Quest Robina

the beds were great. space in the apartment was ample, with tv in lounge and main bedroom. nice kitchen with coffee machine. Nice bathrooms, beautiful shower, ample space and plentiful, beautiful towels. Very helpful staff. Really helpful to have two Tesla car charging Wall connnectors there. However, they were in mobility spaces. I did get to charge when I arrived and then moved my car. Had to park in a reserved spot to reach the charger for the second night though. Successfully charged. Reasonable cost for secure undercover parking.

The windows weren't double glazed or sound proofed. Got up in the middle of the night to close the window because of noise from cars & train but the windows were already closed. For that price surprised they weren't sound proofed. Be aware that if needing to charge your EV the chargers are beside 2 mobility parking spaces which may be taken. The cable will reach behind to the next space, but it's reserved for residential owners.

The hotel was ace! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, doing shuttle runs to local restaurants for guests, among many other things. The room was fully stocked for cooking and even a barbecue available on the balcony with tools and supplies provided from reception. Parking was a breeze with secure on site parking for a reasonable price. Right next to the train station so you can be in Brisbane within an hour even on public transport. The room was well presented and comfortable with a very nice bed. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Really tough to find negatives, but a couple of things that could be improved: - The pet fee is a little steep (~$50 per night), but worth noting the dog bed was high quality (it is actually the one we bought for our own dog, so she was very happy with it). - More thorough cleaning and/or more cleaning supplies could be provided (as kitchen tops were never cleaned during services a kitchen spray or something would have been useful for self cleaning).

I travelled to Robina QUEST because I was having major surgery at the hospital early the next morning. I have stayed at places all over the world and Quest would be top of the list ! All the staff were amazing, courteous, friendly and so helpful during a really difficult time for me. ANDREW was incredible, he went above and beyond with his duties. He was really friendly and kind to my grandchildren, showed them the pool, helped me to find food delivery options and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem to him, he is a credit to your organization. The whole complex was spotless and the cleanliness was of a very very high standard. I was worried because it is very close to the train but we literally did not hear a single sound and we had a balcony ! I am so appreciative of the help, professionalism, compassion, comfort and all round amazingness of QUEST !! I am so glad I stayed there. THANKS TEAM for a job well done !

Modern, well appointed apartment. We were attending a sporting event at Carrara and wanted to away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Staff were fantastic! Loved the how you could select your mini bar items and the team delivered to your door. We were on a corner and didn't hear any noise. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom with good amenities. Pod coffee. Will look to book again for next event.

Parking options weren't clearly explained. Price went up significantly for the same room, for the same day. Only difference was the search was done 24 hrs apart.

Breakfast - N/A but set up for doing own breakfast was very good . The level of amenity and provison of cooking etc stuff in kitchen was very good and helpful . Pool great - could excercise in it access from station easy Will return in autumn '24 and probably around August too

more info in the room re eateries/hours of opening etc and related business nearby ( ie in walking distance ) would be helpful

I did not avail myself to any meals on the site. However, the facility is close to restraurants and other food places in Robina Shopping Centre.

The lack of undercover parking. Although they charge $10 per day for parking on the premises, there is no allocated parking. It is a first in first serve situation. In the evenings I found finding an undercover carpark difficult. The size of the parking bays were also very small for a SUV size vehicle like I have have.

Perfect location to the stadium - made it very easy for us. The staff were very friendly and great with us the entire time.

The hotel is pet friendly which is probably great if you have pets, though not so much when your room still smells of animals and you've not brought any with you. It sounds like i was unlucky as other guests in our group did not have a similar experience in their rooms.

The apartment is fabulous - fantastic lay out and very spacious. Easy secure parking below. Great location if attending C-Bus stadium 200 mtr walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again. Loved it.

We really loved it but 3 things 1) No USB ports anywhere in the unit 2) cobwebs on the glass balcony i had been there a long time, and 3) the shower head - it was great and strong flow, but you could not adjust the angle on it / no swivel.

Great set up for a self contained apartment, had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Most wonderful staff, greeted exceptionally well every time you walked through reception. Made feel right at home. We needed to be near the hospital and The Quest is situated in 5 minute walking distance from the train station and hospital. 5 mins the other way you have places to eat and buses just outside the train station to take you the Robina shopping centre.

Location was great and not too far from the main areas. Loved the doggy courtyard and the 'casting' for the TV so you could stream straight from your devices. The pet friendliness was great although there was no hose or water supply in the courtyard to be able to hose it down after the dogs did their business to prevent it from stinking.

The rooms were already expensive so being expected to pay an additional $10/night just for parking was quite off-putting. The room I was in also had a double door to get through which was quite difficult to manage with a dog if there was anything else in your hands at the same time so trying to get in the door with a dog, hand luggage and a suitcase was almost impossible. There was also very little space between the two doors so getting everything in and then trying to open the second door was also not an option.
