Apartment was surprising very spacious. It was very clean and adequately stocked for two or three nights. Great location - an easy walk to the marina. Check in was super easy and reception staff was very friendly and explained everything well. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Some items (e.g. bedroom fan) looked "aged" but this is purely aesthetics and does not impact on functionality.

I marked it down for comfort purely because of the noise from the two apartments upstairs. They appear to be (permanent) residents and were unfortunately rather noisy - understandably as they are used to their routine of school/work etc. However one had a visitor that had a yappy dog and that was slightly annoying. If I was to stay here again, I would ask for top floor apartment or prefer one without residents.

Lovely apartment, nice to be on the ground floor, as we had luggage and there is no lift to the other floors. Big kitchen with big fridge and dishwasher was handy to have. So nice to get pool towels supplied. Secure parking by the apartment was very handy. Door to door pickup/drop off was very convenient when we did the Fraser Island day tour, such a beautiful place to visit. And the Pier area was also well worth a look.

Having no key to the door that leads out to the pool was a bit of a pain, and it would have been handy if there was one supplied for this purpose, as we had to walk around to get to the pool area. Also only having one key for 2 people is insufficient. The location was a bit further from the beach than we realised but it was fine.

The complex is well maintained, clean and very comfortable for the 6 off us. Loved the whole layout of the complex and location. Everything we needed to accommodate our group was provided I.e. portacot and sofa bed were set up and ready. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. Comfy beds. Quiet. Loved our little visitor, Mr Peacock. We will definitely be back!

Sadly, the hot tub was out of service. I also found it odd that you need a key to get OUT of the complex. We walked over to the boat club and had to use the key on both gates and then again on the front gate to open it for the pizza man. I can understand needing a key to get IN but just thought it odd that we needed it to get OUT. With 6 people and one key, it presented a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, we loved it

Everything was as expected. Communication was great. Facilities were great. We were there for a school state sporting event, so it had what we needed. I realise that the apartments are on the older side, but everything was clean and useful. Basics were provided. It was secure too, needing a key to get in, and a safe place to park. Pool and spa was clean. And I liked that they used a sofa bed for our third child, rather than them having to sleep on the couch. A lot of places don't do this, so I really appreciate it.

I'm not a complainer, for the price it was reasonable. Yes, a little annoying having one bathroom, but we survived. It wasn't a big deal. I would suggest maybe providing an extra blanket or two, and maybe some of the pillows needs replacing. That's it really

The office staff were lovely. The rooms were very clean. Very nice apartment. Loved the bathroom. Loved the 2 balcony's. Cupboards had a good amount of kitchen items.

The room was a little tired. Some blinds were broken out of the wall and it needs some attention. There's no phone in the room. If you need reception you have to use your mobile phone or go down in person. Fridge was falling over and unstable. Kettle was broken but we were able to recieve a new one. The entrance doors slam shut and are super loud every time someone uses it.

I had previously booked a room at Ramada and had to cancel then book again on a different weekend. My original booking was with the Ramada closer to the Boat Club. It wasn't until the day before our stay that I realised my 2nd booking was at the location on Pulgul Street, so was a little disappointed we weren't closer to the water, but overall were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Found it frustrating having to go in and out of the locked doors with keys in particular when loading and unloading car, but do understand for security reasons.

the accommodation was pleasant enough, i was in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, was plenty big enough for a family. plenty of parking, comfy bed. i didnt use any of the facilities. but the pool area looked quite nice.

i arrived at the site to find the reception closed. i called the phone number but there was no answer (i did receive a call back about 3 hours later). after waiting about 10 mins another visitor was able to get in the safe so i could get my key. unfortunately, i had received an email to my work email address with the code to the safe but that was after i left work and i had no idea. it all worked out in the end but people need to realise the reception does close at 5pm (it closed at 4pm on the day of my arrival) or to contact the accommodation to make sure they can get the key.

Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, big fridge, plenty of plates and cutlery. The security - gated community with own carpark (that no one could take) The pool and games room looked great, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to indulge ourselves in all the facilities. Great and free Wi-Fi.

No coffee machine (ie Nespresso machine) no really sharp knives or steak knives don't like the shower over the bath, one of the units had a walk-in shower, the second time we stayed it didn't. Ground floor rooms were great - we're too old for stairs, especially as there are no lifts. - need to ensure that you can book accordingly.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartments with easy access to a wonderful pool from all apartments. The complex was secure and quiet with many permanent residents. The apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and comfortable beds. Near to the Hervey Bay Boat Club. We organised several boat trips through the Boat Club and they were fabulous. We also had a meal there and enjoyed drinks on the deck. The resort is not far from the Marina which also has many restaurants and an art gallery.

Quite a walk to the main strip of shops so having access to a car is an advantage.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Initially we were provided with an unit that then suffered a power outage, within one hour of reporting the issue to reception after-hours, we were provided with a new unit so that we could continue our stay. The facilities were great, good size pool. Room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to shops, beach and restaurants. Quiet area.

There is a hot spa next to the pool, however, this tends to become a "kids pool" as there is no supervision and adults are often reluctant to use the spa because of this.
