Our room was large with tiles throughout. Once the we had finally got the air conditioner it didn't take long for the apartment to cool down. Floor to ceiling blackout curtains as the room was East facing.

Our group separated and half retreated to the room early. When the second half arrived to the accommodation, but they could not access the room or even the elevator floor. Called the after hours teams whom were powerless and could not action anything but only recommend calling their locksmith at 1am, with no answer... Luckily we gained access to the lobby, otherwise we were sleeping on the street. Fell asleep in the lobby until 5am, until a roommate awoke to allow us to gain entry to our room. This ruined the end of our holiday, so we left a day early. Unsure the point of the after hours team if they could not assist us in accessing our room after hours...

Luxurious apartment! How about the magnificent sunrise and sunset views, just wow! Extraordinary scenic observations of the Gold Coast and the beautiful Surfers Paradise beaches. Amazingly spacious and exceptionally clean! We throughly enjoyed our family vacation, this apartment created an atmosphere of a heavenly space the we will sure to visit again. We highly recommend this accommodation

The only concern is to have the inside heated pool scheduled during the NSW school holiday period was untimely, but never the less, an opportunity to swim in the stunning, crystal blue ocean across the road from our accommodation.

Stunning views! Large apartment and perfect location right on the tram stop. We saw whales from the apartment and loved the view from every room. The staff were friendly and the whole process was easy. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing on rainy winter days!

The construction noise next door was intense with jack hammering sounds early in then morning, but we were aware of this when booking and it didn’t affect our holiday as we were up early adventuring anyway.

Very pleasant beachfront building. Ocean view, well quipped kitchen. Nice staff and pleasant facilities. Very clean and well run. Tram stop out the back, no need to drive anywhere for our entire trip.

Apartment was quite hot even with all the windows open. Only one aircon in the lounge/dining room, not powerful enough to cool the unit. Interestingly, there were no blankets or quilt on the beds, just a sheet, which is just as well as it was too hot at night even for a sheet. Also, BAHIA (block next door) is being demolished at the moment so there was some noise.

When we arrived there wasn’t any toilet paper, paper towel or tea towel, washing up liquid or dishwashing tablets. Was such a fantastic apartment that you wanted to look after it but without products to take care of it made it difficult. We went out and purchased it as we were staying for 5 days and wanted to look after it.

Our room was absolutely amazing, beautiful!! OMG we were completely blown away Recently been renovated throughout Every room had stunning views of the ocean Located was great, about a 8 min walk to the heart of Surfers but there is a tram right behind Hi Surf takes you to Broadbeach or towards Brisbane Beach is right across the road or they have a indoor or outdoor pool which was lovely 10out or 10

- Excellent location, right across the road from the beach, a tram station right outside. - Very friendly staff greeted us. - Outstanding views from the apartment. - Apartment was a great size, very clean and comfy. Was exactly what we were hoping for. - Indoor pool was great for the kids (outdoor pool available but the weather was a little cold). - The kids loved the little park that was by the pool also.

Minor comment....could have done with a duvet as there were a couple of colder days while we were there. But i dont want this to detract from our positive stay, we coped! We were delighted with the property. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you everyone for the fantastic stay.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom corner apartment with my 10yo. It was clean and modern with a spectacular view. There was a tram stop right behind the apartment which was great for getting to the theme parks. A 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave and the beach was literally across the road. Having the indoor pool as well as the outdoor one was great. Staff were so helpful when working out how to get places. Would definitely recommend.

The kettle was broken but usable, for safety reasons it probably should be replaced. Some kitchen items had been put away while still wet and were moldy (a chopping board in particular) but I was able to clean them. Didn't bring it up at the time as it was not a big deal but meant to mention the kettle when we checked out. Unfortunately our airport shuttle was early and we had to run.

Unparalleled location on the beach. Amazing ocean views—and that from the cheapest apartment. Every apartment there has an ocean view. Large apartment as you can only get in an older building. And simply wonderful staff!

The furnishings and other parts of the apartment were a little tired and old. Kind of shabby chic. But you don’t get a view like that at that price without something being less than prime.
