Checked out Urangan Motor In so wasn't expecting the Urangan Hilton, pleasantly surprised by our room. Comfy bed, crisp clean sheets. Upgraded bathroom, clean and bright with piping hot shower. Only a stones throw from the beach and Urangan pier. Heaps of places for coffee and meals within walking distance and only a short drive to Hervey Bay RSL. Had an enjoyable 5 night stay.

couldn't get WiFi, maybe just me but used phone as hot spot so not a real problem.

The location was fantastic. And in general the rooms were very clean and tidy

The beds weren't very comfortable as we could feel the springs so the beds could benefit from like memory foam mattress topper or new mattresses in general. Also, the milk that was in the fridge was expired by 6 months so I would suggest making sure they are changed every time someone is in the room.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. The ladies working there were so helpful and accommodating. When I needed extra days adding on they made sure I was in the same room and when I moved rooms they let me check into my new room early. I was initially staying somewhere else that was horrible and it was such a relief to go somewhere clean and friendly. Great location as well

Clean, older style accomodation. Very clean, TV, A/ C , small fridge, all new . Very comfortable bed. Good hot shower, good pressure. All I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was up a flight of steps, no issue for me but could be for less mobile. Quiet . No service as part of the deal. Unbeatable value for money.

Only gripe was the motel internet connection. I was in Room 30 , and the connection there was unuseable. Couldn’t connect for the 2 days I was there. It was better downstairs, I had to sit in my car to use it.

Excellent location and a comfortable stay! Clean pool area and recently renovated superior Queen rooms. Able to park undercover right out front of room. Easy check-in process and friendly staff.

Stayed here twice on days leading up to, and after returning from an island trip. First room was incredible, but second one cost more and the lock on the front door was buggered so did not feel 100% safe with a few incidents in the area involving police at the time.

A well established motel in a very desirable area and very handy to all facilities and tourists attractions. A great area for exercising with about 13 kilometres of paths and cycling tracks. The Urangan pier is also a great venue for walking and fishing.

A common. Complaint in Hervey Bay is Wifi reception and the motor in is no acception. Did find if you went out on the patio you could pick up a signal.

Great location, so close to the pier and cafe’s. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean. We stayed for 5 nights and it would have been nice to have a toaster and microwave. But given you aren’t paying for a resort style accommodation it was fine as there are places very close by to eat at. Perfect place for an overnight stay or even a week.

Excellent location close to beach and shops, it is an older establishment but very good value with very clean rooms and the most comfortable bed. I appreciated the fact that when I arrived to the room someone had already put the fan on which had kept the room cool and was a nice welcome.

The rooms could use a microwave and the pool area and pool could use a clean up with more shade and seating available.

I loved the location and the easy access to the pier/waterfront and small takeaway shops where right at the driveway. The rooms where clean and tidy and spacious, the staff where accommodating to our late arrival also. thank you

The only thing I was disappointed with, no complimentary biscuits, as I was looking for a snack around midnight and everything was closed and I had no food with me. The pillows where to firm for me as I have a Thyroid problem and if my neck is on the wrong angle I can't get enough air past the swollen thyroid. I will bring my own pillow next time.

The primary reasons my partner and I decided to stay here were the location and the price. This was one of the cheapest places in Hervey Bay, and yet it had one of the best locations. It was a minute walk away from the iconic Urangun Pier and had a fish and chip shop and a bakery right next door which satisfied for all three main meals of the day. The rooms were really nice, with parking right outside them, and the pool was large and had a working spa.

The only thing was not having the room cleaned for the entire stay, but this is always a tough thing to orchestrate for the cleaners as it is hard for them to guess when you aren't in the room especially when you walk most places and leave your car parked outside the room.
