Excellent location. Apartment was clean. Friendly staff.

The pool could use some maintenance although it didn’t stop the kids using it. The sofas in the apartment were definitely past their best and need to be renewed. I understand you don’t go on holiday to sit in an apartment, however, it is nice to sit on a comfortable sofa at the end of the day. Only shared laundry facilities with coin operated washer and dryer.

I liked that I was upgraded to an apartment with a full kitchen.

I was not aware the apartment would be up a flight of stairs. The pool had a cover on it, and I didn’t want to ask reception to uncover it for me to use the pool. If the pool was uncovered I would have used it. To match in with my departing flight I asked for a later checkout of 1 or 2 hours. This was going to cost an extra $50. I thought that was rather expensive especially after staying 12 nights.

Like the location very close to everything- beach, water park, Esplanade, food etc. The apartment was a great space had a little verandah with a chair and table. Kitchen was great with a gas cook top, no oven which didn't bother us. Decent size fridge. It was everything you needed if you were staying a long period of time. Staff were lovely.

Some of the things were a little outdated like the bathroom but you obviously can still use it just needs a repaint. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable but they could fix that with a mattress topper. You can't beat a good sleep.

A really lovely apartment, so well-equipped with kitchen items, and a gas stove. Just a minute from the beach, and buses etc. The staff communication before and during my visit was first-class; professional and friendly. Absolutely recommended.

Great location, clean, spacious great value for money

Advertised heated pool went to go for a swim it was freezing. Spoke to management advised it was heated, they heat it 1 degree above current temperature which means it ain’t heated. Obviously having a heated pool was a bonus but not necessary for our trip.

The appartment was very clean, comfortable, modern and walking distance to the beach. Very good kitchen facilities.

There was nowhere to sanitize our hands. Upon our arrival, the sanitizing container in front of the reception was completely empty and in the unit there was none. It would have been good to have some available especially in view of the Omicron spreading everywhere. Also, we booked our accommodation 9 months in advance. We had booked a 2 bedroom appartment thinking that our son would travel with us but since then our son had left home and we forgot we had booked a room for him. We would have appreciated to receive a reminder email, maybe a month prior, of our booking. We would have definitely cancelled his room and booked just the one bedroom which would have been enough just for my spouse and myself and we could have saved a few hundreds dollars.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, neat, modern and welcoming. Kitchen was fully equipped, clean and spacious to allow more than one person to help organise meals. Main bedroom was clean, comfy and well equipped. Second bedroom standards also met approval.

Second bedroom (room 22) needs block out blind as early morning sun was so hot you couldn't stay in bed and it was too bright at 5am in the morning. Pillows in second bedroom were small, maybe ok for children but not adults, no spares available. Unfortunately only 1 square of chux cloth for kitchen, need more to enable proper clean up after meals/cooking/wash up etc and maybe spare tea towel and a better set up with wash up liquid, a sachet wasn't enough to allow proper washing up after meals and wipe downs. Inform on your website about supplying a very limited starter pack to units and inform guests to bring their own, please state what you supply and the quantity so families can budget or adjust.

It was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Well presented. Very close to all amenities in the area. Bed was very comfortable.

Owners should buy new pillows, they were too low for us even when putting 2 pillows together. People our age need proper support when sleeping.

Spacious 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Beautiful quiet location. Large balcony. Unit 25 felt quite private which was nice. Owners were lovely. Enjoyed our stay :)

Wifi wasn’t great but it didn’t bother us cause we didn’t intend to use it much anyway.

The apartment was roomy, clean and well equipped kitchen

The toaster had crumbs in it.... You could hear people above walking around, very noisy refrigerator motor... When checking in, the lady came from a back room and stunk of cigarette smoke...
