Great location, gorgeous view, very appreciative of the quality of the apartment; cleanliness was pretty good.

Our main bed had sand in it (on the sheets) maybe from the washing machine? But no big deal. The owner needs to get some more kitchen items, tongs, bowls, plastic containers. The garbage bags in the bins are VERY thin; feel cleanliness would be helped by good kitchen tidy bags, more dishwashing powder and more than 1 tea towel; some spray and wipe too. These types of cleanliness items would promote the keeping of it clean when renting - just a suggestion. We bought more because we like to keep any place we rent clean. :)

Very central location in Mooloolaba, close walking distance to grocery store, restaurants etc. Quick drive to larger shopping centres. Car parking was secure and underground, and very spacious parks. Comfortably fit a large dual cab ute. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely view from level 5 room.

The road in front of the accommodation was busier than I expected which is not the fault of accommodation. Just meant sitting on the balcony and in loungeroom could be a little noisy with the windows/door open. However, bedroom(s) were towards the back of the unit and very quiet. Also had some problems with Wifi in the room. Wasn't an issue for us as we had personal phone data to use but meant Netflix/streaming didn't work well.

Great Position - close to shops and Mooloolaba centre. Great views! Staff super helpful and friendly and communicative. Spacious included all that is necessary, including very comfy beds. We didn't get to try the sauna or grand pool table or the Gym or the BBQ (mainly due to the hot weather) but the air con and pool were great. The BBQ area and other common spaces, like the unit were very clean and tidy. They had a very impressive board games library too.

Location was exceptional. Very good value for money in comparison with many other properties. Roomy apartment - 3 adults and two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. I loved the firm mattress but others travelling with us didn’t.

Traffic noise - had to keep windows and doors closed (although noise was minimal once everything was closed up). Parking was tight. Would have been good to have more cooking facilities / vacuum/ iron / mop in the unit. Internet / Tv apps had issues and kept dropping out which was frustrating (but all the more time to spend at the beach!!!). Would have been good to have recommendations re places to eat out / night markets happening etc for us to make the most of our stay. Decor quite dated and old but comfortable.

Its location, the beautiful water views and proximity to local shops and restaurants. The facilities were pretty good. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for my family and each bedroom had aircon! The manager Joe was very helpful and accommodating. They had a pool table, a swimming pool, shelves full of board games, and a small gym area.

The max entry height of 2m into the basement car park was a little low for my liking but somehow my suv managed to fit.

Slightly older apartment but very spacious and well appointed. Lots of windows for fresh air and security screens was a great safety feature on the ground floor. Great range of board games and kids activities available to borrow for free. Very close to the main stretch of shops, cafes and night markets.

It was slightly noisy (being on the main road) with windows open. Closing windows and doors helped a lot. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for us. An improvement could be to provide somewhere to hang bath towels in the bathroom.

Right from booking, communication was great. Booked a 2 bed beach view was given a 3 bed. Room 14B. All info was sent via email and they were very responsive. Arrived after hours and entry details were clear. Room was large, great view, was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were large with full facilities. Bonus was the games room. Didnt use the spa and pool but they were nice. Really well set up for families and central in Mooloolaba. Only met the hotelier on the way out but he was very nice. Highly recommend.

Cant fault this place although there was a smell of sewerage coming from the kitchen sink but does not change my view. Just opened windows and was gone.

Location was perfect. We had a tournament at Sunshine Coast Stadium and it was a 10-15 min drive. Right at the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a great playground for the kids AND Coles supermarket under 5 minutes' walk. Managers were so accommodating and lovely. Nothing was a bother. Great heated pool.

The only thing is there is a bit of traffic noise, so be prepared for that if you are a light sleeper or like to have your windows open.

Perfect location opposite the beach with uninterrupted ocean views. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great pool and BBQ area.

The floor tiles in the living areas of the unit weren't clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was weak. Just small things overall not enough to spoil our stay.

Close proximity to the Mooloolaba seafront and the retail area (including Coles) . Excellent Bus 600 service to Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza, a wonderful Library with excellent 5 star customer service and Maroochydore RSL where they have Roast Lunches at $15 almost every day. The bus stop is almost outside the doorstep and takes about 8 minutes. Ocean across the road. Balcony on the front of the apartment for fresh air. Fresh Fish shop about a 20 minute walk from the MOOLOOLABA Surf Life Saving Club. Facilities in the apartment, and in the building, including the pool, were clean and inviting.

Had a small issue after booking in, which didn't impress us. Got over it though.
