The location was very good. Close to Enzo's on the beach, which has to be the best located eatery in Hervey Bay. Some shopping and good pub nearby were enjoyed too. The bus stopped right outside the motel.

The front room was noisy due to the Esplanade traffic. No hair dryer in room. The one finally offered didn't work. The beds are a bit hard.

Like the low ground rooms. rooms were clean, motel was clean. The location was good, handy to convenient store and local eats.

We had ants, I know they are hard to keep away, but had to make sure we did not leave anything out. Beds and pillows could use a little up grade.

The location is great - it is opposite the beach, and close to cafes, restaurants and grocery shopping. The room is very quiet with the aircon, refrigerator etc all working very quietly. The room is also very clean and well maintained. Most importantly, Julie is a great host!

The parking should go according to the room. A guest has parked his car in front of our room and he was loading his luggage early in the morning and we heard his entire conversation with his partner and all the sound of car door closing and opening!

Location was superb being so close to all the cafes/restaurants, beach, shops etc, room was clean & comfy, first motel I have been in that actually had filled and frozen ice cube trays which was much appreciated on a hot day, managers were super friendly and full of advice about where to eat

The position of the air con was a bit odd being on the wall near the bathroom rather than near the bed & the fan was in the middle of the room making sleeping a tad uncomfortable & warm

Great location opposite beach, short walk to cafes, pubs etc room was very spacious and clean. Parking outside your room a bonus as beach parking is scarce in peak times

Only down side was some moronic guests next door woke us up at 2am making a lot of noise. Not the owners fault they did apologise and had requested them to keep noise down. A lot of hotels wouldn't ask people to keep it down so we appreciated it. We will definitely be back!

Management is friendly and location is ideal. Husband was thoroughly impressed with the shower water pressure (room 10)

Could do with a refurb but obviously a superficial fix. Outside gate didn’t have a lock/snib from balcony/downstairs to car park, so kids could wander down. However our kids were 19 months and 3 yrs old so weren’t outside on the balcony alone as they would probably push the furniture and scale the railing of the balcony.

Very well situated near shops, restaurants and hotel. Being an older property it has been maintained fantastically so clean and comfortable, the relief manager was absolutely fantastic and nothing was a problem.

Nice clean room, walking distance to a variety of dining options. Not too far away from where I was conducting business on this trip.

Car parking spaces and maneuvering space are a little bit tight - especially if you are in the end bay closest to the pool.

Great location near restaurants, cafes and the local pub. Beach is across the road and good walking paths go in both directions. Motel was quite and clean and our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. WiFi and air-conditioning worked fine, and a full sized fridge and full kitchen makes this a good long-term stay.

Only a suggestion dark metal poles in parking bays could use some reflectors or similar they are hard to see when parking particularly at night
