The apartment was roomy and had well appointed kitchen facilities. Pools were clean and quite large. Nice big balcony .

The parking was very confusing and took us a long time to locate the spot. There were only 2 keys to the apartment with 3 separate travellers. Main bathroom was a shower over the bath - not convenient for older visitors.

I loved the apartment very clean and tidy had everything we needed. washing machine and dryer and a whole kitchenette, bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc. great friendly staff and great pool and spa.

Too bad we were on the lowest floor so no view but apartment worth the money for three nights. only thing is it never said online when I booked to Stay i had to pay a 200 security bond. had to take out my own trash and clean dishes because there was no room service. I would stay again for price but It was a hassle to use up my Spending money on the security bond I had no idea about.

Fantastic apartment, comfortable, spacious, great location, quiet, loved the pool and spa, beautiful balcony. Laundry facilities in the room were also nice.

Don’t usually like to complain, but wasn’t cleaned properly, freezer full of icicles, oven trays not cleaned- just foil stuck over the top, carpets in the lounge room quite badly stained and ensuite bathroom needs a good scrub, especially behind the toilet. No soap holders or anywhere to put stuff in the main shower. Staff were a bit disorganised, entered my card details incorrectly so had to call and sort it out. Then didn’t know what day I was checking out. Some basic items check as salt and pepper, coasters and place mats in the apartment would have been nice.

Pool was amazing and great for my young grandson. Sub penthouse was out of this world. Large and spacious with great views from all windows and balconies. Quiet surroundings. Very secure.

Confusion on returning the keys post leaving. In the information book it stated leave keys in room but you are meant to hand keys in at reception. Information book needs to be updated. Also in the information book it needs to state what day the recycling bin is emptied.

Apartment was Awesome! Great location, Very spacious! Especially the living areas, modern furniture an huge TV with Netflix & YouTube. 2 bdrm 2 bathrooms with great showers built in wardrobes, walk in robe in main bdrm .. big balcony. The pool an outdoor area is really beautiful 🩵 I couldn’t get the girls out of the spa lol had really comfortable beds! Lady at front desk was lovely an she gave us an early check in which we really appreciated.

Bedroom blinds had mould an were outdated. Balcony an outdoor setting was dirty an Dusty but it had been windy.

The facilities were fantastic. We had limited time but enjoyed accessing the pool & gym. Would have used the sauna if time permitted. All areas we accessed were clean and well maintained. We didnt' use the BBQ area but it also looked well maintained. Property location was great. Lots of permanent residents so the complex was very quiet.

These things wouldn't stop us from staying again, but we think are worth noting. The mattress on the main bed was ok but needs replacing. We had a trundle bed for our 5th person - it looked high quality but it was rock hard and our 5th person chose to sleep on the couch on the second night. We would opt for the 3 bedroom apartment next time. We had to take two cars. Our smaller one was in the car park, not sure our bigger car would have made it under. Plenty of parking options out on the street. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Not a big issue outside of the cliffhanger football games that were on that night :)

Location, staff, pool and bbq area were first class! Car park, lifts and gardens were easily accessible and well lit up. The kitchen was well supplied with items and it was easy to prepare meals etc.

Our apartment was quite outdated. It needed the carpets changed, fittings around the apartment were on the out as were the cupboard doors. The bath rooms need to updated to the 21st century. The furniture was cheap, wobbly and uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment was in need of a serious clean. Dust, mould and scuff marks easily seen around the bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and all windows and curtains. We only used the apartment to sleep as we were out and about, so if that’s what you’re after this would would suit you perfectly.

Lovely apartment, has everything you might need and more! Kitchen was fully equipped, we even got a small washing up liquid and laundry detergent capsule. very clean and as we stayed over 5 days we had extra cleaning on the 6th day. Staff is super helpful, facilities are great. Location is amazing quiet but close to busy Surfers.

Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful big balcony and a great pool. We loved staying here as a family. The apartment is huge, the kids loved having their own space and bathroom. Great parking facilities.

If I had to be picky the showers weren’t very clean. And our room was right near the bins, so the early morning bin collection was very loud.

Location was great, apartment was spacious, wifi was fast and reliable. Pool and spa were good. Very clear directions of how to get to the apartment given the three buildings in the complex. After leaving my bags for the day to come back and find they’d already been taken to my room before checkin was a nice and unexpected touch

Gym was lacking in equipment (pretty much zero free weights) and the hallways etc were stinking hot- felt like no air con was available. Very minor tings though
