The location on the beachfront at Broadbeach is excellent.Shops and coffee within a few minutes walk.Broadbeach Centre is 20 minutes walk and pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a 30 minute walk. Good Uber service. Excellent and large bed. In apartment laundry is excellent. Friendly and helpful managers.

The apartment 15B is great value for money in this area,however it is getting tired and the lounge furniture needs a good deep clean,particularly the single easy chair. Ensuite shower door needs a new seal as the existing one is damaged and makes using the shower extremely difficult. Cleaning in bathroom corners needs attending to. Deck furniture is showing its age. Vacuum cleaner was full and smelled badly.

Location location! This is the second time we have stayed & it’s all about the views & the location to the beach, shops, cafes & restaurants.

Chipped & mismatched selection of crockery & other kitchen supplies. There were very dirty frypans - I bought my own in the end. I don’t understand why apartment owners don’t have a supply of white crockery - $7 at Kmart or similar & replace as one is chipped. At least then they always match & chipped ones are thrown out. Would like individual apartment owners to make more of an effort as this reflects poorly on the people who run the building & they cannot be faulted. The grounds, foyer etc are immaculate.

The first that I like is the location just in a front of the beach, you can have an amazing view. After that we can speak about the spa, swimming pool and the sauna, easy to use with a good stuff. Really clean as well and you have space. Big kitchen you can receive guest easily. Moreover the bus stop is just 20 meters near the building to go to Cavill Ave.

The problem is the check-in is a bit late, I hope you can do it earlier in the future because it can be a bit annoying to wait 5h. And the last thing, unfortunately, there were some work in the spa, so I can't use it.

The absolutely amazing views, you walk into the lounge and have a stunning view of beach and ocean from almost every angle and picturesque beach side sunsets. Would wake up to amazing sunrises over the water which you could see if you sat up in bed out the window. There was quick access to the beach from the tennis courts. The pool was heated which was absolutely amazing as it is winter and the spa was being renovated so we still got to enjoy a dip which was lovely. Our 2 bedroom apartment has all the basics and plenty of room to sleep. A large bed in the master with ensuite, second room had a double bed and a single bed with another single bed that rolled out underneath it. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was just far enough from surfers to have a good nights sleep without all the noise and lights blaring in but not to far away that you couldn’t get there by walk or tram which also meant the beach wasn’t to busy and you could walk down and had a flagged swimming area with lifeguards as soon as you walked onto the sand.

The only thing I wish I had known was that there was minimal power points in the bedrooms. Phones had to be charged in bathroom or living areas as PowerPoints in room were plugged into lamps and tv which were behind the beds and hard to reach spots. But that wasn’t to big of a deal honestly thats just me nitpicking.

Fantastic views and proximity to beach and facilities. Well appointed and fitted out, comfortable and relaxing. Husband hospitalised with severe illness and we needed a place at short notice quickly and that was close to hospital. It was perfect and daughter and I loved it. Thank you.

Unpleasant mouldy odour in ensuite shower and toilet brush broken. Filter cover kept flying off the dryer when operational . Disappointed the pool was not operational at the time.

Location was perfect, staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment was homey, comfortable, and relaxing, and very well equipped.

The shower ran out of hot water after about 10/15 minutes and we were not able to connect to the internet, however these were not a dealbreaker. Would definitely like easier access to the internet next time though.

We have a toddler so it was great being so close to the beach. It’s not far to walk down and back being right on the beach. We booked a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious: and the kitchen had everything we needed.

When booking it said the pool was closed but acutely the pool is getting a complete renovation and jackhammers where going. We would have still stayed because the time of yr we don’t want to swim but it would be good to know before hand there is a full pool construction right out the window. Also my husband said the parking under the building isn’t great. When we arrived there were taxis in the driveway so it was abit hard to know where to park but that was sorted very quickly.

Amazing views. Room was very clean and tidy. Super easy access to the beach and great pool and spa. Check in and check out was easy. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

Lack of amenities. Bathrooms only provided a small bar of soap for hand washing and showering. Considering we were a group of people we only had 3 toilet rolls for 5 nights. No face washers in our room. Disappointing that we had to pay extra money for simple amenities considering we stayed in the Superior Apartment. Very minimal cleaning supplies in the kitchen which made it difficult to clean up after cooking. Was only provided 2 tiny packets of dishwashing liquid for nearly a weeks stay.

The resort/apartment was perfectly situated to the patrolled beach, coffee shops, public transport and only about a 15-minute beach stroll to the entertainment centre of Surfers Paradise. The apartment itself had everything we needed from comfortable sleeping, dining, lounging, tennis court, swimming pool, sauna and spa to direct access to the beach. Our view of the sunrise was terrific to say the least. Safe and secure entry/exit and parking
