Our room on the bottom level with courtyard was fantastic to have with a toddler, no worry about climbing on / over railings!! We normally keep balconies closed for that reason so It was great to have an indoor/outdoor space to enjoy. The room, bathrooms and beds were perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is superb; Coles, BWS, beach, large playground, Esplanade walking/riding track and a huge selection of restaurants within 2 mins walk. The pool and spa area isn't as large as it appears on the website but it was separately fenced to the formal courtyard/bbq area which with a toddler, is appreciated! They had a fantastic kids cupboard filled with beach and pool toys. I have a feeling we will be returning to this accommodation, you can't beat the location and price and facilities.

The spa didn't work on the last two days of our stay, although we still enjoyed the warm water.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their local recommendations were spot on. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and the perfect size for our family of four. Everyone loved spending time on the balcony - eating, reading, playing games - enjoying the lovely view. The beds were also so comfortable – a rarity when traveling away from home! Honestly, there was nothing we didn't love about this property. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

The room was gorgeous with fantastic views of the ocean. Wonderful location just a 5-minute walk to the beach and shops. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. The owners of the property take care of the reception desk, and they were so friendly and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the showers have wonderful water pressure.

The glass doors to the shower have large gaps so it's impossible to keep water from going all over the bathroom floor. A few extra bathmats would be helpful to keep it mopped up. A couple of extra dish towels as well as providing napkins or paper towels would be great.

Great location, very clean and nice apartment with plenty of space. Family of 4 with 2 young kids, they loved the place. Location was amazing - the board walk, Coles, and a great playground was just outside the apartment. Could not have asked for a better location.

"Self contained apartments" is code for you get only one roll of toilet paper per toilet. No tissue boxes either. To be fair all the other apartments around the area also do this, but I still feel that it cheapens the experience. The customer service was excellent and this limitation on basic consumables felt incongruent with their service provision. Also no Nespresso machine but that's a first world problem.

Loved the location. Quick easy walk down to the main esplanade. A couple minutes (if that) walk to coles and bottle shop. Great playground for kids on the esplanade. The apartment had a beautiful view. It was very spacious, clean and thoughtful with what was provided. Great TV’s, washing machine & dryer and kitchen in room. We travelled with our 5 year old twins and the apartment was perfect for us. Parking easy and secure. We didn’t use the pool but it was a great area and the pool was heated (it was a little cold weather wise over our stay)

Great location, Walking distance to beach and Esplanade. Good facilities including nice pool, this area was beautifully maintained. Lady at reception was very nice we arrived early on the off chance we could get in early. She organised to get our room ready as soon as she could, sent us a message to tell us it was ready within in a couple of hours.

Room a little noisey due to other guests being inconsiderate banging doors, talking very loudly- nothing to do with COCO.

Highly recommended if you are travelling with young children. Great facilities and lovely staff who are very communicative and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Coco Mooloolaba is in a nice and quiet location away from the main esplanade but Coles is still really close and the esplanade and beach is only a short walk. Parking was very easy to deal with (even with us driving a people mover). After hours check-in was also straightforward with no issues. The pool and spa facilities were well maintained and a nice way to unwind after a big day at the beach. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.

The property was very clean and tidy with an incredible view of the ocean with an open floor plan. Great facilities and bathrooms and kitchen. The staff were very informative and welcoming upon and leading up to our arrival to make our stay very memorable. A street behind the beach and along the esplanade and very close to Coles at the end of the street. The car park and pool/bbq facilities were very clean and tidy and fantastic for families. We will be staying again - thank you 😊

Nice, clean, well-appointed little apartment. The location is wonderful, so close to shops and restaurants and we found it very quiet. Good bathroom with lovely big shower and plenty of room to put your things on the vanity, and the provided toiletries (Ink and Water brand) were very nice. Lots of storage space in the bedroom too, and the sofa in the lounge was very comfy. Easy and secure parking.

No insect screens on any windows or the doors to the balcony, this somewhat spoiled an otherwise excellent apartment for us. I would have liked a face washer included with the bathroom towels. The bed is comfortable but VERY bouncy - you feel every movement your partner makes.

The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen was very clean and was well equipped. The linen was clean and nice. The view was spectacular. The location was vey close to the main centre of Mooloolaba. The pool area was very well maintained.

Opening the fridge door often caused the fridge to move quite a distance forward. The single beds seemed very soft, would be better if they were firmer. The ensuite shower recess had quite a bit of calcium build up on one of the outside corners. The floor under the couch opposite the TV was quite gross. It looked like there's a mouldy Malteser which has been staying there for 6 months. The floor under the main bed was also quite dusty and hadn't been cleaned in some duration.
