loved the location and the view was amazing. so close to the beach with access from the back on the apartments it was less then a 3 minutes walk from our apartment down to the ground floor and out onto the beach.

the apartment we stayed in was a little rundown and was missing curtains making it very hard to sleep as the room was lit up by either city lights or the morning sun. the apartment was also no very child friendly and i found it very unsafe having tvs on stands so low to the ground without being tethered down, and some cupboards falling off throughout the kitchen and dining areas. the apartment building itself was lovely and well maintained it was just the room we had that needed a bit of work but still was an amazing place to stay despite the small issues we had.

I am totally in love with this hotel. They are literally on the beach and the view they have from their balcony (ocean faced rooms) is mind blowing. You can clearly see the ocean from every room and specially from the massive balcony they have. They have everything, from dishwasher soap to iron or even a vacuum cleaner. They have a massive 65 inch tv which you can connect to your Netflix and chill. They have 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are temperature controlled. Sauna and steam room and many more that i didn’t even get to discover. They were really nice and as our room was ready beforehand, we were able to check in earlier. Spend 6 nights there and loved our experience, every bit of it. Definitely going back there again. Highly recommend.

The furnitures are a bit old. Few plates were damaged. They need to replace their old products.

The apartment was very spacious with awesome views with a wrap around balcony. The unit was very clean and we were supplied with all the amenities such as a starter milk, tea and coffee. There was enough washing detergent for us to do 2 washes which was plenty. We really liked the facilities which was the jacuzzi, indoor pool and tennis courts. The apartment was situated in good location. It was a 10min walk to the nearest Tram and 3 to 4 min tram ride to Main beach and the restaurants. We loved the apartment and will visit again.

The bathrooms could do with an update, having said that - everything in the bathroom works well.

Amazing property, fortunate to have been able to stay in an apartment that had views of both the ocean, city skyline and the river. Each morning we were able to see whales, and at night the brilliant sunset over the hinterland and the city lights. Booked as a “rare find” with views from the 39th floor. Well appointed, comfortable bed, and great facilities given the age of the property, onsite parking was also available We were a family of four generations who had traveled to meet in Surfers.

Only negative is walking distance from supermarket (didn’t have a hire vehicle)

Prue was amazing receptionist made us feel real welcome and thanks for the awsome room loved the view it was amazing. It was nice seeing the sea views and city views also. Great being so close to the beach and the facilities at the hotel are great. Will definately be back.

Was quite pricey for our budget but did stay at peak time and had to book last minute. This would not of helped. We didn't have a folder in our room which would have been helpful re rubbish and cleaning etc got the information from a tenant as our rubbish did not get taken when room was serviced and as no booklet did not realise we had to dispose of it down the shoot and new bags were in bottom of bin. Also handy to know what in area and facilities the hotel had.

Fabulous location with outstanding views. Clean & spacious. Comfy beds & decent showers. Stayed in 12E which had just been fully renovated. Beautiful unit tastefully decorated. Bus stop at door to go to either the oasis or pacific fair or to surfers. Tram a 700 metre walk away. Staff friendly, helpful & responsive to minor issues.

Third bedroom was more like another lounge with sliding doors so no good for blocking noise from lounge area & bed was a fold out couch at ground level. Wouldn’t be good for anyone elderly. Not enough lounge seating for 6. Just needed another lounge chair or two.

I loved ocean view from my apartment.

The equipments in the apartment were not well maintained. e.g. Kettle and toaster were rusted. There were no Silver Foil or baking paper on anything in kitchen

Excellent location between Surfers and Broadbeach, with an awesome view out to sea.

Service from staff at reception was a little below average, could learn some skills in customer service, a smile costs nothing. Asked for some extra toilet paper 2 days before leaving didn't want to have to buy more for an adult family of 4, had to ask again next day, seemed like this was a huge issue and still took another 3 hours for it to come and had to pay for it, by then had gone out a brought more which we didn't need another 4 rolls.

Absolutely wonderful! Lovely apartment with great views, the receptionists were lovely and the whole place had a great feel to it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families as it has a playground, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Free mini golf, which is more just for a laugh and fantastic tennis courts. Everything is free to take, as in golf clubs and tennis rackets. Also having free parking for one car is nearly unheard of in the Gold Coast. Honestly a pleasure to stay here and will be back again.

The rooms could do with some usb ports. :)
