We were literally straight across from the hospital. It was in a good location. Some good places not far from the motel aswell. We had dinner at the fish and chip place near the entrance. The pool was open and the kids had a swim. The aircon was extremely nice and cold. They let us know where our key was as we missed the office it closes at 6pm. Our room was so hot and stuffy so called the number and answered straight away. We didn’t realise we had to put the black keyring in the power bit! She was lovely and helpful.

The pool was small but deeep. It also smelt bad and it was abit murky but we weren’t sure if it was the colour of bottom as was nearing night time. The kids ended up jumping out would be good to know if the pool is safe to swim in or not like have a sign up.

The room was spotlessly clean, kitchenette filled with all the things you could need like fridge, kettle, sink, microwave, toaster, cutlery, plates ect. Balcony had a lovely view of the mountains, clean pool down below & excellent air con. Large rooms with large bathroom, no squeezing around anywhere with very comfortable beds! Motel was easy to locate, ample parking available & lovely staff on check in. Also lovely staff who helped get my aircon going within a minute of me calling the front desk. Overall a really nice place to stay, will be back for sure.

Omg. Amazing. I worked in housekeeping before and this room was immaculate. I was amazed at how everything was perfect. Smelt great as well. I would highly recommend this beautiful place

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was a good size, useful spot for storing a suitcase, kitchenette well stocked with everything you need to make yourself something. Airconditioner was quiet & easy to use. Bathroom good size & has a generous benchtop to put your toiletries on.

TV should have been hung on the wall. It was on a desk, which if you were travelling for work, you would have missed being able to use. Instead of small cups, provide mugs for a more generous size of drink. Other visitors were noisy during the night outside our door. Carpark is very tight.

It was lovely and clean, close to everything, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. The staff are absolutely wonderful.

No complaints about the stay at all only suggestion I could give would be possibly putting an extra pillow in the room as there are only 3 on the bed.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable the amenities where perfect the pool was clean and ready to swim in and the staff where some off the best we have come across on our travels across Queensland

I strongly Object to being Ordered to wash & Dry Up Cups Plates Etc & put away. (UNDER THREAT OF A FINE) To me this wouldn't pass Hygiene Laws. I would expect to know that all Plates washed put away in Drawes & Cupboards to be used again by the next occupier, (US) would have been washed HYGENICALLY "UNDER QUALIFIED SUPERVISION" such as the staff of the Motel. We have travelled extensively & never before have we been "ORDERED" to wash & Dry up & then PUT AWAY IN DRAWES & CUPBOARDS. We, & I believe most people do, always clean up & rinse all plates ready to be washed correctly.
