Great location, Walking distance to beach and Esplanade. Good facilities including nice pool, this area was beautifully maintained. Lady at reception was very nice we arrived early on the off chance we could get in early. She organised to get our room ready as soon as she could, sent us a message to tell us it was ready within in a couple of hours.

Room a little noisey due to other guests being inconsiderate banging doors, talking very loudly- nothing to do with COCO.

Loved the location. Quick easy walk down to the main esplanade. A couple minutes (if that) walk to coles and bottle shop. Great playground for kids on the esplanade. The apartment had a beautiful view. It was very spacious, clean and thoughtful with what was provided. Great TV’s, washing machine & dryer and kitchen in room. We travelled with our 5 year old twins and the apartment was perfect for us. Parking easy and secure. We didn’t use the pool but it was a great area and the pool was heated (it was a little cold weather wise over our stay)

Highly recommended if you are travelling with young children. Great facilities and lovely staff who are very communicative and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Coco Mooloolaba is in a nice and quiet location away from the main esplanade but Coles is still really close and the esplanade and beach is only a short walk. Parking was very easy to deal with (even with us driving a people mover). After hours check-in was also straightforward with no issues. The pool and spa facilities were well maintained and a nice way to unwind after a big day at the beach. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.

Nice, clean, well-appointed little apartment. The location is wonderful, so close to shops and restaurants and we found it very quiet. Good bathroom with lovely big shower and plenty of room to put your things on the vanity, and the provided toiletries (Ink and Water brand) were very nice. Lots of storage space in the bedroom too, and the sofa in the lounge was very comfy. Easy and secure parking.

No insect screens on any windows or the doors to the balcony, this somewhat spoiled an otherwise excellent apartment for us. I would have liked a face washer included with the bathroom towels. The bed is comfortable but VERY bouncy - you feel every movement your partner makes.

The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen was very clean and was well equipped. The linen was clean and nice. The view was spectacular. The location was vey close to the main centre of Mooloolaba. The pool area was very well maintained.

Opening the fridge door often caused the fridge to move quite a distance forward. The single beds seemed very soft, would be better if they were firmer. The ensuite shower recess had quite a bit of calcium build up on one of the outside corners. The floor under the couch opposite the TV was quite gross. It looked like there's a mouldy Malteser which has been staying there for 6 months. The floor under the main bed was also quite dusty and hadn't been cleaned in some duration.

We stayed in a two bedroom apt. The place was spacious and modern! (The property owners should update the photos as they don't do it justice). There was aircon units and fans in every room. You can borrow cabanas, beach trolley and beach toys from reception (for free!). The main TV was a smart TV and also had free access to foxtel movies. Really enjoyed staying there!

Minor comment specific to our family - we have young kids and I felt the bedrooms were slightly too far apart (at opposite ends of the apartment) so I was worried about not hearing them. The place was clean, but some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly (around seat hinges on toilet and shower grouting).

Great Location, walking distance to the esplanade. The common pool area was amazing. Close to a coles supermarket which is located across the road from the apartments. Very friendly staff. Didn't charge a holding fee for the period of stay which I thought was nice.

Pillows were super high and hard, had to sleep on my jumper for a good nights sleep. There appeared to be mould on the blind leading on to the deck which was discovered upon leaving the property. The tv in the bedroom was very small and only had free to air tv with no option for chromecast.

The location of the property was perfect, so close to Coles & other food stores as well as being close enough to go down the main street for a stroll in the evenings. The apartment itself was wonderful, exact match to the photos online. The layout was awesome and had everything you need on a family holiday.

My only teeny tiny gripe was that there was no toilet door in the master….obviously due to the design of the main bedroom/walkin/ensuite….i just really need a toilet door where a toilet is placed!!! I learnt to live with it….

Great views from our apartment, and a short walk to supermarkets and the main drag of Mooloolaba. The staff were very friendly and always acknowledged us when we were walking around. Our room felt very private, clean and well maintained.

The spa was out of service during the time we stayed, but considering the pool was available, it wasn't a big deal. The only other thing that was mildly undesirable was the bed we slept on was a little uncomfortable. But, I also understand that is pretty subjective as everyone likes their bed a little different.

Great location; one block back from the beach. A short walk to the shops and Coles. Very clean with a great kitchen and large patio/garden (we were on the ground floor). The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Easy parking.

The extra cot bed we ordered for my 5 year old was very uncomfortable. It had a massive sag in the middle. Wouldn't suit anyone older. There was no door to the ensuite bathroom. Some might like that but I think it's weird. It meant I had to lock my husband out of the bedroom in order to have privacy from my family whilst showering etc.
