The location is fantastic. It is right on the esplanade and from our level 7 room there were fantastic ocean views. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes around the resort and it is in easy walking distance to the wharf area, where there are more great restaurants plus Sealife. The rooms were a good size and there was air conditioning in the main area. It was great to be able to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean.

The fan in the second bedroom was a bit noisy. Reception hours are limited. This wasn’t a problem for us but is definitely something to be aware of. Our room on level 7 was definitely older but as we were aware that we weren’t paying for a recently renovated room, we were still comfortable.

The room was incredible! We were in a three bedroom apartment with an ocean view on the third floor. The whole apartment was clean on arrival. The balcony was gorgeous and had an amazing view. The apartment came with all necessary + more appliances to make for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were great! The games room was such a cool touch too. We loved that there was free WiFi and that the TV had Netflix and YouTube. The hotel is in such a great spot, being right on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly on arrival and the online communication was great. I also appreciated that there was a carpark dedicated to our unit for my car.

There was not much to dislike at all! My only recommendation would be to put air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The living area and master bedrooms had air-conditioning however, the other two rooms got quite hot overnight even with ceiling fans. My other concern was the doors into the hotel and carpark were not locked overnight. I appreciate that a key is required to actually operate the lift, however, I would have felt a bit more secure having the main door a key access after hours and having the parking garage door lock with key access. We otherwise loved our time and would be back again!

Location was just amazing, view and beach. It was super handy having everything that we needed in the apartment, down to a cheese grater! This was a super easy, no stress holiday with tons of restuarants at our doorstep and Coles around the corner.

There were just little things, nothing major. Eg. hole in the table in the lounge and old hoover and mop.

location, right on the beach, plenty of restaurants available. Great ocean view from all 3 rooms. Having in room laundry facilities a plus. Our balconies were big enough to sit and eat outside. All the family enjoyed the tennis court and the equipment hire was very reasonable.

For us....it would have been nice to have the pool heated like the spa, I am sure if it had been, it would have enticed more of the adults in . Our trip was in July, but for we Canberrans, July in Qld would be like summer, however, it was unseasonably cold for Qld, and I know the Pacific Beach Resort can't impact the weather....but for my family it was still well worth the trip and it was warmer than Canberra at this time of year.

The view is excellent - that's why I chose it. It is centrally located so easy to walk to the beach & the shops. There are plenty of shops & cafes within walking distance. Coles supermarket & BWS are also a short walk

The reception staff didn't return calls or messages prior to our arrival but once we arrived I couldn't be happier with the service

Location was excellent. Like the lift from basement and how ground floor you are on esplanade and at shops and restaurants- beach very close. kitchen was great. being able to see ocean from lounge- wonderful. seeing pool from balcony was also wondeful. Ensuite bathroom a bit small but main bathroom was fine ( includes laundry). very comfortable beds.

Two of the 3 bedrooms no aircon. would be good if there was a full length mirror. someone before us wrote ‘wash me’ on a door in the dust - not sure how the cleaner missed that as it was quite off putting.

Great location Beautiful view of the sea

Wifi was playing up which affected the tv Washing machine broke down trapping our clothes but the management was great and got it sorted and did our personal washing till a new machine was replaced.

We loved the location and the room! It was very nicely renovated and the kitchen was we nice and spacious. Enjoyed that the tv had a fair channels to choose from as well

The only thing that we didn’t like is that the floor was dirty. Your feet would go black from walking on it

Beautifully renovated and styled apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Renovated pool was lovely. In the heart of Mooloolaba with everything within walking distance.

Games room is tired. Barbecue area had old material stored from the pool reno and wasn’t appealing to use.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. location is perfect. Close to beach, playground, cafes, shops. We asked one more carpark spot. They gave us straight away. So helpful! Easy access to cafes and shops. We will definitely come back:)
