Facilities were clean, excellent shower, bed was comfortable. Friendly staff, pub meal was good, typical pub food.

Upon arrival the reception was closed, perhaps a sign to let people know to head up to the pub to get someone to check them in? (If there was one I missed it). Not enough towels for the amount of people booked. Noise block out was poor, being that it is connected to a pub I understand there is rowdy people, but we had them outside our door arguing, then doors slamming, and the people upstairs were very loud.

Easy check in and out process, locality to our event (HOTA), room was equipped with everything we required.

The cleanliness was sub par. It wasn't filthy. However there were noticeable things that should have been cleaned: highlighter drawings on a mirror, the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned - or had been used after cleaning. There was cleaning product on the floor near the toilet. An empty water bottle left in the bathroom. And the shower had a lot of hair around. Not something that was horrible, it actually made us laugh - the welcome greeting on the TV was somebody else's name.

We really enjoyed the location of this Nightcap at Nerang. Easy to get to, as well as quiet with a beautiful outlook. The bedrooms were so clean and comfortable along with wonderful beds to come home to at the end of a day. Price was fantastic! We were greeted with friendly reception along with an easy checkin/checkout process. As a family of five, we stayed two nights in two rooms, which were a great size for us all. I would definitely stay again. Having a tavern attached, we thought this Nightcap was going to be noisy, but we did not hear a thing. While it was busy, with functions, there was ample parking, no matter what time of the day or night.

Not enough towels and face cloths. Had to ask for an extra towel, and did not get left an extra towel or face cloths the following day. Also, the rooms we had, while in a fantastic quiet location, they were only accessible by stairs, which could be a problem for someone with health issues. The rooms we were in, were down three (3) flights of stairs. While they do have a lift for suitcases, you'd have to lift your suitcases up into it, so perhaps ask for rooms without stairs. There were some uneven parts of the pathways to and from the rooms to the car parks, which caused my aged mother to stumble a few times. Really need to watch your step. The jug in the room wasn't working either, probably should have been checked by housekeeping.

The comfortable beds was fantastic and the dinner upstairs was great.

We asked to extend our stay one extra night but was told there was no availability but when we went online to check for another place to stay it said there was availability there where we was.. we also gave our check in time after travelling for 8hrs we wanted out the car but our room was still being cleaned when we arrived.

The room was clean and surprising quiet considering it is attached to a restaurant ( which was really nice I might add ) the bathroom was modern the bed comfortable

Parking was a bit tricky but manageable and our room was upstairs so if you don’t like stairs or can’t manage them then state that in your booking

Location was great for us as we didn't want to have to travel a long way at night after how event. Beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean.

It would have been nice if there were some bowls and cutlery in the room to have just a bowl of cereal in the morning for breakfast as the hotel did not offer breakfast options. We had to have our cereal using the cups provided in the room which was not the best option.

The room was excellent. Loved the balcony and view. The food was very good when we ate downstairs in the bistro.

Reception was disorganised. Pre-bookin online didn't work. Car parking is a complete shambles - after a 7-hour drive I didn't appreciate having to drive all around the motel for 15 minutes looking for a place to pull in. No printed menu in the bistro is a mistake. Couldn't get it up on our phones. Even though we enjoyed our meals we probably won't eat there again.

Room was very spacious! Modern decor and fittings. Staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Bathroom was a good size. It didn't feel cramped at all. Room was 9/10 clean, we just felt that the table tops and bedside tables could have cleaned better. Just because they were very dusty, we had to wipe them all down before we used them. Bed, pillows, linen were all perfect! So comfortable! Even the sofa bed was big and comfortable. Convenient location. Coles, Aldi and Dan Murphy's are literally next door. Easy check out. Just leave the key card in the box.

The car park situation was weird. Luckily our room was close to the access door. Some cars weren't properly parked so they took up 2 spaces. We had to go to a different level. Table tops and bedside tables weren't wiped and were very dusty. The mugs were stained and weren't properly washed. We asked for clean mugs, the replacement mugs they gave us were still stained. So we just decided to scrub them thoroughly, the stain came off. I guess their dishwasher just wasn't doing a very good job. Lol We just didn't like the idea that we could smell the cigarette smoke from the other rooms even when our doors were all shut.

The housekeeper came back in the afternoon and put more water towels and cleaned cups etc was unexpected but really good. As we were resting in the morning before a wedding. Room was clean and great view.

Just little things. No hairdryer unless I didn’t see it and pillows a bit hard.

Rm 21 had plastic over the smoke alarm. I took a photo recovering from drug-affected dental work 🙃 but forgot about it until I came home. Maybe some painters just forgot to remove it 🤔
