Beds a bit saggy Min toilet paper, dishwasher & washing machine liquid Old, soiled cushions on couch Concerned re build up of dirty & unsafe puddles of water on balcony. Unhygienic and somewhat unsafe! Staff did not seem too concerned. Surprised we did not receive some reimbursement for this inconvenience.

Our three bedroom unit was extremely good value for money and located one street off the main beach. Good size rooms and deck overlooking a sea view, albeit restricted but still pleasant. Well appointed kitchen. Beach not far away and shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

One of the bedrooms was off the living area with sliding doors across the entire room that were not very private but ok in our situation. Rooms were not serviced and there was a minimum of consumables supplied and you had to purchase the rest.

Beautiful spacious apartment, close to everything you needed (stores, restaurants, bars, beach, public transport). Well equipped if you would like to prepare food in the unit or go for a BBQ outside somewhere. Super friendly staff giving help and recommendations for our further travels, making you feel like home. Access to a little fitness room and pool area, already included in the price.

A perfect location, close to beach, Mooloolaba highlights with Coles right around the corner. Great underground parking and we loved the pool! The rooms were well equipped and sociable and the beds very comfortable.

Nothing, we will be back hopefully!

Everything was great. Couldn't be more satisfied with our stay. Staff were awesome. It was great to have some visitor parking out the back also as we had extra family turn up for fathers day. Never got to enjoy the pool as ran out of time but looked amazing.

Some of the kitchen cupboards could be a bit cleaner but not too bad. Cant think of anything else we didn't like. Would just be nit picking .

Quite good location. Not beachfront but one street back. Close to all the cafés and shops on esplanade. Apartment room quite well appointed. Only 100 metres or so from supermarket. Gym pretty good though lacking weight pressing frame, knee extension and flexion apparatus.

More expensive than I think was reasonable for 3 night stay. Lower end appliance in kitchen e.g. 2, not 4, slice toaster, and plastic kettle. Some aspects of apartment quite dated e.g. power outlets well over 20 years old and yellowed; bathrooms and cabinetry adequate but a bit tired. Easy to leave apartment without entrance door being secured. Salt and pepper shakers empty (no salt and pepper sachets with tea bags etc) and no ice in freezer. Car spaces a little narrower than I like. Pool quite nice but not brilliant - rather narrow. Reception hours quite "modest" especially on weekends.

The apartment was beautifully styled and was very comfortable. There were 4 adults and 3 children and it is a great location! The staff were lovely and helpful and overall it was a great stay!

The only thing was the cleanliness, it was clean, however, the touchpoint (switches, remote, handles etc.) were not very clean. There was make-up and marks on the light switches and doors. The floors also weren't very clean as socks became discoloured. In saying this though, the linen, bench tops, bathrooms and kitchen were acceptablely clean.

Great location- one street back from the beach and a walk through to the Main Street directly opposite. 4 mins walk to the beach. Close to several attractions (walking distance)

Parking for bigger cars such as 4x4 and people movers a challenge due to some units only having a small car space. There is external parking but not secure.

The location was close to the beach, restaurants and Coles. Being one street back from the Esplanade, it was very quiet and we found some interesting places in the laneway.

For us, the pool was in the shade in the morning although we had a wonderful balcony to catch some sun.

Dakoda at the front desk was very friendly and helpful...she had a small maintenance issue fixed pronto. The room was very modern and spotless, spacious and welcoming. 2 large sofas, 6 dining chairs, bed and pillows were all super comfy. Large smart TV in lounge and the small TV in main bedroom was a plus. Kitchen fully stocked for home cooking with a large fridge. Air con in main living with a fan in the bedroom. Location was great, a quick walk to loads of restaurants and cafe's, and the beach a 1 minute walk away. We were ground floor (level 2) so we had a massive outdoor balcony/deck with deck chairs and 6 person table setting.

Our carpark space had a storage box at the front so our dual cab didn't fit at all. Although we didn't book an ocean view room, it was disappointing to find out that we the whole building was surrounded by bigger high rises (advertising doesn't portray this) so we had no inclination to go out onto the balcony as the view was just other apartment buildings. Air con in family room didn't quite make it into the main bedroom so we needed to keep the bedroom door open and the fan on max speed to keep the room cool.
