to the sea. It had all the basics including good cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery, lots of storage. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, air con etc all great. Huge TV in main room. Great outdoor dining and lounge on the balcony. There were even two beach umbrellas and chairs which were great. The lift took us to our section of the whole floor to ourselves.

Would have loved a coffee machine! And it's normal, but the pool wasn't heated and was too cold to use (at Easter).
