There was some water damage in the room after the first night, and they moved me into another room immediately and gave me 1 night complimentary. Lovely site with beautiful plants a flowers everywhere, the smells were amazing, and lovely, friendly helpful staff. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Shower pressure

The room was lovely and clean, with a good view of the gold course. The bed was really comfy and I can't rate the pillows personally as I always travel with me own however, my hubby said they were good. The chaise lounge that was in the room with the cute little tray/table was brilliant for my laptop as I could set it up and video call our kids. My husband has Coeliac's Disease and finding somewhere that serves food is sometimes a bit difficult. The menu's included a gluten free range of food which was prepared with care of no cross contamination, even the buffet breakfast had a seperate toaster and gluten free bread which was in a seperate servery away from the standard brad and toaster. We attended a function at the resort and the way in which the meals were managed was amazing. I sat and watched the precision in which the meals for those with allergy's/intolerance's were served without any risk to the diner. Matt 9 the event manager of the night ) was just brilliant. All of the staff are friendly and only to happy to help, we were very impressed.☺️

The shower screen needs to be a little wider to prevent the water from hitting the floor, and the exhaust system to take the steam away could do with some extra "oomph!!"

The room was bigger than I thought it would be judging by the photos on Booking.com. The bathtub was the deciding factor. Very clean plus the bed and pillows were super confortable. It’s great value for the charge. I loved the breakfast buffet. $30 is reasonable for the variety of food and tastes. I played golf next door so Mercure was the best choice for me. Car parking was easy access. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

I have no complaints whatsoever. Its location is nice and quiet. Pacific Fair is just nearby. I strongly recommend this place for the travelers who rent cars in Gold Coast.

The staff were polite and happy, room view was amazing, the bed's comfort was great, and the spa bath was good. We paid extra for breakfast, and it had a very good quality and options of food and drinks.

Room had a little of smoke smell, and there wasn't anything in the fridge (even water we would need to order, there wasn't the option to grab this in the room and pay in the check-out). I believe the capert gave me hay fever (so I don't know how clean it was). I would recommend getting a non-smoker room.

the room was great over looking part of the golf course we did not use the restaurant so can not say about food overall i was very happy My only issue is i would like to take my whole family back in May how ever the rooms will no fit us all in and we would have to book 2 rooms this is just not in our budget so we will be looking for another resort to go to. Which is sad as this is perfect location to where we have to be .

the only thing found hard was no lift to carry bags up stairs so i would not be able to take my dad there also it was a long way from the car to our room

Friendly staff and great resort facilities.

The parking arrangements were disappointing. No apartment allocation, only first in best dressed. We noticed multiple cars for each apartment as well as people visiting. When we left the resort of an evening, the car park would be full when we returned and had to park around 800m away from the resort and then walk approx 300m to our apartment as we were located towards the rear of the resort… in the pouring rain. I know I sound like a whiny ‘Karen’ but these little things grind the gears when you’re on hols and could be remedied by simply offering each apartment allocated carapace/s.

The wait staff in the restaurant were simply amazing (green room) . Could not fault. The food was also awesome. The room was clean and the beds awesome.

The room was a little basic for a resort, I like a physical book or guide of some kind to explain the TV and facilities. Phone reception (while not necessarily the resorts fault) was really bad so using the Internet or call (optus) was non existent. Also no clear area for parking at check-in, so had to park on yellow line as there was no where else. You are making me anxious before I even check in.

We stayed here to see a concert at Metricon. It was a pleasant, quiet, clean resort. The manager of the resort was brilliant. We were trying to catch an uber to a concert and he was looking after us and all the other guests at the entrance making sure we got our ride and making sure we were in the right place. The reception was brilliant too, explaining the resort, the facilities and how to get to and from the concert. She even provided a map with ride and share marked out and walking options. The room was nice and comfortable. Plenty of parking at no extra cost which was great.

It was a little confusing how to get from our room to and from the pools. It wasn't clearly marked and there were signs saying keep off the golf course, but it wasn't clear if the paths we were using were part of the course or part of the resort. The layout is a little awkward. Rooms are getting a little dated. Not a huge fan of bath showers.

Every team member I encountered went out of their way to help us. My husband wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with (he has terminal brain cancer)..however every team member kept their cool and we’re still pleasant and accomodating. My husband had issues with our original allocated rooms and the manager on duty didn’t flinch in offering us other accomodation. Basically everyone I dealt with were professional and courteous. Shout out to the maintenance gentleman(didn’t get his name) who helped us out when we couldn’t get the spa to operate. Will be recommending your Resort to all my friends! By the way we frequented your restaurant and bar and had stunning service every day!

Lack of exhaust fans..one shower would steam up the whole room..surely not good for mould? We’re a family that can’t afford to travel much so there’s nothing to compare to in my mind if that makes sense. I was grateful to be there and didn’t want to look for fault.

Spacious room and comfy bed! Very friendly bar staff. Well maintained gardens and good access to facilities.

Appreciate that you want to present a total smoke free property however if you are going to provide a designated smoking area then it should be much better and welcoming for those wishing to use it.
