the location was right on the beach. We could view whales migrating from the living area.

Important! Building to the left of the hotel if your looking out to the beach is about to be demolished. Our balcony had a view of some homeless guys trash left there. Not nice to look at and all the construction is going to be a mess for a year or more! Also, they were building some kind of walking path in back of the hotel and the workers started every morning at 6:30. kinda ruined our view. it’s also not super close to any restaurants so plan to walk a bit or Uber to Surfers Paradise. Lastly, parking garage is tight and not easy to get around in.

The location, the beach, the absolute amazing views. The photos prior to booking were absolutely true to form.

The first 3 days the heated pool was freezing but thank goodness it was rectified by day 4. This would have been a deal breaker because the heated pool was the main reason for booking this resort.

View from the room is spectacular. Even my two years old could sit at balcony and being quite, as he enjoyed the ocean view. Kitchen facilities are clean and can cater for different cooking styles. Bathrooms were spacious and so were the bedroom. As the beach is right at the door step, it meets all requirement to entertain children and relax the adults. We all enjoyed our stay.

It took me quite some effort to find the entrance. The same night, I also helped others in the same situation. It would be easier if having a sign and arrow at the door saying "Reception ->". The parking space is small and limited.

Stayed with friends for the 2nd year running for our annual golf trip. We love this place as we get to rent 3bed apartments, grab a room each and then kick off the night with some beers around the kitchen or in front of the footie on TV! We all love to hit the beach for an AM swim (right on the doorstep) and a nice touch is the heated pool for those autumn days. Also, the local RSL does some great food.

Personally, the mattress on my double bed was shot and needs replacing. Everything else was perfect.

The location is fantastic, unobstructed views of the ocean. Its a pretty handy location, 10min walk to Cavill Ave in Surfers or 20mins to Oasis in Broadbeach. While older, the unit is huge and spacious, very enjoyable stay. I would stay again.

The third bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan or aircon, and there wasn’t a “main bathroom”, as the two other rooms had ensuites, but there was a third toilet (though the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up, so that was gross and annoying).

The location was perfect for our visit, being right on the beach was great with 3 x young children and aging in-laws.

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I found a condom wrapper under our bedroom cupboard on day 1, glad it was my wife and I and not my kids or in-laws. Also found a couple of other items left by previous guests, and floors dusty. I actually cleaned the shower floor waste on day 1 myself so that the shower didn’t flood the bathroom. Clearly not draining properly from our first shower so not sure why a cleaner wouldn’t recognise this and fix it. Dishwasher was known to be not working when we arrived, but no one bothered to wash the dirty cutlery that was left in the dishwasher, which is just lazy.

Great location, the staff we did see were very friendly and facilitating, parking was great we had 1 car in the garage and another parked on the street always parks on the street. very close to a lot of things so we didn't have to drive much, great for a group of friends and if it was a family trip this is also a great spot to have a family holiday also. Good value for money.

The dishwasher, and just general cleaning stuff to up keep the cleaning in the apartment but other than that it is really a great spot.

Honestly I enjoyed everything, from the location to facilities, to the rooms, to the views, to the staff, to the pool. It was all amazing. Will be back for sure. Thank you.

If I was being very picky the only thing I would bring up is the amount of rules for the pool, most of them I understand and agree with, but there was a couple that I thought were a bit harsh. But that's if I'm being very picky everything else was pretty much perfect. Thank you for the wonderful experience, will definitely be back to stay again.

The location was amazing..But the view was beyond stunning.sitting on the balcony in the morning sun watching whales cruise by..magical !! Truly beach front location. Well equipped unit with everything you could need.

The cleaning could be better. Especially the master ensuite shower and bedroom/ensuite windows.
