I cannot express how wonderful it was so stay at Ipanema. My room was immaculate! The entire studio was exceptionally clean, with plenty of crockery available which is important when you’re using the kitchenette. The staff were very down to earth and helpful. Location was a stone drop from the Shiraz restaurant and Surfers, but not far from the airport. the view from my room was so beautiful and the TV had all streaming services available.

We loved the room it was so light and airy and with an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was fantastic and perfect for self catering. I loved that there was a sauna It was nice to be so close for walking to the beach

I didn’t like how the wooden steps in the sauna were wet and rotting/collapsing - I found that dangerous. They should have been replaced a long time ago. I didn’t like how the spa was empty and not being fixed until after we had left - the spa was one is the main reasons why we booked the resort.

Lee was an absolute champ, easy check-in, great help, great laugh. Location is central to the casino, surfers Esplanade, beach, public transport (tram is 3min or less walk), restaurants, convenience stores etc etc... The hotel offers great prices and everything you need so an over all 10 star and comes highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike

Great location, very central to everything on our holiday. Perfect sized studio for a couple and the bathroom was very spacious. Great view from the balcony to watch the sunset.

Only issue was communication with booking.com to check in and receive our keys but there were staff at reception during closing hours to check us in.

This apartment had everything that we needed, was space and clean and the outdoor pool area was highly enjoyed by us. I loved the location and that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, a great cafe, the tram and a short drive to Pacific Fair and also Surfers. The staff were very accomodating of any requests.

Nothing really. We initially stayed din a studio suite, but it was too small for my liking- but that was my mistake.

Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer available is very convenient. The bed was super comfortable.

Would have appreciated more dishwasher tablets, maybe one for every two days at least.

Location was perfect and public transport was conveniently situated. Staff was also very nice and helpfull, made our stay very comfortable, will stay there again.

Had a short power blackout during our stay there and couldn't get the TV back on to watch news but other than that, our stay was comfortable.

The location was great close to light rail and just a couple of blocks from the beach, fabulous view, well set out one bedroom apartment, easy parking,

The laundry was shared with the room next door and not very clean. The spa pool was out of order for our stay.

No breakfast provided. Location especially to the beach is splendid.

Not enough tash bags and hand sanitiser. If the curtain were to be fixed properly, it would not have fallen off. Railings at the toilet were also shaky and the aircon compressor so rusty that it needs a coat of paint.

The property was ideally located, the apartment was nice. We were quite comfortable- thank you
