Great location. Supermarket right across the road, steps from the beach and many cafes and boutique shops. Nice little lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Air conditioned main bedroom and lounge. Provided pool noodles which the kids enjoyed and free WiFi and foxtel channels which are nice touches.

It’s an older property but very well maintained. Smaller hotel than we realised with small pool which was fine for the amount of rooms they have. Apartment was on the smaller side than other 2 bed apartments we’ve stayed in but was still good value for money.

The location was really good, with Coles across the road and walking distance to everything we wanted to get to. The staff were friendly. The apartment was a good size.

The beds weren't very comfortable. Whilst it was great having plump pillows, they were a bit high for sleeping with, especially for children. The second room and bathroom was every poky. The floors were a bit dirty, which was made very obvious with a crawling baby. Although we did see them mop another apartment so maybe the mop just needs a clean or the water needs to be changed more frequently.

My dad and I stayed in the ground level apartment with my one year old son. It was perfect - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the right amount of living space, as well as a small courtyard. The facilities are clean and tidy and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Centrally located to shops and cafes, all within walking distance. The supermarket is also within walking distance.

There wasn't anything I disliked.

Raffles is in a great location. The main beach in within 100m. Right across the road you have Handy Coles Supermarket and the Mooloolaba tavern, Liquor Store, Bakery. The Irish Pub across the road had great food as well. 5 Minutes walk to the Surf Club. Apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked (Tea, Coffee) with a comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the Small Heated Pool and Spa Pool. Free underground parking was handy for rental.

Nothing really except my wife had trouble getting into and out of the Shower which is inside the spa bath. Much prefer walk in showers.

Location was fantastic very close to shops and supermarket and just across from the beach. Great place to stay with kids as there is so much to do near by and fantastic play ground 2 minutes walk away. Lots of pool toys at the pool area and great BBQ area. Unit was spotless and the furnishings were lovely. Having a ground floor unit meant we had a secure outside area as well. I would highly recommend you ask for a unit higher up if you don’t have kids as it would be much quieter. It’s the perfect place to stay with kids though as the 2nd bedroom is more than adequate for 2 kids just not an adult. Main bedroom and ensuite were fabulous with plenty of space. The staff were lovely especially the young lady we had when we arrived. She gave us lots of suggestions on activities and where the best places to go to eat were. On departure they looked after our luggage and even ordered a taxi for us.

2nd bedroom was tiny, we booked for 2 adults but they didn’t give us 2 double beds even though the room configuration had it in the booking. The single bed was not full size so spending a week squeezed up against the wall was not pleasant. I asked after the first night if I could get the beds put into a larger bed and was told they do go together into a king but that I had not requested in the booking. The 2nd bathroom was also no bigger than a cupboard with no PowerPoints or storage. I had to plug my toothbrush into the kitchen. The complex is on a main road so was pretty noisy and we had the lift and rubbish shoot just outside our unit and it’s amazing how many other guests dumped rubbish and recycling in the late or early hours.

Location and facilities. We enjoyed our stay as everything was in the apartment to make our stay comfortable. A home away from home so to speak. Beach shopping and restaurants were all close and easy to access. Management was very helpful and kept the pool and garden areas clean and ready for use. We could not have been happier with our stay and would not hesitate to come back for another holiday. Thank you very much. Kerin Acton

Hard to find something to complain about !!!

Comfy as... a real home away from home.

We Didn't like the notes in compendium about.....no more Toilet paper allowed and the soap etc was just a starter pack then buy your own.... When you pay the same rate per night it should be the same service everyday you stay there. I was really enjoying it until we read this! They take the same money every night you expect the hosts to look after you during your stay. But once you are there and they have your money you don't get any more service. No more tea bags. No more milk. You have to take your own rubbish down and do all the dishes....!! Felt really ripped off for the money paid. This Would make me me consider booking it again. Where as if this wasn't the case I would stay there again no probs

Everything was fabulous! Clean, comfortable, well laid-out apartment, right opposite shops and 50m from beach. Across the road from all the shops and restaurants of Mooloolaba. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Would have been good to have cooking basics in the apartment, like olive oil, salt, pepper etc. It's unfortunate to have to buy or bring these things when you're only staying a few days, especially if you're coming from interstate or overseas.

Location is pretty perfect near the entrance to the main esplanade shops. Apartment (301) was nicely decorated and most furniture and blankets seemed relatively new. The pool was warm enough for swimming even in the middle of winter, and the spa was kept warm too 👍🏻 Coles supermarket is just across the road, and beach with awesome playground for small kids is 2 minute walk.

The only minor thing was that parts of the apartment were a bit dusty - the bits that probably don’t make it into a regular clean but need to be part of a spring clean.

Large and comfortable unit stayed with adult daughter and my son & his partner stayed in another apartment in the complex. Found all facilities of high standard with gardens well maintained. We were on ground floor and found ambience was great able to outside in privacy.

Shower was over spa bath and awkward to climb in and out of but were advised they were being replaced with stand alone shower. Who needs a spa bath when there is a pool at the complex and the beach within 100 meters?
