The heated pool and spa was beautiful. We had great privacy off of the balcony of our apartment and all windows and doors had bug screens. Working wifi. Staff were super friendly. The apartment was well equipped with lots of things to make our stay easier. The location was excellent, as it is very close to the Broadbeach South public transport station.

Could have done with more towels and cloths as we stayed for a week. If not more towels, then more washing powder so we could have washed them more regularly. The fan in the bedroom did not seem to be working to speed, so we had to crank the AC all day to get the room cool enough to sleep in.

Really nice location, calm area but close to the beach and a huge shopping area. Since I’m not a fan of the surfers paradise area this was the best location for relaxation. Best is the pool area! Pool was really nice. Great parking. Nice outdoor at the resort. Nice with laundry. Two bathrooms Nice balcony, we had two.

No air con in the bedroom which made it very hot. Our second bedroom was on the upper floor which was too hot even with the fan. Would have been nice to open the windows but there was no mosquito net. Would be really nice on the upper floor but also in the kids bedroom. The kids bedroom had a mosquito net however there was a big hole which made no sense using it. Could have been a bit cleaner, the fans were dirty and the wardrobe and stairs.

The staff were very friendly and tried to assist with luggage even though there was no elevator. Very close to the tram station and shopping mall. Excellent location. nice laundry and shower.

Ants will go into the apartment. There are two floors in the apartment, but only the living room has air conditioning. It will be a bit stuffy when sleeping at night. It's a pity that there is no lift. Although we already knew that there was no elevator when we made the reservation, we didn't expect that it was on the fourth floor. The key to entering and exiting the community gate is actually not very good, and it takes some practice to open it.

Location, especially its entrance access with front and back options, easy access to public transport, easy access to shopping, restaurants, other tourist attractions. Managers Dorelle and Marty were very friendly and helpful. They made all transactions and processes very easy. Pool and spa and its availability. Privacy within the location community. Everyone was very polite of their neighbours. Security.

The tramworks that are on the main highway at the front of the building. However in the future these will make the location even better. Despite the works, the night noise was quite minimal as we were at the back of the building.

We had a great visit, managers were so helpful. the surrounding of portobello were just great. room fantastic all round great stay. Gardens and pool area looked great. Information about what we could do from the managers was really good, especially booking on line for us, and suggesting things we had not considered.

the resort was clean quiet and very comfortable, the fact it has not lifts did not worry us at all. The rooms very nice and comfy, managers helpful and just a nice home away from home feel. Pool and garden area loverly.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. Lovely to talk to and they offered to help us with our bags all the way from the bus station to our room! We weren't expecting aircon in our room so that was a lovely surprise as it was very hot and muggy. Beds were comfortable and it was handy to have a good washer and dryer. Resort is across the road from a main bus/tram station and Pacific Fair shopping centre, so convenient! Kids loved watching the rainbow lorikeets and bats from the deck, which was big enough for family dinners and had a spa bath.

Kitchen could have had a couple more plates, cups etc as there was 4 of most items but 5 of us. I'm sure the hosts would have provided more if we had asked though as they were so helpful.

Staff were so friendly. Units are a little older but really clean and well maintained. Our room included Apple TV, Netflix etc which was handy.

Found the bed a little uncomfortable but the fold out lounge was perfect for us. Construction next door was noisy but we understand that this is out of the control of management. Car park was very clean but quite low - so if you have a larger car, you might want to check you'll fit in the carpark.

The property was lovely and clean and really well maintained inside and out! The apartment had been recently renovated and had a fresh and modern look. The kitchen was immaculate with modern appliances and ample kitchenware to cover all needs. The bathrooms were clean and fresh with modern amenities. The bed was really comfortable, and the smart TV was a good size for the apartment. We were able to walk to pac fair and the casino and the tram stop was directly across the road. Great location and a great stay!

The apartment was furnished to a really high standard. The kitchen had everything you needed, white goods (including a front loading washing machine, plus a dryer) were all in excellent condition. Excellent air con in the living room as well as fans in the living room and bedroom. The apartment had fly screens which were a great touch, and the balcony overlooked the pool which was a nice view.

The 5 nights I had there were excellent. I can't fault any part of my stay. If I had to nit-pick, I would put a lower table and chairs on the balcony, though I can see why they have the high table and chairs, so you can see over the top! Just a personal preference that others will probably disagree with. :)

Very conveniently located for our needs. Clean & well equipped. Split-level apartment with 2 balconies - though no views to write home about. Good value.

Showing signs of wear and tear. An obvious drawback is the lack of an elevator to our 3rd-floor level unit - but we were well warned about this beforehand. Lots of high-rise construction going on either side of the building with consequential noise.
