We loved our two bed unit, 2B the location and position was great. Right on the esplanade a very short walk to the Cypress Avenue tram stop. Easy to get to and from verywhere even the airport by public transport

The mid week clean let the stay down, as a previous owner of an AirBnB I know what need doing. The kitchen sink was shinier when we left than arrived. The bed linen and towels were changed but the hand basins were not cleaned the toilet cistern had dust on top the floors were not cleaned. This was an observation inside our unit. I am sorry for the owners paying for this service. Although not a critisism a few essentials such as salt/pepper. Paper towel and something for left over food could be provided

Great location, very large apartments with everything you need for self catering (microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans etc) lovely ocean view, excellent well maintained facilities, short walk to the beautiful beach and Cavil Ave for restaurants, eating out options. Loved having access to a heated pool, sauna and spa in winter.

Room 7B is in need of urgent renovations - vanity in first bathroom rotting away, toilet in master bedroom did not flush properly, double mattress base in master bedroom torn and full of holes. We could not get the internet to work during our whole stay. The older, dark haired lady on reception was unhelpful and rude, the other blonde lady and gentleman very pleasant and friendly. 10 am check out too early. Dangerous looking/broken switches and plug outlets throughout apartment. Very loud garbage truck waking everyone up at 7:30 am every morning haha

The location was excellent. The heated indoor pool was a really good temperature, especially for small kids . It was very comfortable. The property is ‘dated’ but clean and really well maintained. Everything worked well, all the lifts operating.

The windows were not very sound proof . So being so close to Surfers , didn’t sleep well Friday & Saturday nights because of the street noise from ‘hoons’ driving cars with really loud modified exhaust systems. Constant backfire noise throughout those two nights , mostly Friday kept me awake. Normal traffic noise was not loud or a problem just the modified cars. Rest of the night stays were good just Friday and Saturday nights .

Friendly reception. Clean and tidy. Great views. Super convenient location for walking to main shops. Directly across rd is beach ⛱ 😎 great location with kids and family. Complimentary shampoo conditioner body wash , laundry liquid and dishwasher liquid which was super handy. Would definitely stay again.

Indoor heated pool. Although great, wasn't kid friendly as shallow end was 1.5m deep. Would've loved to have some board games, books or something kid friendly stocked for activities in the apartment.

It was family friendly accommodation. It is pretty much same as our home mood. There is kitchen, dryer, laundry and bath. Facility was great. Indoor swimming pool water was warm. location was perfect, walking distance to everything. We literally went to beach in front of accommodation Free secure parking for rental car.

Everything was perfect but it I need to pick up, it was old building. and we arrived at night time and having very difficulty time to get into the building and get the key from the lock box. Night service advised to call from intercom in front of entry door but it was keep disconnected.

It was wonderful having a two bedroom apartment, facing north and looking out onto the ocean. Absolutely we were just across the road from the beach. Great location, as restaurants and cafe's were right down the road. So central being in Surfers Paradise. We didn't need to travel anywhere else, as the location, supermarket and restaurants were all right there for us to walk to.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Oh, except that there was not a sponge, or cloth or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen.

Great location just across from the beach and a short walk to the shops and public transport yet far enough away from the noise and hustle of the main strip. The hotel staff were lovely, they had beach boards and buckets for the kids to use for our stay. The pools onsite were great - one indoor and one outside and both were nice and clean. We had a beach facing 2 bedroom apartment for a very affordable price for a family for a weeks stay - not a super modern hotel but it had all we needed to be comfortable.

What’s not to like about Beachpoint? The location is perfect! A short walking distance to restaurants and the main streets of Surfers and a patrolled beach right across the road. Accommodation was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our family. The indoor pool was a nice addition on the cooler days. We loved our time at Beachpoint and will certainly be rebooking there for future holidays.

Great location. We arrived late after hours. Very smooth entry and check in in the morning. The View was brilliant in the 2brm delux ocean view room on top floor. Building was a little older than some others around it...But it was very clean and well maintained. All the outside areas were well maintained and again everything was clean. I would stay here over other places.

Didn't want to leave!

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the activity of Cavill Av, right across from the beach ⛱️. We were on the top level, ocean front room, with uninterrupted views for days. The apartment was clean and looked like it had been updated recently. Shower pressure was great and hot. All rooms had air-conditioning, although we only used the one in the lounge, it worked well. The kitchen was equipped with all that you would need. They also provided starters such as tea, coffee, washing liquid, clothes washing powder. The indoor pool was great, the kids (14/15) loved it along with the spa and sauna, as we were there in July, we didn't use the outdoor pool. The reception was helpful when booking park passes. It was great to have the car parking space also.

Nothing really, if I had to pick something, the windows leaked a bit when it really rained hard.
