Donna and the management and staff at this property do an amazing job of keeping it clean , fresh and everything in the apartments that you need . The pool was slightly heated, the cocktails in the pool were fantastic value and extremely tasty , the location is perfect for all needs in the bay .

Only thing that we could have done with and know to take next time is there was only very thin bed spreads on beds and no spare or warm blankets and got cold at night .. but easily fixed by bringing some extras .

it was a perfect family unit. The arrived a bit late but they had contact us to confirm our arrival times which was met with a smile when we finally made it. With two early 20's children, the 3 bed apartment was ideal as they had a room each and there was lots of space to enjoy across the 3 levels so we weren't under foot all the time. The location was great as we were in the back corner so we didn't get disturbed and the placed was located that made it easy to get the the marina shops and beach but you did have a 5 min drive - we didn't final that an issue

Managers on site are very good keep on top of things. Made check in was easy and worked with our circumstances above and beyond. I cannot respond regarding Pool use as we never used it through the cooler weather during our stay.

If you need the location for work the Internet wifi reception is very low near impossible to use in our experience

We had such an amazing stay in villa 21, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our week. The pool area was great, Clinten and Donna made the best cocktails of an afternoon. The kids loved this place.

More lounges in the main tv room

The location is excellent to the beach. The pool hours good and pool is clean. Complex is quiet. Kitchen has all utensils required to make a meal and washing machine is a great addition.

The bed in the main bedroom is hard and uncomfortable. Replacement recommended

Great location, easy to walk to cafe's, pubs and a shopping centre just up the road. A bus stop out the front if you don't have transport. Nice staff, we weren't able to try the pool with swim up bar out this time, but look forward to returning so we can :)

The town house apartments were perfect for a family of 5. Air con, fans, laundry, 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, 2 tvs foxtell etc. Was absolute luxury, especially after camping for 2 weeks. It felt like home, absolutely everything we needed was there. We loved the pool area and used the bbq area most nights to cook, the bar was super cheap for drinks and kids iceblocks. The hosts are very accommodating and nothing was to hard for them to do for us, from letting us safely park and store our 9m long boat there, to side gate easy access, fishing local knowledge and prewarning us of the floods they had had before our arrival. Genuine lovely people who run a great family friendy resort. We loved our stay and cant wait to revisit next yr!

Poolside bar was not open at advertised times.

The Grange was a very nice place to stay. It was close to the water and places to eat and it was just a short walk to the major stores and restaurants we liked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The game room and pool could be used all year round.

There was some construction going on behind our unit but they didn't start until after 7 and they were finished by 5. So hardly any noise that mattered to us.

Location of Resort was great, staff friendly and helpful. Accommodation was top notch, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definately return.

There is basically nil to dislike about this resort. Easy access, quiet and units kept in excellent condition. Close to many locations worth a visit while in Hervey Bay
