It's the perfect spot. Just a 5 minute walk from the main sights and sounds of Surfers Paradise, and also enough distance from it if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The customer service and response times to queries were excellent.

Not exactly a dislike, just a comment: It's great value for money with decent rooms and facilities, but don't expect 5-Star level amenities. I enjoyed my stay nonetheless.

The property is at a great location. Grocery shops, pharmacy, restaurants, wine shops, beach, bust stop and tram station are very close to the property. The rooms are very spacious and balcony have a nice view.

The balcony was unclean and wall fixtures like remote holder and some other wall hanging items are very loose.

Great heated indoor pool and spa with a lovely view 270 degrees from the canal to the beach. Fantastic location only two blocks from the beach and Cavill Ave. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, great views from the living room to the beach for good sunrises. Staff was lovely, even when I got the checkout date wrong they gave me extra time to pack up. Great apartment set up with kitchen, separate bedrooms etc. Pizza place at bottom of the building below does great pizza. Good sushi train restaurant 1 min walk from building.

Little bit of traffic noise... but that is the case in most places in Surfers

Property was clean, beds and couch comfy. Pool area was great. Overall very nice

Only fault no tv in bedroom but hey I was that worn out from our days it wasn’t that bad. Pet friendly would be a bonus

Great rates and location with On-site free parking. Short walk to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious, and the pool/gym was great. The lifts were also very fast. We visited during the schoolies season and hardly encountered any other guests or residents. It was a very peaceful stay and I would recommend.

View of sea from 15th floor was great. Easy to walk to beach where lifeguards were posted. Shopping was 1 block away & the main area of Surfers Paradise was 2-3 blocks away. All within walking distance.

Working Bed-side lights in all rooms would be nice. Globes were missing but replaced & still didn’t work. Servicing of dryer & washing machine as they didn’t do cold wash. Dryer not cleaned of lint, probably left from previous tenants but room service/make up should probably check. Pull down/holland blinds not working in all rooms & curtains not fixed one end so when pulled across they let light in from un fixed end. We made do but possibly worth checking over to make those small adjustments from maintenance crew/owner.

Pool was heated which was nice and having washer and dryer in the room was a bonus also.

Can be little loud sometimes at night with cars as its by a major road

Apartments are sea facing and all the food shops are just around the corner so it makes more convenient .

Master bedroom can have more wider windows

I like how it has everything available for u , so close to everything in surface, very close to Cole’s staff are lovely

I sent through late check in requirements (driver’s licence for ID and credit card) but received no late check in/lockbox details. I was at the airport about to get on a plane for QLD and had to call and email to chase up check in details. This was disappointing and admin I didn’t need especially when boarding a plane. Other than this, the stag was great
