The three bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as pictured, with absolutely fantastic views and a great layout. We appreciated the free onsite parking, the large bedrooms and living space, and the nice touches for small children eg a kids table and chairs, bunk beds and a stool in the bathroom. The pool is on the smaller side but was a great temperature and not too deep - perfect for the little ones to enjoy. The location is great, just a block from the tram station and two blocks to the beach (the ocean in one direction and the river in the other). We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

There was nothing we didn't like, but a few things to be aware of... if you opt for a twin configuration in the second bedroom, note that the beds are extremely narrow - noticeably narrower than a standard single. The pillows are also very large/high. Nevertheless we all slept well. One side of the building looks over the Paradise Resort next door which is oriented to families with young children. They have a water park and an entertainment area that operates all day, so if you are looking for more quiet during the daylight hours, you could request an apartment on the other side.

Location to surfers paradise and transport was great. It was easy to get to the theme parks and Pacific Fair. Air con and layout of the villa was awesome. Restaurant food was good, pool facilities were awesome. Check in and check out was made easy. Laundry and full kitchen in our villa was super handy especially with small children. Outdoor living areas were awesome.

The facilities were fantastic although weren’t that clean. Bathrooms were definitely in need of a deep clean, the drains in the showers smelled which made me think they were blocked. Our BBQ was very unclean too.

The 3 bedroom apartment was huge, pool area was great for kids and adults, cafe was handy and made great coffee, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness could’ve been improved in the apartment, overall it was good but a few areas needed attention, my husband had to clean out the shower plug as it filled with water instantly, also the washing machine really needed a clean. Some cleaning supplies provided would have been helpful seeing as the apartment was not serviced during our stay, antibacterial wipes or similar. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again though.

It was a comfortable stay. About 15 minute walk to the beach front, its two blocks away from the front, there are other others that are closer, about a block away, however it wasn't too bad. The room was clean, nothing to complain about (aside from the cockroach that was sitting in the balcony my entire stay - which did not allow me to enjoy the balcony - but expected given its a tropical area). The view also wasn't the best. The pool area was really nice, i was able to really enjoy some down town there. Definitely good value for money.

The location, could be closer to the beach, but also not too bad. I didn't like the unwelcomed visitor I had in the balcony (the cockroach), but can't complain, it's the gold coast.

The property was very modern, with great facilities including a cafe, free underground parking and beautiful pool area. I was a little worried when I have read previous reviews about the cleanliness of room & state of furniture. However, we had no issues whatsoever - our room was very clean, well kept and very comfortable. The check-in and out was very easy and staff were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, was great value for money and we would definitely return again when visiting GC.

Only minor, however it did get a bit noisy with the water park next door and all day activities from nearby resort when sitting outside on balcony during the day. However, this wasn’t a problem when you closed the doors and did not worry us when were sitting by the pool area.

The room was very clean, big and comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen and everything you wold expect in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we were given late check out when requested. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise which meant we were close to the action without the noise of the centre.

We were asked to clean the room upon check out, including taking the rubbish out and washing up the dishes. We were told we needed to load the dishwasher but there was no dishwasher in the room so had to hand wash everything. Not really an issue but I would have thought this would have been part of normal housekeeping, especially taking out the rubbish.

The room had a fantastic split view of both the ocean and river, with a small but spacious balcony. The apartment was super clean and tidy, and was the perfect size for my partner and I to call home for the week. It was easy to walk to Cavil avenue to grab food or just to see the sights. Easy to find, and not too far from the theme parks was a bonus.

Only small thing was the balcony door from the living area was a bit sticky to open and the apartment door was quite heavy, but otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Steve at reception was a dead-set legend and deserves a pay rise. The first room had issues and the second was definitely an upgrade. Thanks Steve :) Rooms where very spacious and the view was amazing (24th floor). Decor was beautiful. We have an oversized car but there was street parking easily available. The bistro pizza was amazing and delivered to our room!

The first room we received was filthy. Marks all over the walls, dusty and had handprints all over the glass. The TV didn’t work so we got another room. The second room was much better although still had handprints on the glass and tv’s. The soap rack in the bathroom was covered in a previous guests toothpaste. The rooms need some maintenance. There was a lot of marks on walls and the blinds where all cracked and ratty.

Super friendly reception staff, super-spacious room with everything well equipped, beautiful view and quiet. Close to light rail.

Not so close to Central area (restaurants, shops, beach). It was roughly 10 minutes walking from the central area, so if you want food or drinks, you need to walk all the way down the road. Reception is closed at 6 pm, so after that hour, there's no way you could get amenities or towels. Cafe on the ground floor wasn't that great. There were flies flying inside the display, sandwiches were dry, and looked really old.

The apartment was comfortable and a good size. The view was lovely and the location was perfect. It met all our requirements.

Our stay was for 9 nights and the bed linen and towels were replaced on day 7 and the apartment was tidied but there was no replacement of soap, toilet paper, coffee, or tea . We had been told that we could pickup extra things that we needed from reception but my expectation was that everything would be replenished when the apartment was serviced.
